This Salvation Army location never disappoints! The products feel a bit more curated than other locations. There are more name brands here and many clothing items still have their tags attached. Love that they have an entire home goods section in the back and along the wall when you first walk in. The clothing racks are a bit full so it takes a bit of effort to sort through everything but there’s usually something for everyone who walks in. I never come out empty handed!
Price points are too high, clothesAre very used holes, tore, moth bitsSales people are very nice. TheySell fake Designer purses forHundreds of dollars. They knowThere fake. But they keep doing it.Horrible.
Not impressed. The prices are so high! Chairs for $79 & $89!!!! I can get them brand new from Big Lots for that price! Who is pricing your items? It is supposed to be a thrift shop not a department store!
I just started working here a couple of months ago and really think that this is such a special place. Our regulars are great, it is a very family atmosphere in our store the days that I get to be there. I see more beautiful furniture come through this store than I have in all the movies I have ever seen in my life. The CD section is about up to my waste, but for me, I love to organize them because oh man, remember Tower Records? I see all the CDs I love for some reason, our DVD selection is amazing. Saved by the bell Seasons 1 & 2, Many Star Wars DVDs, South Park, 24, so much. We have ridiculous shoes, tons of nice and different Nike Jordans. The womens and mens clothing is off the hook, literally, quicklybecause these brands we have are so nice, BCBG, Zara, Christian Dior, Guess, Banana Republic, Burberry, Michael Kors, Diesel, London Fog. Womens purses like Mark Jacobs, Coach (My favorite), Burberry, and more. Our Brick-a-Brack section is my favorite to stock and organize because we have the most interesting stuff. I love Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday now the most during the week because I get to be around awesome people all day. Thanks to yall, who come to shop, and work there too. I love this job. I love this place.. come check us out.
They do good work for good causes.Unlike goodwill, that does nothing for anyone.Salvation army does do much for the community. NON profit.
This IS THE BEST PLACE FOR DONATIONS. Great place to shop also.
It was wonderful, if you need anything while shopping...ask for theo he was amazing
Good place to find antique and other stuff might like.
Watch out for the parking lot next door, its empty but not free, you will get cited

Their prices are thru the roof !! Not hardly worth going there unless you wanna spend more than the item is even worth !! I wont be back thats for sure !!!
I just went today to the store and I cant believe that the people go there just to steal things...we need to support the store buying not stealing ....
Beyond over priced I was going to buy 1 shirt and 2 pairs of jeans 72.00 😯 plus the employees were very snobbish I wouldnt recommend this store at all
Great place to shop and find deals!
Always great finds.
One of the best for price and variety of treasures to be found.
Ive been a customer for many years and have always felt that my purchase was going towards a good cause. I myself cant afford to spend a lot of money on clothes so it was a win win situation. Now the prices are so high, sometime as much as if bought brand new that shopping at the boutique has become cost prohibitive for me and Im sure for many of your customers. Hope youll at least bring back your 50% off Fridays!
Nice people. V friendly
Probably one of the best Goodwill or Salvation Army (its part of the SA) stores around for neat finds. I once bought a pot there that could fit a whole adult in it (I have pictures of me crouching in it- Im 6 tall) for $100- apparently its an industrial pot meant for huge amounts of food. They always have cool things like antique stereos and furniture. Last week I even bought a $200 Power Wheels for $79. Its worth a look if you like neat things.
I had a very bad experience with one of your employees while shopping at the boutique antique store today Thursday June 13, 2019 at around 3pm. This staff member is a male, tall, blond or faked blond hair. I asked him for help moving a heavy chair to the front desk to purchase it and he told me that I could do it myself because the chair had wheels. Then I asked if he could help me load it in the car if I purchased it and he said he couldn’t. I have had many staff members from this same store load purchased items in my car before including him. I mentioned to him that he has helped me in the past and he said he was not supposed to. His attitude was very unfriendly, he lacks customer services skills and I recommend you consider giving him additional training. Thanks in advance for taking action on this complaint, I left without purchasing any of the items I planned to purchase. I’m a regular customer and I’d appreciate you get back to me on this and more importantly, that you address this incident with that staff members. my name is Pamela Bean
Many hard-to-find and unique items, often at a very reasonable price. The staff is incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Five Stars!
This place has a great selection of stuff, including clothing, beautiful furniture, and records! Picked up a great beach boys live record here, as well as one of those old antique chairs. Awesome place to get some furniture to reclaim.
Awesome store! Great deals and brands
Great employees great to talk to very helpful on what your looking for but can t always find what u need but there is always something great to find if your looking for collectibles
I found quite a few higher-quality items you wouldnt expect to see at a charity-run thrift store - used CDs and DVDs, costume jewelry, and some interesting pieces of furniture. The staff are Salvation Army, so if you dont understand what that means, they may seem rude or indifferent. Many of them are in recovery/sobriety and trying to rebuild their lives. They should be encouraged, not judged, so give them a break.
Salvation Army Boutique is a MUST see! Name brands galore...you wont be disappointed!!!
Cute shop and I always find something that I like.
Coukd have been 5 of 5 had an employee had a courteous disposition vs an old tart attitude, makes o e wonder how he reached the overoripe age that he is.
Salvation Army store with occasional nice surprises.
A little thrift shop with clothes and some old furniture.
They have good merchandise and the prices are excellent.
Not so g ood
The best thrift store in the Pasadena area
I have been to many many thrift shops and this is an unpleasant one. It is very crowded and things are not kept neat. Clothes are all about as if they have either messy custioners (they do) and not ehough staff to put things back.
Great items
I don’t see spending $50 on a pleather jacket or used sneakers as very thrifty.
To expensive.
Good
Pricey
EXCELLENT, I LOVE THIS PLACE, YOU GET GOOD THINGS, AND AT A VERY GOOD PRICE😉
