Great store. I actually traveled from SLC to Parker to get the last Trek Session 9 (in my size) within 500 miles. Jake was super professional and held the bike until I made the drive down. Took it out to Deer Valley in Park City Utah and its a beast of a bike. Just getting use to the geometry and tuning the suspension to my liking. But highly recommend Elevation Cycles.

I wanted a bike to get some exercise (because the rec center has closed). I got one from Walmart but it was the wrong size, the wrong type, and just a poor bike. I wanted to talk to someone who knew bikes that could help me. Sam helped me a lot. After telling him the type of riding Id be doing he went straight to a hybrid, a Trek Dual Sport 1. We took a Large out to the parking lot for a test and he immediately said I needed an XL. I tested that I it did fit better. He adjusted the seat and we talked about gears. (A lot has changed since I last rode a bike) Another test ride and I decided to buy it. It was a lot more money but the quality was apparent even after that short test. We added a kickstand, water bottle and cage, a multi-tool, and helmet. Sam fitted me for the helmet while the techs added the extras and went through the bike. Sam also helped me load the bike into the trunk of my car showing me how to remove and replace the front wheel. I was only able to give it a short test ride at home as it was getting very cold. The bike should last for years so I look at it as an investment. So far Im very happy with the bike and the service from the staff.

The best bike shop in Parker. The staff is friendly, super knowledgeable, and take an approach of doing what’s best for the customer. They have lots of new gear, and a full service area in the back. I was able to ride in from the Cherry Creek Trail and get new tubes and tires installed while I walked around to check everything out. Highly recommended.

Ive liked the staff Ive met at Elevation Cycles in Parker. I always received a response when I e-mailed them and received notifications when my service was complete. I appreciate that they have some locally branded cycling jerseys too.

Staff were very nice and considerate. Additionally, I brought my bike in with the shift cables and wires removed from the hubs so that they could easily remove the wheels and they reinstalled them when they were done and little details like that matter. It seems like a welcoming environment. I will continue to come here for all my bike needs in Parker.

I want to thank everyone who was part of constructing my bicycle here at Elevation Cycles in Parker. Last year, I ordered a frame, seat stem and fork from Soma which is based out in San Francisco. Alex and Travis understood how I wanted my ride to be built and suggested which groupsets, handles, tires, bike chain, and etc to get and they were all at a reasonable price range. I was so pleased at the final product when it was all finished and wouldn’t have gone anywhere else to have my bike be built.Please be patient with everyone at Elevation Cycles here in Parker, especially during this last year with COVID-19. Once your bike is ready and available to be picked up, you will be very very pleased by how much the quality of your ride will become. I cannot thank them enough for finding the time to invest in me while they have hundreds of other cyclists to cater to. I stopped in to have a look around - never been here before. As I was browsing, was politely asked if I needed anything special by several members. Great and helpful without being pushy.Then I spent about 10 minutes with one member talking about upgrading my bike, how long of a delay there is on bikes now and what he could do for me.I was very pleased with my visit and when the time comes, Ill definitely consider Elevation for my upgrade as well as any accessories. Great shop.

I am already giving Jesse and team 5 stars and I just dropped off 2 bikes for tuneups. We know nothing about bikes and they could have taken us to the cleaners. Instead we were pleasantly surprised. Jesses professionalism and honesty, along with his personable demeanor made us feel instantly comfortable, and extremely confident that we picked the right place to have our bikes fixed. Their turnaround of 2 weeks or so was completely understandable given the time of year and how busy they are. They have already earned our trust and our future business!

Great work on both my road and tri bike. Both are electronic shifting, one SRAM e-tap, and the other Di-2. Joey has kept these bikes ready for race day and his adjustments and tweaks help my bike to perform optimally! Wouldn’t go anywhere else but to him. He explains everything in detail so I understand what is causing what. Top notch!

First time visit to Elevation today (6/24/21) and I was blown away by the customer service! Great crew. Attentive, friendly and totally on top of it. Fixed my bike’s flat tires in no time and assisted in picking out a bottle bracket, plus installed it at no charge on the spot. Highly recommend!

They have a good inventory of parts and accessories. I was able to schedule my bike for service to minimize downtime with my bike. Order online and pickup at the store or browse the store for anything you need for cycling.

The most fantastic bike shop ever timer and is true are the best yeah through are the best at fixing bikes that always gives you great advice and sometimes they steer you to a product thats expensive but its always worth it I recommend this bike shop to anybody that has a bike take your bike there or be sorry

Although not the least inexpensive, this was the best tune-up Ive had on my bike. The gears quietly and effortlessly shift now. Furthermore, the staff, from repair to sales, were professional and personable.

These guys are the only bike shop I will ever work with out here in Colorado. Not only are they experts in all types of bicycles, they have helped me build 2 complete custom bikes. My BMX is now in the BMX hall of fame and my new 1961 Schwinn Cruiser will be completed by them also. When we picked up our new bike a staff person explained to us how to use it properly and maintain it and let my son take it for a quick test ride to make sure everything was working as expected. Then we found out that they offer a free tune up once a year for the first 5 years. Amazing. When we need another new bike we will be going to Elevation Cycles in Parker.

Excellent staff! Everyone is so friendly. I made a purchase online and it was ready in less than 24hrs. The only thing that I don’t like is having to be waitlisted on an app. Most places just have a salesperson with a tablet at the door, and they add your name. Otherwise, outstanding experience!

I had a great experience at Elevation Cycles. They worked with me to get the right bike and to get it sized properly. He answered every question that I had and I was done within 30 minutes. I had done a fair amount of research before I arrived, but I definitely would recommend Elevation Cycles to anyone.

I visited this shop for the first time today, and the whole experience was great. Everyone was so darn nice, and they worked quickly.I busted my rear derailleur cable on a ride this morning. I didnt feel especially comfortable fixing it myself because of alignment issues. I called, expecting a long wait (just like at every bike shop). The customer service guy said they were still backed up on full tune-ups, but told me they might be able to do a quick fix, so I brought it by their shop this afternoon.Within 20 minutes, I had new cables on *both* the front and rear, plus new tires, which Id been putting off all summer).Totally appreciate your help, guys! Ill be back on the road tomorrow!

Everyone in the shop is so nice and so helpful.

With COVID measures, several business need to have folks wait outside for a bit. Fortunately, Elevation has outdoor tent coverings so you dont bake in the sun!Travis in service and maintenance clearly has loads of technical experience. He got a component of mine up and running where two other shops wanted to simply replace and then do a full overhaul. Saved me literally a minimum of 10 times the amount I was going to spend with those other shops, in a fraction of the time (I would have been in a backlog for a few weeks), and earned a repeat customer. Great experience.

I ABSOLUTELY love this shop. Alex the manager is so incredibly attentive to providing exceptional customer and professional service. All of the shop hands and workers are really personable, and always willing to go out of their way to provide you with the utmost attentive care. Ive been riding bikes for decades. As a family of four we have over 16 bikes in our garage. We have road bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes and fat tire bikes. Over the years we have frequented a number of different bike shops in the Denver area. All though many were good, none could compare to the excellent attention to detail, and always with a warm smile and friendly faces that my family and I have received at Elevation in Parker. I can not say enough about this place. The customer service is like the Disney of all bike shops. Well be going back again and again and again.

They know Campagnolo! I had recently installed new campy wheels and cassette. I took the bike in for a new chain install. They installed the chain. Also they adjusted the rear derailleur, and tightened my new cassette free of charge. I tested the bike and after a few pedals the freewheel started making a strange sound. I let them know and they had their Campy tech look at it. He disassembled, checked, and relubed the rear hub. The issue was fixed. All free of charge. I was very impressed. Bike is working perfectly. Thank you Elevation!

Great customer service! Brought in an old mountain bike for a tune-up. I also asked about installing tubeless tires and disc brakes, but after discussing it with them, we decided it wasnt worth it, and I just ended up doing a new chain and new tires. Got a great deal on both. And with the tune-up it is like I have a brand new bike without spending a ton of money. Thanks guys!

Got my bike serviced today. Excellent work (same day, actually) at a reasonable price. This was my first time there but Ill be back based on my experience today. Friendly guy who helped me. Frankly, some guys in bike shops can be impatient, rude, and condesending a-holes (unless you are on the pro tour or something), but that wasnt my experience here today. Quite the opposite.

Great bike shop. A very knowledgeable staff that are always willing to jump right in when I need something to get back on the trail. They take the time to know what I am looking to accomplish before suggesting products. The service department is top notch. No complaints here.

Kyle and Alex of Elevation Cycles in Parker went above and beyond to ensure I get the correct color replacement frame for my Trek 520 (warranty repair), even though Trek no longer had my frame size in that color available. Some creative thinking on their part, working with Trek, and Im on the road again. Im an extremely satisfied customer, and unreservedly recommend Elevation Cycles in Parker for all your cycling needs. You wont be disappointed!
