Stopped by 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐳 while driving and I was hungry. Thankfully they have made to order foods available on the late night. I ordered boneless chicken 🍗 wings and mozzarella cheese sticks. They were definitely filling and didn’t take long to order.

Clean quick & professional. Every sheetz Ive been in is pretty good. The staff arent standing around talking & thankfully dont hold up the entire line telling their life story to customers like some other lesser establishments. Thumbs up.

Good store location. Friendly service and some good food. Gasoline prices fluctuated dramatically weekly. Strange....

Horrible service. It doesn’t take 20 min to make chicken tenders and fries. Particularly if you were the first person to order in a line of people. I realize that working nights at Sheetz probably isn’t the greatest job? But literally. Any effort would be more than what I experienced.Again. Waited 20 min for basic food. They were not busy. I was given the excuse that they were trainees. Which isn’t an excuse or acceptable explanation.Workers wonder why the public gets frustrated. It’s because of this sort of thing.

I’m from An hour and 10 minutes south and East from Parma and I was sent to work one day in the area. I had seen other gas stations in the area as I was searching along my route that had a 30 cents per gallon higher price and when I saw this gas station’s price I was able to quickly pull in. This gas station is situated on a corner lot so it has multiple access routes and is very convenient. This gas station is really really large as it sit on a more than adequate sized lot and though I didn’t go in the store on site looked really nice. This location offered a large range of fuel octane choices. It has 87, 88, 89, and 93 octanes and even offered flex fuel as an option for those with compatible engines. I’m very certain they also have diesel fuel available as well though the pump I was on did not have it available. I highly recommend this gas station for purely alone the price of 87 octane. I hope this review helps someone out😇

I usually stop there on my way into work early in the morning. Many times the drink coolers are pretty bare. Today there was a worker who was in a wheeled office chair that was holding up the line as he was trying to get his food. The guy behind the counter didnt know how to ring him up. The guy in the chair finally got out of the way and actually wheeled himself behind the counter and rang people up. The guy in the chair is usually in the way as the morning rush comes in. Today was enough and I may have to go somewhere else in the mornings from now on.

I go to this store daily and the employees are wonderful, even the manager. One of the employees goes above & beyond to make my trip there better. Chris is awesome! I truly think he deserves a raise lol. But all silliness aside hes the best !

Went into Sheetz with a winning instant ticket the cashier told me it was a looser instead of giving it back to me she folded and put it under the counter I think she just stoled from me would not recommend going into Sheetz in Parma

In the past six weeks I have been to this location six times. Even though it has finally been mandated by the state to wear masks in public and is also clearly marked on the entrances to Sheetz, there are countless customers inside the store without masks. This has happened during every visit and the staff nor the manager ever address the customers or makes any attempt to have customers leave if not wearing a mask. In addition, the uptick of discarded masks and garbage near the doors and surrounding seating areas is rarely picked up. If you are concerned regarding Covid-19, I would avoid this particular location.

I specifically drove farther off the highway for Sheetz, expecting it to be cleaner than the other gas stations. Those were the most disgusting restrooms I’ve ever seen. 50% of the toilets had poop on the seats and 0% had toilet paper (unless you count the last shreds that people attempted to salvage, now distributed on the floor). Won’t be difficult to find a cleaner restroom elsewhere, like maybe a local strip club or some nearby brush.

Had to pay more for gas .. the 88 pumps been down or working super slow ...

SO much more than a gas station. Some of the best sandwiches and coffee around and tons of grab and go eats.

$1.35 for a small coffee and what really hurts machine ran out of cream. Several gas pumps off.Manager go do a better job of staffing. Of course when the money comes easy who cares about service.

This place rules. Gas is always competitively priced sometimes the cheapest in town and their food is out of this world and you can get some of it in any hour of the day! Love it love it love it. Huge selection of beer and every month she known to man.

I dropped my Voss water in the aisle on the way to the counter and the lid cracked. They immediately picked it up and asked me to grab a new one. Spectacular service and the food came out very quickly!

This store brand tends to be pricey, however the employees do take pride in their job because they keep it neat and clean and are always courteous, whether it be the kitchen, their customer service or you just stop by for a snack. Thank you!

The food was very good (as it usually is at Sheetz) but my Turkey Sub was the best Ive had in any state. The gentleman that checked us out (Chris) could not have been nicer. Well be back to this location again whenever possible.

Wont buy gas from anywhere but Sheetz. Usually has the best prices to begin with plus 3cents off with Sheetz card. Love the staff and theyre all very friendly. Food can take a while to come out when busy but they do their best.

Ordered a salad with a total of 5 things on it...and they forgot 3 of them (and I paid $8 for the privilege!) I didnt notice til Id already left and didnt have time to go back. Prepackaged stuff is ok, but never ordering MTO stuff here again. :(

Bunch of snobby cashiers and food makers. Only reason I gave them 2 stars because their coffee is good.

I ordered a toasted 3 cheese sub with veggies. Upon unwrapping my sub at home, I discovered that my sandwich was neither toasted nor contained any cheese. They got all the veggies and sauce right though. I thought I may have made an error when ordering upon this discovery because that’s a pretty big screwup. Alas, I checked my receipt and I definitely didn’t get what I ordered. Reading tickets and making sandwiches that match what the ticket says isn’t a complicated task. How does one manage to leave off an ingredient that’s part of the name of the sub?

Foods good. Takes forever for the order though. This Sheetz has gone downhill!

Don’t even want to give this establishment a star but that’s the only lowest rating it’ll give me the choice. The lady wearing glasses on front counter had the audacity to assume I smoke tabacco products and ask me for my ID when it was my GIRLFRIEND who was buying them for herself. I am so appalled by the service here, never in my life have I ever smoked anything tobacco related, especially with my family history of cancer. My only guess is the fact that my girlfriend and I are gay, but I feel personally attacked by this experience and will never come back again. Worst birthday ever, thank you sheetz.
