Today I shopped in this store and had a clerk by the name of Tina who worked with me to retrieve a $10.00 coupon from my email. She took time with me and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I like the products in the store but the service was excellent. I will shop often here. Thank you Tina.

Always very organized with very polite staff. The prices on some things can be a tad bit too much but their sale items and sales in general entirely .are up for the higher prices of certain items. I have never had an issue here and ill continue to purchase my wooden boxes from them. Always ready to answer any questions you may have and direct you in the right direction towards any area you may need.

Michael is a good alternative to that other chain craft store in town. Problem is the other one is much better stocked than Michaels. Want an airbrush set? Not at Michaels. Many of the shelves are empty of stock as well. Makes it hard not to go to the other place.

Found candle wicks, only local place I can find them. Pricier than ordering online but if you need them now its a good alternative

Great selection of various things to choose from. All of your crafting needs in one place! Usually have fun different things you can buy to do with little ones!

You cant afford anything if its not on sale. Clearance items are the way to go, whenever theyre in the system. Whenever you tell them something rang up incorrectly, they will practically argue with you. Other than that, they are quick to fix the issue and bring the item to the price advertised. The customer service could be a little less snippy though.

I had not been in this store before. It was very clean & areas well marked. I rated it a 3 because they had little inventory & What I was looking for they did not have.Parking is great, customer service was good. Due to lack of inventory I will not shop there again.

I LOVE Michaels! I wasnt sure when it first came in but after I found about the rewards and started using that. Wow! You seriously wouldnt believe how fast that adds up. It works like Kohls cash basically except better! You earn with every purchase and have a longer time to spend it. Absolutely love it!! I had $65 to spend yesterday!!

Its ok.Not trying to be mean or rude BUT looks like Michaels is going out of business, which is sad. There is way more store than merchandise for the store. Was looking for pens & half are gone - either sold out or were never ordered to begin with... there are other items that seem that way too, not just pens & markers.Hope they get a lot more items in their store, otherwise - your best bet is to go to Hobby Lobby. 😔

First time for curbside pick up... Not a good one... Placed the order done everything according to their directions... They sent me a notice that the order was ready for pickup... When I let them know I was there i got the reply it was on its way out to me... I waited for 25 minutes... Had to call them... Another 5 minutes getting my order...

I finally made it in the store since it changed hands for the 3rd time- Employees were great! Store (the 1/3 of the building that is utilized) lacked so much product. No hard feelings, I will just check this store off of my list

I always leave finding more than I thought I needed, I hope that they eventually maximize the space but other than that theyre perfect.

Its unfortunate they have upgraded their security system to ring whenever someone enters,exits or moves in an isle. Its neuroatypical hell. I will NEVER be back. The security noise is loud noone can hear you speak over it and it rings for as long as you are shopping.

Very good staff and Im not having religion tossed at me like hobby lobby.

I love the selection of art supplies at Michaels. They have great deals on canvases and paints! The staff is very friendly and eager to help you find just what youre looking for.

They have the best prices on their stuff. Easy to find and very happy helpful employees even when busy. The competition has a few stuff stocked heavier but you cant beat Michaels prices and attitude.

Theyre a bit expensive on regular items, however... they do have 2, huge aisles of clearance items. They have had good deals for black friday week, and that was good. The atmosphere is nice, but the clearance areas are a horrid mess!!! They need adequate & quality storage containers, hooks, shelving, etc. so it can be kept much more tidy... instead of just throwing items & items on top of each other, creating a huge monstrosity of a mess. I do appreciate that they have a restroom the public can use (both, men & women) & that they have a few Faber Castell art materials. Id love to see more!

Shelves were pretty bare. Prices were high.

Internet and sign on store said open til 9 but they actually close at 7. Its only July but I couldnt find Summer items. Fall, Halloween and even Christmas decor was everywhere.

It has nothing Im looking for. It is half the size of the last 2 craft stores that were in it. Their clearance is horrible. Everything looks picked over in well traffic areas. I found 5 or 6 different areas where they have paint. How many different kinds of paint could there really be. Most of it was acrylic and paint pens. It was terrible. 1 good thing was I had either 1 person asked me how I was doing twice or 2 people asked me once how I was doing. They really didnt help any. But they tried.

Okay... I love doing Macrame. This place ALWAYS has amazing sales. The staff is so helpful, and kind. Enjoyable atmosphere.

Nice people that work there. And they have so.e pretty Awesome stuff.

Always have everything I need

I was so surprised that the store had wall partitions up that made the store smaller. Since switching from Pat Catans to Michaels there isnt as many things as there were. Hardly anything for jewelry making. Our town got a hobby lobby a couple months before Michaels. I prefer hobby lobby now. Im hopping they expand their inventory. A Plus was that the staff was very nice.

Some good sales, but the regular priced items are way overpriced.

Lots of empty space. Employees great but felt like the store was closing. Good clearance deals. There have been 3 diff. Craft shops in same spot that havent lasted long.

Huge store, so be prepared to walk. Very clean and organized. No carts clustering the aisles or dirt on the floors. Great deals and helpful people, when you can find someone. Will return when I have the available funds.

The prices are high, but its the only local craft store with my brand of watercolor paint. Thing is to get the price where it makes sense to buy local, it has to be at least 50% off. Otherwise, just easier to go further in town to another store or order online.

Doors were pre-maturely closed at 9PM, despite the door sticker and online saying 10, which a few employees argued about with us. Generally hostile environment including dirty-looks, complaining about customers shopping, and a vibe like we werent welcome there. Claimed the manager let them close early and kept locking the door with customers inside. Got a cool wooden house though.

Kind of dirty and very outdated displays. Several items either out or very very low stock. Not really impressed.

It doesnt seem like they have as much stuff as they used to. I went in looking for unfinished wood shelves but they dont really sell them anymore.

I had an online order with on-site pickup. There were multiple issues with my order not being filled correctly. Despite the extra work that caused, the customer service was nothing but exceptional. The inside of the store looked clean and well stocked, but I didn’t look around when I picked up my order.
