Drop off and rental pick up was a smooth process. Hertz rep was very kind and helpful.From entering facility to walk out staff was very welcoming and helpful. They’re also bilingual in Spanish. Big Bonus!

Well my first visit was perfect very happy, but everything changed, I called for a labor estimate on installing a part and I was told I had to email my VIN to my truck, I did I sent 4 or 5 emails and have never heard back. I ended finding another reputable shop to start doing all my work. I should not have sent a couple friends to them ..

Pastor G, he who have ears let them hear me. I went to 3 places I chose Pasadena Auto. They didnt fixed nothing that I asked them to do. They put the wrong front bumper on left off my fog lights, didnt fix my hood latch ect. just Slap some paint on it And gave it back to me. Very professional managers make you feel really good why theyre screwing your vehicle up and getting over on you there is no supervision in the back cause more damage to my truck than it had when I first took it it is too much to even get into here I just would not recommend the shop to anybody

I was hit and Geico found this place for me to take my Jeep to. Was without my car for a week longer than they estimated. Then once I did pick up my car, the repairs that were supposed to be done didn’t get done. Had to call and them. Every time I bought my car in after they would tell me I have to wait two hours or bring it back. I live in Galveston. I would ask for an appointment they would tell me I didn’t need it to just come in yet every time I came I got the run around. Plus slow work because they aren’t open on the weekends.

If u come her dnt go with there car rental they dnt help u n they dnt call back or pick up they say they close at 4pm but u come at 3 n they will not be there

DO NOT USE these people if you ever want to see your car again. My completion date was May 4th. Its June 11th and I still dont have my car. Them taking long isnt even the worst part. Its the fact that I constantly have to call them for them to lie to me and tell me itll be ready tomorrow. Ive called every day this week and my car was supposed to be ready the next day. And now its Friday and itll be ready Monday. Yea right. And they never call me to tell me that they lied and my car isnt ready. I have to call them for the latest lie of a completion date. I REALLY REGRET taking my car here. I had to talk to God today after Javier lied to me again.

I had to Waite an hour and a half past my appointment time to get scene what’s the point of having an appointment if they won’t meet their time and was late to pick up my children due to this

All I can say they are awesome best place to take your car the receptionist really nice and helpful along with Cesar and Jose luis they make sure you are taking care of, i dont have a recent picture but this was the damage of my car before they fixed it. I will definitely go back

I took my car there for damage repairs and first they didnt estimate all the damage correctly, secondly they kept giving me the run around when my car would be ready and I end up waiting 3 weeks just for them to not even do all the work.

2 months in the shop for work that took 4 days to complete, kept getting the run around 3-4 new completion dates nothing personal no assertiveness at all.

Did a great job and fast was only in for 2 days

Did a good job on the front end repair but didn’t bother to put coolant in the radiator. car over heated driving out and now it’s having problems. Took it back and said it need a new head gasket and I replied saying it’s their fault because it over heated. They said that over heating doesn’t lead to needing a head gasket. Didn’t want to cover it. Did nothing for the coolant. Tried charging another 600 for the gasket.

They left dust a strands of material in my interior.Also white chalk like dust on my leather seats.I have to get a detail job on my interior now.The body work and paint was good.I mad about my interior not being cleaned or covered up during the work.

Went to Pasadena looking for a little body shop that I used when I worked in this neighborhood. To my disappointment it was now a vacant lot. So I spotted this business on my home on stopped in. There specialty is doing repair work that is paid for by insurance companies. Looked to do a lot of work for Geico for the had a man sized cardboard replica of a lizard in the waiting room. They were not interested in doing the little bit of paint work I was looking to have done. So I can not comment on the quality of their work, just in my experience. The facility was new the parking was difficult and once again were not interested to the work I wished to have done.

Got the radiator replaced & they forgot to put in coolant, not to mention they changed the power steering fluid & forgot to put that in also, never take a vehicle here

I was unfortunate to get hit twice in the same spot (different times) the staff was wonderful and very helpful, they did an awesome job.

Everyone in the office is nice and my car was fixed fast, the only problem is regarding being clean when returned. Perhaps the mechanics may need to be more mindful of the customers vehicles.

Wouldnt recomend this place you will end up taking your car to another mechanic when they was suppose to fix it completely ohh we dont know whats wrong with it the most simple thing as connecting back a cable and they couldnt figure it so i take it to another mechanic charges me 48 just to plug 2 damn cables together... like you serious?? I go back and he gives me attitude cause i try asking for a refund on something they was suppose to fix but they didnt knew how to fix. Then they act like ifs their first time fixing a car oh i forgot to order this ohh i didnt knew i had to order this, when i waited almost 2 hours to get the car oohh it needs oil lets put some and it all leaks... ohh we need to replace the oil pan... for 2 weeks they had me like in 2 days.. go back oohh in 2 days... go back ohh in 2 days like really dude? Is it the first time yall try to fix a car or what? They sont have common sense and they wanna give attitude, dont go to this place.

This place is a no for me .I took my car here after hitting a median, Im a geico customer and this was one of the 2 places that could get me in. What makes me so frustrated is that I had to take my car back to them because the wheel they replaced was making a noise. When I did call the person answering the phone was kinda rude and rushed me off the phone. When I got there I was buldozed over in converation with a manager who DIDNT listen to me at all. They ended up looking at the wrong side(passengers) even after they only worked on the drivers side initially, so zero logic on their part. After having them look at it basically a 3rd time they told me nothing was wrong and that they couldnt hear the noise, but then they did some more stuff/adjustments to my car anyway. Which doesnt make sense if nothing was wrong with it in the first place??? I get my car back and the noise is WORSE THAN BEFORE. VERY LOUD . Idk what you guys do here but fixing cars is not it. I have contacted geico to complain about your service. My car still isnt fixed and im honestly worried about the repair quality and my safety when driving my car.

Very sneaky shop. They go behind your back and work with your insurance. By the way in order to get an estimate you have to do and insurance claim or else they wont see you.
