This was one of the worst experiences with car repairs. We were given an estimate of damages and cost then told the vehicle would be there for about 3 to 4 weeks. We got notifications 3 times that the truck was ready when in fact it was far from it. After 7.5 weeks, we went to pick up the truck after being told it was cleaned and ready, to find out the truck was not cleaned at all and not fully put back together. The rental was given back and so we took the truck off the lot with repairs still needing to be done but no one capable of doing the specific work. We were asked to bring the truck back when the parts came in. A week later the parts came in and 2 issues were resolved. We still have to get another rental and then drop it off to be painted again and the bed flip cover to be installed. The front desk staff were super nice and tried their best. The owner/manager that has been helping us currently has been communicating well. Unfortunately they dont have the employees to do the work and thats prolonging having the truck fixed.
Staff was very friendly. Declined the repairs to my car but recommended a shop that could do it cheaper.
Ive had them do on 3 vehicles. Never have i had a complaint or issue with the work. It had always been a-1 to the point it looked as it did before the incident

Excellent work! They were very communicative and helpful. I worked with them through Geico and it was really convenient for there to be an Enterprise rep helping me as well. Even though I wish my car had never been impacted, I am glad I chose Chesapeake Collision. They explained the process to me and did very good work. Would recommend. Plus, my car is bright and shiny after that visit :)
I would never recommend this place. It was listed on Geico’s recommended places. This shop consistently delayed progress on my car due to their mistakes( ordered the wrong part, dropping the part once they got the correct one causing it to shatter) and who knows what other delays. My car was supposed to be complete in a week. Due to the minor damage I got the additional insurance on the rental. They kept my car for over a month due to their mishaps and promised to cover what my insurance didn’t. It’s been 6 months and after several calls and emails no one still responds about my reimbursement. On top of my 500 deductible I had to pay 769 to enterprise for the extra rental. Which I will never be reimbursed for. You can imagine the financial strain this caused why you were only intending to pay $500 and that in itself is a lot. On top of it all they replaced very well made keep parts witch cheap parts which does not even give my vehicle the same quality it once had. Utterly disappointed. I would never use nor recommend this company to anyone. Unless you have a lot of extra money to blow and time to waste.
My car was a 2012 and pearl white. The main damage was passenger front door. I got every excuse in the book on why they couldn’t blend the paint into the other panels; insurance wasn’t covering that work (then they said they would) then it was because pearl white and fading will always look different, I get it... but that side of the car had relatively new paint. Finally, they said we will paint the other door and blend into quarter panel and fender. I believed them and picked up the car, it looked fine on the shadows of their tree covered parking lot. Got it home and saw it looked exactly the same as two days prior - obviously unblended paint job and the door stood out terribly. When I see someone looking for body work, I tell them anywhere but CC on Hog Neck. 🤷♀️

Took my car here after an accident. They were so nice and helped me every step of the way. They did a great repair job and were kind enough to fix a reflector light that wasnt part of the accident.There is also an Enterprise Car Rental at this location so everything was quick and easy.I highly recommend this location, even more so if you are a Geico customer.
The repair shop in Pasadena told me they do rust repair when I emailed them, and I was told to come in for an estimate. When I get there at 730, the time their own website says they open, no one is there. 30 min later they come strolling in and give me an attitude when I ask if they open at 730 or 8. We finally go inside and they dont do rust repair. They also said they were sure who responded to the email because they themselves never respond to email. Pretty professional shop if you ask me. Very disappointed.
They currently have my Chevy Cruze they are super informative as a business man I respect that thank you guys and ladies for the warm welcome. Can’t wait to see my car.

Awesome experience! Superb customer service. This was a one stop shop. My son hit a deer and had some front end damage to his car. Geico set us up an appointment with Chesapeake Collision, Pasadena for the very next morning. The Geico rep was there waiting for us, was very knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. He explained every detail of the process to my son and I. And the convenience of having the Enterprise Rep there was a definite plus! Rental car was ready and waiting for us as well. Chesapeake sent us text message updates of the repair process, which made this a pretty seamless and worry-free experience. My sons car looks brand new! Thank you to all involved! Your customer service and repair work is worth 10 stars!!
This place is a joke! I went here after a minor accident and they didnt fix it right the first time. They put one of the old parts back on thinking it was new! They had my car for a week!! Also, they broke my trunk! My trunk opens and closes automatically and they must have forced it closed! I went to open it and it wouldnt open or close all the way. It made strange beeping noises. My poor dad had to fix it at 11pm in the freezing cold when he shouldnt have had to fix something that wasnt supposed to be broken! They never call if the car is fixed. No updates either. They lied to me saying it would be done yesterday at 2:30, but my car wasnt even at the shop. They took it somewhere else! I went to this place multiple times when I should have only needed to go once! If youre looking to waste your time, this is the perfect place for you!
I had a dent & scratch on a door that needed to be fixed. Since I have Geico, it was a one stop shop for me. I got to work directly with my adjuster, rental car, & the repair shop in one stop. Jim with Geico was very thorough & made sure all my questions & concerns were addressed. When looking at what needed to be fixed, Jamie, the shop manager came out to look at what needed to be done. He noticed that there was a removal of some of the pinstripes on my car. I commented on how my husband & I were in the process of removing them, he said that he would take care of that for me. Matt with Enterprise was there & had a car waiting for me. I turned my car in on Thursday at 1pm & it was ready for me the next day. I wasnt able to come in that next day due to my own work schedule, but they came in on a day that they were not open to let me turn in my rental & collect my car. When I saw my car I immediately saw that ALL of the pinstripes were gone & the repairs looked phenomenal. I am very happy with my experience at Chesapeake Collision.
We went to the Geico desk. Very fast and efficient claim processing.
I went in on Monday and they were busy so they opted to take photos of my vehicles damage. They informed me they would have the estimate to me by the end of the day. I called around 5 pm that day and they said how they had been busy but plan to send it over. So, this means everyone that came after me received their estimate first. On Tuesday we called again and they assured us we would have it by the end of the day. Nothing. This morning at 8 am I called again and they verbally gave me the estimate and said they will email it to me (so I can provide it to the at fault person) within 15 minutes. It is now 1 pm, 2 days later, and I still don’t have the estimate. Needless to say, total waste of time. I usually don’t post negative reviews because I want to show grace, but this is frustrating and I don’t want another person to have to go through it.
By far the worst customer experience Ive had with any company. I was recommended as a Geico customer after an accident. After my experience, Im shocked Geico works with a company like this. The process took weeks and nothing about it went smooth. They informed me the car would take longer than communicated because they made a mistake and drilled holes into the wrong spots on my bumper for the reverse sensors. They had to order a whole new bumper. I completely understood.. accidents happen. However, once my car was finally ready for pickup, I took it home only to realize the sensors that took them extra time to repair were not working. I brought the car back and informed them the sensors were not working. I also told them the hood light was coming on. They replaced the front bumper as well. His response to the hood issue was, no offense, let me try shutting the hood. Sometimes it takes a really hard shut. Insinuating because Im a female I cant shut it as hard. The gentleman then tried to resolve the bumper issue. He (and two other associates) couldnt determine the issue. He spoke with his manager (Gary) and then informed me that it was probably just a Land Rover issue and not their work. It was a crazy coincidence they explained. WHAT, that doesnt make any sense. I explained it was working perfectly fine before bringing it to their shop. I also pointed out that I had confirmation from them that they were already experiencing as issue with the sensors. It was communicated to me weeks ago. At this point the Geico rep (believe his name was Mike) came outside and reiterated that its very likely this just happened by chance and they would not be covering the cost to take it to the dealership and the additional work it needed. He was extremely rude and abrasive. I left and contacted the regional manager for Geico who had to step in. The shop wasn’t experienced enough to fix the back-bumper sensors, so it was taken to the Land Rover dealership in Annapolis. When I picked up my car this morning, I was hit with another problem. The check engine light is now on in my car. They could not figure out why (again) and just reset it. I left with my car because I do not trust their body shut. It was a complete lack of customer service from start to finish, and I still have to resolve the check engine light issue. What a nightmare!
Not only did they have my car for over a month because they pawned it off initially on baltimore location WITHOUT TELLING ME, the second time it still isnt done right. Additionally their employees put OVER 200 MILES ON MY CAR, and i just found a screw in one of my tires with bondo on the threads. Unbelievable level of apathy. Will NEVER deal with them again.
The 5 star rating is the for the body shop itself. Everyone was super friendly and efficient, repairs done nicely. The enterprise representative working out of the office was also extremely pleasant and helpful. However, IF YOU HAVE GEICO STEER CLEAR OF THIS REPAIR SHOP. Gary, the “in- house Geico adjuster” that works out of this office is worthless. Arrogant, refused to fix a windshield that was cracked during an accident because “it could have happened even if you weren’t in the accident” As if that were not enough, when i picked up my vehicle I also heard another couple arguing with him in their office over what he determined to be pre-existing door dings after their car had been sideswiped. I’ve had Geico for 14 years but after the awful experience we had with this adjuster we switched to Erie.
