Called and asked about tungsten engraving and the woman who answered said they don’t engrave tungsten & hung up on me. She couldn’t have given me a chance to ask follow up questions. I’m not an expert at this stuff which is why I was hoping for someone to walk me through a better alternative or explanation.

Great experience start to finish. I needed a anodized flashlight custom engraved and she patiently worked with me to describe the process and pick a font face and orientation that would work best. Cozy storefront too.

I order an engraved vase for signing stones for a wedding. It is beautiful! A very nice quality vase and the owner did a splendid job in her engraving. I can’t recommend Kim enough! She is my go-to when picking out unique, one of a kind gift. For our wedding, Kim was able to create customized tea boxes for each of my bridesmaids as well as the mom’s. I ordered a custom set of pint glasses for my dad, whos obsessed with home brewing. The glasses were a Christmas gift, and I waited until the last moment to order, but everyone at An Etch Above was so accommodating. Did 1/2 of my Christmas shopping here! Everyone was thrilled with their custom hot/cold travel mugs! First, I found out everyones favorite color and had their favorite thing engraved. Elephant, wolf, dragonfly, music, rhino and others. Each person felt so special and yet it was the easiest shopping Id done!Also, I had many items made for my sons Wedding Rehearsal Dinner. I had asked An Etch Above to etch a picture of my husband and son into the side of a Makers Mark bottle with some wording for Fathers Day. I emailed back and forth with the owner Kim. She was so helpful and responded to every email the same day I sent it! She was wonderful to work with and the finished product is so awesome! Its exactly what I wanted. The prices are very reasonable also. My husband will love it!!

She was easy to communicate with, was flexible with my crazy schedule, and the turn around time could not be beat--dropped it off on Tuesday and picked it up Wednesday! Kim at An Etch Above was amazing to work with. I called on a Friday for a last minute order of 20 etched wine glasses for a joint 70th birthday party. Kim said no problem, I can start them Monday. She had them etched and shipped out on the Monday and my sister in DC received them on Tuesday for the flat shipping rate of $12.00. Kim also followed up to make sure the glasses arrived without issue. The glasses looked fantastic and were a huge hit at the 70th birthday party! I would absolutely order from An Etch Above again!
