Had a leak coming through my windshield and needed to replace it.After telling them about The leak they replaced it and told me that they had a warranty. As soon as I took it home it leaked again.Took it back and they told me that it wasnt the windshield as water came down from it.They told me to go to a body shop instead.This was all going on while it was raining.It was obviously leaking from my windshield and they didnt want to risk taking the windshield off and breaking it so they could properly reseal it. Had to stop at an auto zone and buy a winsheld sealer to get it to stop.Windsheild sealer and fifteen minutes of my time = ten dollarsnew leaking windshield poorly sealed and installed= 150 dollars.I lost money

Awesome and quick! I had to get my windshield fixed before the rain came not too long ago but with my work schedule every place was always closed. These guys were nice enough to come out to me and replaced it. It was very convenient and didnt take too long either. Plus I couldnt argue with the price they gave!

I have now had my front windshield replaced here as well as passenger front side window. The price has always been good and they have gotten the glass in the same day I called by lunch. So I usually can get them to install it over my lunch break. So far I am extremely happy with the service. However no one want to be replacing the windows in their car.

The worst experience ever. They are liars. They took in my vehicle to fix my window. They took 2-3hours and didn’t even fix it. They are a shop but they told me they had to buy a part. They then still didn’t fix it. Told me they needed a whole day to keep and fix it. My window was left open because the inexperienced personnel they have don’t know what they are doing.They broke my chrome handle and tried putting it back so we wouldn’t notice. Then a week later my husband takes the panel off the door and discovers they have torn and made holes inside and didn’t even mention anything to us. I spoke to the manager who was extremely rude including the woman they have for a secretary. She’s no help and is extremely rude as well. I’m currently in process of a law suit against all the damage they did to my vehicle. Will not recommend this shop to anyone. Watch your vehicle and what they do it because you may end up with holes in it without them disclosing anything to you.

Some kids off of school broke into my truck and shattered my windows. After the police came and made a report I called around and every single company and businesss I called gave me the run around. Called best choice auto glass and had windows for my truck and didnt have to special order, which would take a while to get. Had me out of there in about half a hour. I called around everywhere for a back side glass for my truck extended cab door window and not only were they the cheapest with install and everything they made sure the warehouse they ordered from sent a perfect window and did not hesitate to tell me the window was not perfect b4 installing so the owner ordered from another warehouse (more expensive) but...still gave it to me for the quoted price etc this to me was a wonderful place to do business friendly speedy and 100% real I HIGHLY recommend

Today I needed my rearview mirror to be re-mounted, it had fallen off a while back. With no appointment, they took me right away. I was riding around with no window for 3 months a stray dog jumped in my car and ate my tacos so i had to spend some money and get it fixed. I called other places in Pasadena and they were too expensive and wouldnt have the work i needed done in the same day. I called Gloria at Best Choice Auto Glass and she proved to me that they live up to their name this was the best possible choice. Everyone was charging 165-200 she charged me 108 and got the window for me in the same day!!! Next is my windshield and im coming here you should too!

I was attended by a young man who said his name was Gary, he gave me a terrible service damaging the vehicle and without the intention of letting me know and I disrespected when I made the claim.But the next day, I received a call from the owner of the establishment who responded professionally offering an apology and immediate repair of the damages caused by his employee Gary,The owner complied, and when I went to pick up the car already repaired, that employee was in the office, he just looked at me but was not able to offer an apology for the damage and the lack of respect I received from him for the lousy work. .To the owner, thank you very much for taking care of your customers. This detail will make me return and recommend it to you.
