Went by and picked up the Atlas trimmer and blower, batteries and chargers. Knowledgeable staff answered any question we had. Good place to shop. I usually go to Edgewood which is good too but we went here today because my normal store didnt have the items in stock. Thanks HF!

I bought a Bauer 1631E-B SDS demo hammer. For only weighing 23#, it hits harder than a Bosch 35#. I do masonry and concentrate work and Im impressed with this demo hammer.

I was not happy with the service. I drove 87 miles to find out the store closed at 7pm. I arrived at 7:20pm to see a sign saying you guys close at 8pm. And all I needed was a Saw only one I could find in my search area in stock. And it was suppose to be Christmas gift. Thanks for the additional miles on my car and waste of gas with nothing to show for it.

This review is during the Covid virus outbreak. All employees were very helpful. I had seen something online and didnt see it in the store. I asked about it and an employee went in the back and found it. I realized they are operating with limited staff. And may not be able to keep up with restocking, but still offered excellent customer service. Thank you Dwayne the employee who helped me.

Good service but watch what you buy. That old saying, you get what you pay for...... I brought saw horses that supposed to support 350lbs. I loaded on 200lbs and both have way, broke. Should have known.

Had to drive to this location to get a wooden work bench. They brought the bench to the front of the store for me on a cart after I arrived. I was checked out in 5 minutes. They also loaded it into my car. Overall an excellent experience

They have a ton of stuff. Not always the best quality but in a pinch you can get by. Quick fixes this is a fast in and out. Check for coupons and specials. Staff is helpful. Open every day. They have sidewalk sales too. Easy to find items as it is well set up.

Decent tools at a great price

Thomas at the Parkville store was extremely helpful and courteous to me. However, I was cheated on my 20% off coupon because it wasnt taken off the item I asked the cashier to use the coupon on...as a result, I lost around $2.00 which doesnt seem like much except Im on furlough from my job and every penny counts.

Love stocking up on stuff for my cub scouts meetings. Good deals.

Harbor freight is one of my favorite stores - quality can vary but hand tools are very solid and the collections of assorted hardware bits are amazing, 125 pieces costing less than 5 washers from big Hardware stores and they are DOG FRIENDLY!!!

Inexpensive tool ok quality.

The shop is good. Store clerks are friendly. Dont expect any quality tools here. If you need a tile saw to refinish your bathroom, it is less expensive to buy the harbor freight model and throw it away when the job is done versus renting one. The bonus is when the machine lasts for more than one job and you can take your time.

What can you say, its harbor freight. Its a great place to get cheap tools. Great prices for non-durable tool accessories, like reciprocating saw blades, cutting wheels and sandpaper, and simple mechanical tools like bench grinders and chop saws. Ive never bought a more complex tool so cant say how they hold up, but my right angle grinder has been going steady for over a year and Ive had name brand grinders burn out in less time.

My husband was in need of a miter saw. We went to Edgewood to get one. They didnt have the one he wanted in stock so we drove to parkville. They had 5 in stock brought the saw, saw blade and the warranty. Got home to put it together and it wasnt the same saw as advertised on the shelf Or in the box. Now I have to deal with a ticked off man because he didnt get what he thought he was buying. In order to fix it, we have to drive an hour to replace what isnt right. Oh and the 20% coupon he couldnt use it on the saw either. He aint happy and now Im not either.

Always a favorite . When I go its how I imagine an oasis to be . The store and concept are great the way the store operates needs a little work especially the crazy line concept when your paying . It agitates a person after they wait in a line albeit a wrong line to then be told they have to start over because they do a single line instead of individual register lines like I dunno most places . Before you go to the big box home improvement stores for tools look here first. Chances are youll find what you are looking for at a much better price. Not professional grade but perfect for the average home handyman.
