Front desk staff was very nice and was willing to look at our tires on a busy holiday weekend. Got us fixed up and on our way within the hour!

So Im not much of a complainer but, I am when I pay top dollar and get a cut rate service. I bought a new set of tires from Baxter Tire in Pasadena for my 2013 Passat and is the first set of new since I bought it brand new. Immediately the front left tire was leaking and took it back to be fixed. Leaked again and took it back again they said it should be fixed. Leaked again, took it back to get an oil change and tire rotation. Of course I asked if they fix the tire again. I got it back, no tire rotation and the front in wobbled like I hit an IED and they said I was crazy no leak. My wife kept driving it and adding air because who has the time to keep taking their car to a bunch of crack heads to finally do a job correctly. So I called the manager this morning and explained my frustrations and the issues. He said bring it in and he will take care of it. I get the car back this afternoon and they just rotatesd the front tire with the back tire and squirted silicone on the bead instead of swapping out the defective tire. Get this smoke he tried to blow up my skirt tires are rotated and if it keeps leaking you will need to change the rim due to corrosion. Guess what Chief, your the first person to touch my perfect rims and the last I checked a tire rotation includes moving both front tires to the back. Look at the pictures all the break dust on my rims is on the right side and none on the front. Avoid this place like the plague.....They will never touch my car again and its a shame because its the second set of tires I have bought from them including oil changes and vehicle inspections. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I would never treat one of my customers like this and this shop is forever on the naughty list.

I took my old car here years ago when I was in an accident and the service was great and they were super friendly to my Pitbull Frankie (I was won over by then). My husband took his old Impala there and again service was great. Because we continued to have great experience his parents started taking their vehicle and now our whole family goes anytime we have a vehicle related issue. Fast forward to last week, (12/8/2020) my Fiat 500 went into limp mode on MD-10 and I managed to get it to Baxter’s for a night drop off. They checked it out the very next day. They found there was build up in my electronics throttle control, cleaned it up and she was ready for pick up the following day. Thank you so much for always taking care of our family!

Had to get a tire replaced. The guys behind the desk were polite and friendly. The appointment was easy to schedule. I was in and out in a reasonable time. Tire price, mount, and balance was reasonable. No complaints

They were able to mount my 22x10x10 ATV tires the same day! Very polite and were happy to answer my dumb new-guy questions. Even offered to take the mounted tires out to my car! Cant wait to need tire service again; no reservations with sending all of my business to these guys!

Bought 4 new tires off tire rack and brought them in to Baxter, got all four tires mounted, balanced, a new tpms sensor and an oil change for just over $300. Got it back same day, car rides great. The only thing better than their service is their price! Thanks Baxter, you’ve gained a new customer for life

I had a slow leak for months, took it to multiple places, paid twice it have it patched and ended up with a completely flat tire stranded. My boyfriend put my spare on and took me to Baxter. They fixed my tire in under 10 minutes, didn’t even charge me, and it’s been completely fine since- not even a slow leak. Shoulda just gone there in the first place!

Ive been here several times now and they treat me right every time. From inspections to tires to mechanical work Ive been very happy. I do most of my car repairs myself but sometimes a mechanic is what it takes and Baxter on mountain rd always takes care of me. Thanks to Jeff and everyone at the shop. Chris.

I just moved to the area and I was looking for a place to service my vehicle, someone pointed out Baxfter and I was lost for words to describe my experience. Excellent Customer service, timely, attentive, experienced, knowledgeable and above all there was no charge for my service. I couldnt believe when they said no charge it was for real. Baxter really impressed me beyond my widest expectations, they are the best in the industry.

I get my oil change and tire rotation done every 3000 to 4000 miles. They do a wonderful job and keeping their appointments running on time and let you know if they are running behind. While there the staff is always friendly and very welcoming. They let you know if something needs to be looked at and try to accommodate in any way they can. Its a great full service shop

More than happy with this business!I called to have an alignment on my vehicle. He told me that they were booked out for 4 days. I told him that would be fine, and would schedule for then. While about to schedule, he told me that if I wait he can squeeze me in. This was very convenient for me and my schedule. I was only there for 45 minutes. Could not have been easier! I love local in the community, and will not go anywhere else for my car needs.

We have been dealing with Baxter for 4+ years for all of our vehicles. Todays visit was for an inspection. My husband called Saturday for an appointment and were told they could do the inspection on Monday. When I went in to drop off the car Jeff told me he would call me after lunch. He indeed called and let me know the car needed an alignment, which they could complete and return to me same day. An hour later I got a follow up call that vehicle was complete. Jeff and the whole team are always polite and as efficient as possible. We greatly appreciate their efforts!

Excellent stop to have them put air in my tires. Also check out other services they could perform on MY2008 Cadillac CTS. JEFF was very professional and polite. I am not able to perform a simple task like that with medical conditions.

Great customer service, had three state inspections completed without appointments. Walked in and was out the door within hour hour and half with certificate and or list of needed repairs. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

I am pretty familiar with vehicles and usually only take my vehicles in for inspections and emergencies and I have used Baxter twice now and have had no problems. They have always been friendly and today, when the air pumps were down at both of the nearby gas stations and my wifes jeep tires were dangerously low, one of the techs saw my frustration at the 7-11, and they opened up a couple of minutes early, checked the tires and got me going again. Thank you guys...Youll get my return business. Its the little things that make the biggest difference.

Man these guys are expensive. They do good work but not worth the price. I had to put on 1 Firestone tire @ $250 total due to a flat. The total to purchase 3 more and alignment at Baxter was $890 and I found exact tire at local competitor for $650 out the door.

Took jeep in to have tires balanced and tire alignment for vibrations. After having the vehicle for a day, no tires were balanced orb aligned and 2as presented a workup with 500$ worth of maintenance that would take less than an hour and 50$ in parts. Never going back.

If i could give zero ill give it.it was foolish of my husband to go there again to oil change coz this is third time they broke it.It was my new oil pan just been three months n they broke it again saying it was too tight same as last time.i always change my oil with them but latley i dont know something change they keep messing with my car.worst part is they wont own up to their mistake n will fight with u so they dont have to pay for it n its our faul.actually its my fault that i trusted them.Never going back there again.

I have had my truck repaired at Baxter for the last 7 years and have always been satisfied.

Worst experience! Had an appointment to have tires balanced and took off work and when I got there they Said cant take you today everyone went home it is to hot! What? I had an appointment! They could at least call you and tell you they were closing! This was so inconsiderate! Would not recommend wasting your time going to this place!

This place is not only very honest, they are fast and competivly priced. After getting work done somewhere else and havign baxter do my oil change and plug a tire, i will never go anywhere else. Baxter has got a customer as long as i live in MD

I am livid. This is a review for a friend, business partner and all around good guy!Mike Stivers, a friend/brother of mine brought his truck in to have new tires and oil change done... told him he was crazy to pay as much as he did. Then! A few days later his check engine light comes on, the next day his CHEVY PICKUP IS SPITTTTTTTTING OUT oil for his exhaust on a gas truck! Then... we check oil and it’s 3” PAST THE MAX DIP STICK LINE!!!!! Here comes to worst part... he brings truck back, they check oil and agree it’s high and say they need to change 2 plugs and CLEAN OUT THE CONVERTOR BOX for the nice low price of $1,300.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!I sent mike to a local shop who I am friends with and have used mannnny times. In 10 mins of checking oil and running diagnostics it needed a tune up and new plugs. ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL CAUSED BY BAXTER!!!!!!What a pathetic scummy move! If they do not pay for the tune up, new oil change I will have my lawyer file suit in 10 days and will publicize this all over Anne Arundel County county.

I can vouch for one of the other reviews that they most definately charge you double for parts ordered. In my case, 500 for a 250 dollar part. How do i know, i walked across the street and had autozone look up part number on invoice, 250. Extra hour added to BS labor cost also. That is pure dis-honest and lack of character. Very disappointed, they could have made an honest 100-200 profit on the repair but instead doubled their profit and earned a nice NEGATIVE REVIEW and bo more future business from myself and anyone in my circle of friends.
