We absolutely love the whole crew here at Top Shelf!! They are so knowledgeable about wines and what I might like and Brittany, Ryan, and Rick are so great! They don’t up sell you and actually listen to what you like and provide great options. And if they don’t happen to have something you might want they will happily look into getting it! 10/10 for amazing customer service because you feel like family here 😊

First discovered this store about a year ago. When we discovered the amazing selection for such reasonable prices and supported our veterans on top of everything, we never went anywhere else! The staff are such upbeat, professional, happy people! I’ve never found another store like it and probably never will!

Top Shelf is my favorite liquor store in the Parker area. They have a very good bourbon selection and NEVER inflate prices even on hard to get bottles. They also special ordered a bottle of Bruichladdich Black Art 8.1 for me which is almost impossible to find. The owner Rick and manager Ryan are both great people; I highly suggest giving them a shot instead of the giants.

Visited store about 5:00 PM on Saturday, 10/17/2020. Two women were smoking at the entrance and not wearing masks. One went inside before I got to the door; had to ask the other one to please step back. Upon entering store, the woman who had been at the door was behind the counter serving a customer. Neither of them were wearing a mask. I left the store without my planned purchase. The store should comply with and enforce smoking and COVID-19 protocols.

I was in Parker during a work trip, and I stopped by the store to buy some gins that arent available back home in Oklahoma. I was able to speak to Rick, the store owner, and he was so easy to talk to and was able to give me two solid recommendations. I know it seems simple, but it struck me because you just dont find customer service like that very often anymore.
