CN211A) in to them to repair and honestly I have sent it to TAG in the past to have it repaired and Pinetree Jewelers did as good if not better than TAG HEUERS repair shop would have done. I need for a new gold chain for my wife’s favorite Dragonfly Charm. Pinetree Jewelers was recommended by my neighbors. Walking into the store I was met by Scott the owner. I told Scott what I was looking for and in a matter of minutes I selected the perfect gold chain. It was even better than the original as it’s clasp was a Lobster Claw Clasp. Now I needed to have the Dragonfly attached. Scott said it would be done by 4pm on Thursday.I called Thursday Morning and spoke with Samantha, she confirmed my phone number and said she would call as soon as it was finished. Well she called me at noon to let me know it was ready, 4 hours early. I went to the store and was met by Kathy who delivered my gold chain and charm and let me tell you, it was BETTER than what I had originally purchased. So glad to have this jewelry shop here in Parker! Had a VERY tangled necklace that even a big jewelry store (cough cough Shane’s) wouldn’t touch because they said they were too busy and they would probably break it. Pinetree took it without hesitation and had it untangled in only 45mins! Not only that but they were very pleasant to work with, boxed it up beautifully, gave me a tip on how to pack it for travel so it wouldn’t get tangled again, and did it all for free! They will undoubtedly be my first stop for any future jewelry repairs or purchases.

We have used Pinetree for years for jewelry repairs and have been very happy. Recently, my engagement ring had a loose prong, so I took it to them and really the only instructions were to replace the head as it was a 30 year old ring still in the original setting. When I got it back, the quality of the work was top notch but the setting was slightly different than my original setting and I was very sad about it. After 30 years, you get pretty attached to your engagement ring! I realized I needed to specify what I was hoping for, and Pinetree went above and beyond to match my original setting. Their repairman called me directly to review what I was looking for and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. My original setting style was not available any longer (not surprising considering its age!) so he ordered what was close and then hand sculpted it to match. I am beyond thrilled with the finished product! Pinetree has fantastic customer service! I didnt realize how attached I was to my original setting until it was gone and I so appreciated the time and effort they put in to make it right for me. We like to support local businesses over corporate chains and this is the reason why...excellent, trustworthy, personalized service. Thank you!

After receiving a quote from another jeweler for repairs, Pinetree Jeweler’s quote was hundreds of dollars less. They fixed a clasp on my granddaughter’s initial necklace without charging me and they also do watch repair. I wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else for my jewelry needs...and neither should you!

I don’t do reviews often cause I’m kinda lazy but I am extremely impressed with Pinetree Jewelry’s. I wish I had taken a before picture as my ring had broke almost in half and they welded it back together and made it all beautiful again. The welds are so smooth and nearly impossible to see and they reshaped it back to its original round shape. Was so nervous cause it was an old sentimental ring but they did absolutely amazing and Debbie was such a sweet heart when I went to pick it back up:) she was so kind and helpful and the price was a steal for the work they did. Really delightful local jewelry store, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Ive been in a few times and have consistently been impressed with their inventory of fine jewelry items. I recently bought a replacement bezel for my watch, so yesterday I stopped by to see if they could swap it over for me.When I asked if this was a service they could provide, not only were they friendly and attentive, the jeweler took it to his workbench and returned with the watch sporting its new bezel in only a few minutes. When I asked “how much?”, he informed me that there would be no charge.Now I’m not trying to say that they won’t charge you for any kind of servicing of your jewelry (my need was a quick & simple one), just that their friendliness and professionalism was exemplary and it has certainly won my future business.

When another jeweler messed up my ring resizing, Pinetree Jewelers were happy to fix their mistake. It also took them half the time and significantly less money than the original jeweler I had went to. They were prompt and respectful. If I have any other jewelry needs, I would absolutely return.

I have been resisting getting my engagement ring switched from the original 4 prong to a 6 prong so the diamond is not lost. I finally decided to go for it. I dropped my ring off on Tuesday and it was done on Friday if the same week. The best part is that the did an excellent job. It is perfection! My ring has not looked this good since I received it! When I attempted to replace a watch battery myself, I ruined the gasket that waterproofs the watch. I took my watch to Pinetree, and they fixed it for free. I will definitely be back to Pinetree in the future.

Their business is located directly next to my apartment and I had nowhere to park my car so I left my car parked in the spot in front of their business for no more than 6 hours. There are no parking restrictions or signs and I come to find a very nasty note left on my car. That included “you left your lights on hope your car is dead karma is a bitch”.I wouldn’t buy from a business that has this kind of attitude towards locals.

We walked in on a Saturday morning. Both workers looked at us, one went back to the customer she was with, the other walked around the store to join her coworker & the customer. Neither said hello or acknowledged us. A very tiny store, there is really nowhere to go as you wait awkwardly to be addressed. I had my severely autistic daughter with me, & she said loudly she had to go to the bathroom. I redirected her while we continued to wait. I finally took her arm, & we left. We wont be returning.

I went in to show them some jewelry that the JOKE of a shop apex jewelers had messed up to get their opinion on it. not only did they say that it was a terrible job of sizing a ring but they also said keep an eye on it and if it breaks we will fix it! I also had showed her my ring (I am a mechanic) and it was more of an oval shape and she fixed that for me for free! HIHLY recommend this shop to anyone and their mom ( cause Im sure she has jewelry too) thank you guys :)

Really poor service and lack of knowledge and desire to meet my needs. After purchasing an engagement ring and diamond PTJ was unable to produce a certificate of authenticity for the diamond. Despite numerous phone calls over several months Debbie and Scott simply could not get it done. Also promised to get a sample/mock-up of the wedding band. Debbie was clearly under the influence of alcohol when I brought my fiancé in to look at a sample of the weddIng band which Debbie had not even ordered. It was a wasted trip to Parker and gave my fiancé the impression that perhaps her ring and diamond were not real. If trust, service, support and consistency are important to you when purchasing jewelry than I cannot recommend this establishment. Buyer beware.
