Horrible service. I called AAA and they send these guys. They told me it would take them a 1/2 hour to get there. It took them an hour and 15 minutes. On top of that they scratched up my door while trying to unlock it . Thumbs down. 🖓

Dont have these guys do work on your vehicle.I received a AAA tow from Master Auto and Papa convinced me to bring my vehicle to their yard because the other shops in the area were closed. They took three days to fix the hydrolics on my clutch, made the clutch unnecessarily stiff, and charged me excessively for labor ($100 more than their initial quote).

Horrible service. They told me theyd be there on their way like four times...had to keep calling to remind them i was still waiting and after three hours of waiting i called Big Brother towing.

I called AAA for a tow they sent out these guys from Master tow service..they were on time and went the extra mile. I would use these guys again if needed..

They charged my homie over 5 grand for holding his bike.
