I had a commercial ratchet piece fly over the freeway and destroy the front left side of my SUV! Service King worked with my insurance to take care of the repairs. From start to finish- they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and were extremely great at setting proper expectations. I am beyond impressed with their services and would feel absolutely comfortable recommending them to friends and family and picking them as my “go-to” place for future needs.

Service King provides second to none great customer service. Initially, I was a bit hesitant using a large chain body shop due to pass experiences with other large chains. The manager Chuck is definitely on top of everything going on; it felt like I was being serviced by my own family member. Everyone from start to finish was very helpful and informative. Thank you Chuck, Colby, Dominik, and the other lady I don’t recall her name (my apologies) for the great experience!
Been waiting on a quote for two days. My boss got told by service King today that I didnt even go by for a quote. The customer experience representative didnt ask for my name, company name, anything. She took two pictures and told me to leave. Well be taking the fleet to caliber again. We were looking for a new provider for body work, but caliber at least gives us quote that we ask for. Service king cant even be bothered.
I was dreading putting my car in the shop after the front end was damaged by road debris on a freeway in Houston, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy Service King made a bad thing much easier to deal with. Colby was great, and he worked with both my insurance adjuster and the rental car company to get all the details worked out. The job was completed and completed well in just a few days. Overquoting insurance, wanted nearly $2000 if insurance pays, a real body shop did not even want to charge me for obviously just clear coat. damage in a small area. Fixed in 10 minutes
Great service! Stayed in contact with me every step of the way! If there was a issue, I knew about it immediately and when I picked up my car, it was cleaner better and shined better than the day I drove it home from the dealership.

Stay away from this Service King scam artist that are rigged up with the insurance companies I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!.. they exaggerate on the repairs to get money out of the insurance company this is a seriously bad place to repair your vehicle!....

I got into a car collision and brought my car here, the damaged was fixed and now my car looks like before. Im not giving it 5 stars because there was a piece missing from one of the doors and it had to be ordered because they didnt have it, I also noticed some paint spots on my hood like the paint was dripping. So that had to be removed. I think quality checks could be better but the customer service was great and the damage was most repaired on the first go round. I would come back.
I have been here for 2 separate occasions for then to fix the body of my car. The first time they had to replace my fender, fix my bumper, and blend the paint for the parts they fixed. The paint looked great, but the gaps in my bumper are much wider than they should be. I decided to go back here a second time when someone backed into my door and drove off, which required them to reskin my door and blend the paint once again. This time it turned out great and you cant tell that there was ever an accident.The reason I am leaving 2/5 is due to their customer service. My car broke down a few days ago and I was trying to tow my car to a shop. I called this place to see if they would work on it if I had it towed there. I had to call them 2 times because I was going to get their wrecker to pick up my car (decided not to since they were going to charge $150 for 4 miles) and both times I was asked what was wrong with my car and then was told they would try and fix it. The third time I called to ask when they would be able to look at it and they transferred me to the owner and he said they do not fix cars, and they they will only do body work. First off I wish I would have been told this in the first place, and secondly last time I checked they not only do body work, they also fix brakes, engine problems and oil changes. I decided to sing by there when they were closed and above 5 of their bays it says quick lube, engine, brakes, etc. I guess thats just there for show.
Terrible customer service. How are they still in business? I tried my hardest to give them my business but I cant support such an awful organization.Quoted me a day to bring my vehicle in and a duration to completion, upon calling back and getting a different person on the phone they have confirmed the work can not be completed at all this week.Was told that their credit card machine is down and therefore can only accept Cash, or Cashiers Check. Upon calling back and inquiring further about this suspect and shady offer, I confirmed that not only do they accept cards (We just try and tell our sales people to avoid letting customers know about it because of the fees we incur when utilizing that method - STRAIGHT OUT OF THE OWNERS MOUTH) but there will also be an extra charge that scales as a percentage based on the amount of work. I am ok with paying the fee but not being lied to or denied an entirely viable form of payment. I hate receiving conflicting information in general when it comes to car care. Just be honest.Then to make it all worse, I formed an email with my thoughts to the owner which is too busy to reply to the few I sent. I did however get him on the phone and it revealed more than enough of his sass and terrible business organization. I feel sorry for anyone who swears by this place, I had my opinion of them turned around 180 degrees in merely a few conversations.
My husband has a Toyota 4 runner and was rear ended. He had damage to his bumper and his back hatch. Service king made it look brand new and got the job done quickly.

My 05 Honda Civic Si was backed into while in a parking lot. The guy really plowed into it leaving significant damage, but was kind enough to leave his contact info with the company where it was parked. I had the car towed to Charlie Hinds after reviewing some positive feedback elsewhere on the Net. They got started as soon as my insurance gave them the green light. I received progress alerts via SMS every so often.A little over a week into it, they said the car was ready. I found that the insurance company didnt inform them of the conversation we had regarding total damage incurred which included partial on the drivers side door. Their shop (Joseph) took care of it and it went back into the shop for another week. There was also a spot toward the top rear where sun fading occurred. I asked him to go ahead and take care of that area and Ill pay out of pocket for it.The car literally looks ten times better than when I purchased it a few years ago. They didnt have to, but they also treated one of the headlights unaffected by the accident so that they were both clear as they had been severely faded by the sun. These guys take their time and do the job right. Its becoming harder and harder to find places that seem to genuinely care about you and your concerns, but these guys do it right and take care of it as if it were their own. I challenge you to find a better Paint & Body shop than these folks, because Im not sure it can be done. Ill be bringing my other car to them for paint work as well as any future work. Thanks guys!

Im at loss for words all I can say is bad business. Stay away, save yourself the stress and anger of talking to people who dont care about you as a customer or a human being. The wrecker service Charlie Hines, next door, is the worst service I have ever experienced. They are both bad companies with terrible business ethics. Dont let your insurance company send your vehicle to either businesses, you can choose another body shop and wrecker service. I see this owner apology below but what good is it with out a name. I take it as a sign of no pride. Who really wants to deal with a business that doesnt have pride in what they do ?

Back of car was completly smahed in a rear end collision. Car should have been totaled but it was decided to repair. Work did take longer than expected, but work was excellent. I would recommend.
This is the 4th time I come for the same issue, lousy body work. It started cracking and the manager said that the glue they used to repair the brace was defective but all the repair was done on the outside of the door, there is no glue, no brace. Also now the locks on the back of my van dont align! I hate this place, I only brought it here cause the insurance told me to bring it here. No quality and no customer service. I picked up my van, there was writing all over my windows, they didnt even clean that to prepare it for me to pick it up. Every time I fight to open the door locks they messed up I remember the crappy job they did. Worthless place! Dont waste your time. Thanks for wasting my vacation coming to drop off and pick up this van. This has been and still is a pain in the ass. You get a zero on quality workmanship. New company, same lousy service.
Usually im pretty skeptical of any body shop because ive had a bad experiences in the past. I initially chose Service King because thier location was nearby. My intension was just to go in and get an estimate for some work and compare it to other shops. My first impressions were pretty positive; the service writer was very friendly when greeting me. He came out and assessed the damage and gave a very thorough explanation of how they would repair the damage. He also gave an explanation of thier warranty which was by far better than most body work warranties that i have come across. I felt pretty comfortable deciding to give them the buisness even though i had planned to shop around. They completed the work in a very timely manner and the results were not lacking at all. I wish i would of found this shop earlier because i have spent alot of money trying to keep an old 91 chevy looking good, and the work from previous shops had degrated in short (and out of warranty) amout of time. Service Kings lifetime warranty was a big persuasion.
This place Horrible. I fixed my under 2007 Truck They took almost 17 K from Allstate . Fixed and return to me.From the moment i gt the care problems one after another . Took back to them they charged more from All StateFinally i took to the dealer and they found that my frame was like Diamond Shape. It was very scary that i had to drive that truck . After a long fight with All State The truck totaled and gave my money.Please do not take your car hereIt took one year for me to resolve this . Can you imagine what i wen through . I was so luck i did not get in to accident . I spoke to the supervisor they r all part of thisAlways take to the dealerI will add more picturesTires went bad with in few weeksAll State was another tragedy .If u had a scratch in your carthis s the place .They could have killed me giving my truck with chassis bend

This place has been like family for the last 19 years.
My mom had taken her 2014 kia forge here and had them fix dents on the car from shopping carts. They had her car for 2 weeks and I was there when she got it back. Well when I opened the passenger front window they had messed up her tint and are not arguing with her about fixing it after we had pointed it out and showed them the damaged tint.
Tow truck driver was friendly - they worked with my insurance and insurance of the person who hit me to get my claim done quickly.
Talk about people that just dont care. Bad service never again
Took my truck to get painted a year later had to pick it up uncompleted and in pieces. I had to assemble the truck myself and parts were missing. Paid over half of what the original quote was. Needless to say that I nor my company will use them for anything.
