I have been so nonplussed by the lack of good service from vendors. NOT SO WITH TOWSON MEDICAL SUPPLY. I live in Bowie and could not get to Towson so the whole transaction for a new lift chair was handled via phone. Donna was outstanding in her care of me as a customer and her knowledge of their products. The chair arrived today and it is perfect in every way. My husband and I could not be more pleased. The chair even has extra features such as a wireless phone charger. Donna was very patient in teaching me what measurements were necessary and the chair fits my husband like a glove. Thank you Towson Medical Supply. I will not hesitate to use your services again and to recommend you to all of my friends and acquaintances.

5 stars for Service tech Mike Dawkins who came to our house April 29, 2021. This man was a joy to have in our home. He was on time and entered our home quietly with a pleasant and reassuring voice. I could imagine his smile despite the mask. I felt like I was welcoming a friend rather than a repairman. You are fortunate to have him in your employ.

On the website it says that breast pumps are sold here, but when I arrived a lady met me at the door and said they did not sell breast pumps. Shortly after I saw her leave 20 minutes before closing time. I thought this was rude and highly unprofessional.

I rented several pieces of equipment from Towson Medical Equipment. The equipment had to be delivered and installed. Everyone who I have worked with from the general manager to the guys who installed the equipment have been terrific. They come when they say. They do what they say and the respond to questions. I highly recommend Towson Medical Equipment Company.

I placed an order for one of my clients on a Tuesday and they arrived at his house on Thursday - staff at his house was very impressed with the quick turnaround from time order was placed to receipt of his supplies. She also stated the delivery man was very nice and she remembered him from a previous delivery. The delivery man noticed the house had a Stair Glider and informed the staff that Towson Medical services them in case she ever has a problem with it. Towson Medical has Quick, Reliable Services, and their staff are always Friendly!

Our experience with Towson All Medical was terrible/horrible. If I could give no stars, I would. My mom had a total hip replacement in May, 2016, and needed a power lift chair with recliner ASAP. While she was in recovery I went to look for one for her. I found it at All Medical. Sent her some pictures and tried it out. It was nice and met all of her needs. She paid for it and scheduled delivery. We were not informed by anyone nor is it written on her sales receipt that it was a floor model. Nothing indicated sold as is or floor model. Not sure if this is legal. Once the chair arrived, she called with a few issues. The fabric was torn on the sides and the remote wasnt working properly. Someone was going to order a new remote for the lift chair and mail it to her. That never happened. She called again and it never came. This time she scheduled an appt. for someone to come out. Guess what, they never came or canceled. At this time the power recliner started to malfunction. What a nightmare. Just home from surgery and a $1200 chair isnt working for someone who desperately needs all the help she can get. She called and sent emails. The response from the owner was in other words, sorry we cant do anything for you.Wow! What a shocker. Thats not a cheap chair at all. I work in the furniture industry and now I always inform my customers who are interested in power lift recliners NOT to go to Towson All Medical. This isnt how you run any business and certainly not one that is customer service oriented. Theyre just after money and sales only. Sorry for you, owner. If I had had a power recliner with a lift available for immediate delivery at my workplace, we would never have gone to Towson All Medical.We wont make that mistake again. Towson All Medical, you should be embarrassed about this entire situation. There was a simple solution; take care of your customer. A note to the owner, if this was your mother, Im sure you wouldnt settle for this end result. Thank God for reviews. 😄 I will bring attention to this matter so that no one else wastes their money or time with your company. I do however support small, local businesses - and yours wont be one. We are contacting the BBB ASAP. Poor/zero customer service was provided.

I called Bethany Ford 10 minutes before closing 1PM on 5-21-16. I was in a cab. She said shed wait til 1:10PM. I arrived then. Your company supplied my walker while in Kernan hospital. Id worn the bk legs down & had to lift it w/ my bk pack on it, when walking outside. She took 5 mins., dug out the minor glide that had been wedged in, & attached the more durable skis. (even though it was difficult - the male tech had just left). She even told me to have the cab wait - it wouldnt take long. A brief task yes. But her cheerfulness & willingness to go the extra mile has saved me from back, hand & arm pain. I was thrown 20 ft. as a pedestrian in a hit & run accident. PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR CO. TO ANY & EVERYONE I ENCOUNTER! Thank You for hiring someone who sees the big picture & remembers that the most important person in any business is the Customer. DO NOT USE THEM! This company left my husband stranded for the weekend without a drop arm commode that he needed because he had surgery and was in leg braces from his ankles to his thighs. He can only move via a transfer board and desperately needed the commode for bodily functions. No compassion whatsoever! Also, I am contacting the CEO of his rehab facility. They need to find a new partner to supply their clients with at home equipment. IT WAS A VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Reserved a wheelchair for my mother and went to get it and the store was closed during business hours. I called the after hours number three times and no one answered the phone. That is very poor business and will never use ALL MEDICAL Equipment ever again.

Erin was very helpful during the rental process and answered all our questions. She also worked with us for scheduling the delivery and pick up. Damond was the delivery and pick up driver and was right on time, and explained the operation of the scooters very well. Erin and Damond were very friendly. A great company to work with.

My wife was injured and sought a medical device from this company. They list their opening hours as 9am-5:30pm on their website and my wife also called ahead to confirm this. However, when we arrived at 5pm after driving some distance they were closed and no one answered their phone. Annoying to say the least!

Unfortunately, my father rented a scooter through your company that in turn ruined our vacation.We had scheduled a scooter to be dropped off at the Renaissance hotel in the inner harbor on Pratt street Thursday, August 31st.That scooter never arrived. My father is handicapped and could not leave the room without it. We lost a whole day because of its absence.We had to wait until the next day to get in contact with the phone number (after repeated messages left and follow up calls) when we finally get someone on the line, they said they will be sending out a new scooter and it will be there within a half hour.Well, ONE hour later, the WRONG scooter arrives (Not enough weight limit). Obviously aggravated because this is now going on day 2 with no scooter, the driver explained what happened.He said that they did deliever the correct scooter to our hotel as well as another hotel. The woman at the other hotel called to have hers picked up because she no longer needed it, and they picked up ours instead!The driver said that he was on his way to pick up the scooter they were supposed to pick up and that it was the size we need.This is when I had the unfortunate experience to speak with Chris the manager if thats what you want to call him. People like Chris should not be employed anywhere, he is a disgrace.Chriss attitude was nonchalant, unapologetic and smug. The first thing I said to Chris was my concern that the scooter that was going to be picked up from the hotel was not going to be fully charged. He assured me it would be because it hasnt been used. I mentiomed thay if i didnt use my cell phone and didnt have it out the charger, the battery would draib. He LAUGHED at me and said the scooter dont work like that. He also laughed said we were stuck in the hotel for 2 days because of their error and that my father is handicapped.. He LAUGHED on the phone when I said my father is handicapped.. THE AUDACITY !DISGUSTING!  I repeadly asked to speak to the owner and Chris kept saying that he was in fact the owner of the company. Now i know Better than that, no owner of a company let alone someone with self respect speak that way and carry himself in that manner.Fast forward to over a half hour later, The driver called our phone to say that the scooter he was picking up from the other hotel was indeed NOT charged. Just as I had suspected.This had infuriated me as you could imagine what a nightmare you turned our vacation into.I was the one that insisted Chris return the credit back to my fathers card (not on his suggestion) and we had to wait another 40 minutes for Chris to come with a new battery.  If he drove down the the new battery in the first place instead of laughing in my face and acting like I didnt know what I was talking about when I expressed my concerns of the battery being drained, he couldve saved us an hour.. The least he could do!I MUST talk to Dennis about this at once. He needs to know the type of people he has representing him and in my opinion, Chris should be fired immediately for his actions.

Exemplary service! I needed a stair lift for my husband, who was coming home from rehab after months of hospitalization. I called Chris at Towson Medical, and he made an appointment for the next day to come to our home for an evaluation and quote. He was professional and personable, with no hard sell. I had been put off by other lift sales people, but I felt no pressure from Chris. I was impressed with the quality of the stair lift, but told him I needed it installed within two weeks. They called the next Wednesday and said they could install on Thursday. This was very important, because my husband was being discharged on the following Monday. Damond from Towson Medical came at the agreed time on Thursday and installed the lift. We tested it out and it worked beautifully. The next day I tested it in the evening when I came home. It didnt work. I frantically called the emergency number at Towson Medical at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday night, and Damond answered. He came out on Sunday morning, and found and fixed the problem. I was so relieved. Damond even called the next day to make sure everything was okay. My husband came home, and rode up the stairs! I cant thank Towson Medical enough. After reading horror stories on the internet while doing my search for a stair lift, I realized I wanted to do business with a reputable company that not only installed the lift, but would service it in an emergency. Bingo! I highly recommend Towson Medical and their friendly, courteous, professional staff.
