The scheduled maintenance program they have makes it easy for me to get regular service done for the service bulletins recommended specifically for my car. They notify me via text and email and I can schedule a time in online. And best of all I didn’t have to bring my car to them. Since I’m within 5 miles of the shop they picked my car up and dropped it off for me. I get an inspection report when they’re working on it for recommended service and I can approve or deny on my phone. It’s super easy! Then they dropped my car off at my house. I’ve never seen customer service like this before. Customer for life.
