This review comes about a month late, but I felt I needed to commend their service. Came in to replace the clutch on my 2012 GTI around Chistmas time. Charged a fair price and replaced my rear back up lights free of charge without me even asking. Thank you and would recommend to anyone with euro cars in the Pasadena area.

This review is for the Sprinter 2500I should have wrote this review last year..but itd rather late than never. We brought our van for oil change service before going on the road trip ...we came out with the bill over $1,000.00 ...they said we need to change the engine Belt Tension and the Pulley..I didnt think about that at the time so I agreed with it ...after settled my bill I asked for the belt that he changed ..turn out the belt was brand new I got it changed at my Dodge Dealer a month ago.Of course I took the Belt back and would never came here gainThis review is for all the Sprinter owner please be very careful with this auto shop ..they changed parts was not necessary need to change just so they can bill youWith a lot of researched I finally found one mechanic only service on the SprinterJust make sure you knows exactly need to be done at this auto shop so you dont have a big surprise like me

Victor is one of the most honest mechanics I have ever met. One of those guys whod make a lot more money, but would rather steer you to a better solution. I have taken every German car Ive owned to Victor and I wont go anywhere else.
