She even took the time to show us some really cool facts about eyes. I really appreciate that she took the time to engage my daughter’s curiosity and that we walked away having learned something new. Technician Mia or ophthalmologist Mia is really judgmental. she has nerve to tellMe “Your english is good although you being from India “ and also she proceed to ask me questions like, “ are you from really **small place** or town from India?” These are her exact words. I feel so embarrassed and disappointed. The doctor is at best though.Please train your technician or to be doctor interns to be polite and considerate.

Melissa was very friendly and helpful. Adjusted my glasses even though I didnt buy them from LensCrafters. Even adjusted my cheap sunglasses. Wish they accepted my insurance. Would love to buy my glasses here.

My wife just informed me that she went here for contact lenses and was told that she had astigmatism. Never before in her life had anyone diagnosed that. When she got her contact lenses they were unacceptable. She went back twice for adjustments which never worked. She was told that 2 return visits were all she could get during Covid restrictions and that what she had was the best they could do. She subsequently went to an ophthalmologist who said she saw no signs of astigmatism. The contact lenses prescribed by the ophthalmologist are working where those prescribed at this location did not.

Dr. Hand is great. . .she did not require me to get new lenses . . .just because. . she assured me the difference in my prescription was not worth the cost of new lenses. I came in to have my contact prescription adjusted and was told over the phone it would just be a recheck and when I got there it was a whole different story and had to pay $129 for an exam because they aren’t “in network “? I will not be back because I’ll find another eye doctor that is in network and doesn’t mislead their customers.

This is the place you want to be at when you need great advice, professional service and genuine care. The glasses I picked are great but they felt a bit loose . I stopped by to have them adjusted. They fit great now. Plus, they did something special at the end of the visit that truly restored my faith in humanity. I can’t say it. Yes. Once I wasat Lenscrafter and the employee was not nice, then I left cz the service and I went to Pearl Vission. But today Ms. Holly was very nice, very attentive, pleased to serve the client and not rushing me. She helped me in selecting my frames. Just for that attitude I stayed at this location and cancelled the appointment at Macys old or hard Lenscrafter. I am so pmeased with Holly for her extraordinary service. Thanks a lot. God Bless you. The technician who took my tests was very competent and did his job well. I had no problems. Dr. Lisa Jones explained the test results, and answered all of my questions. She was quite pleasant and had a nice chair-side manner.

They are racist at this place!!!!!! My 6 year old niece was just sitting there minding her own business with her gloves on and the lady that worked there had the nerve to point at her and tell her she can not be touching any glasses or anything period. But why would she even tell my niece that? There was one other customer that was touching every single pair of glasses trying them on. Why didnt she say anything to him? Obviously because we are asian!!!!!

I was disappointed with this.It is just a month Ive bought my eyeglasses form this location. I have accidentally dropped my eyeglasses pair on CTA tracks, unfortunately I couldnt retrieve any of the pieces to bring it back. I have the 1-year protection plan (covers accidental damages) and they would not let me claim for the damage. Instead they mark up the latest prize and double the quote and offer me a 50% off after which that amount is equivalent to the price Ive bought my pair first time. Accidents can be of any type sometimes you may retrieve a piece and in some cases like mine I could not. What is the 1-year protection plan for? I am really disappointed in them, It did not work for me, not going back again.Please add something to gauge the severity of the accidents in the plan. Accidents are called accidents for a reason.

I purchased an expensive pair of glasses from them. I called back to request if they have an extra cleaning cloth that I can get. They said I have to buy one, never had such a bad experience with an optics store. I’m never going to this store again .

I spent the last six hours driving into town. I get to the hotel look down at my phone and my contact falls out. I cant find it and my glasses are at home. I called this LenseCrafters and the looked up my script and immediately got me a trial pair. Awesome customer service and very polite and friendly staff. These guys are great. Thanks again.

First off, myself and family have been coming to this location for the last 5 years, and have literally spent thousands, (Melaine is the best, btw). I have had no issues until today. My appointment was setup on a Sunday at 11am, (btw they open at 11am on Sundays), I arrived at 10:56am and was shooed away, and told to come back at 11am... I was shocked and in disbelief by the lack of customer service. 4 minutes, REALLY!! Apparently being cordial is frowned upon. So I said to myself, Screw you guys!, got in my car and left..Bottom line- places like this are a dime a dozen, and most likely wont care, miss, or give two craps if they lose a loyal customer. As they totally showed me today.Food for thought- how about starting your appointments 10-15 minutes AFTER you open, so not to P-off the next person actually makes a point to be on time...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Ordered a pair of $700 glasses I was told they would be ready in 5-10 days (I’ve used glasses my entire life usually they are ready in 5 days) I called on the 10th day since they had not contacted me and I can not function without my glasses. They gave me the run around multiple times and a few days later (past the 10 day period promised) they notify me that my order has been on hold (not placed) because they were out of stock of the frame I chose. The manager Matt was rude and said they had no idea it was out of stock and there was nothing they can do to rush it. 20 days later I do not have my glasses.

Everything was fine until I found out one of my insurance was close and I tried to use another but LensCrafters didnt accept Davis plan, as a emergency first responser, this didnt sit well with me but Im ok with it. You lost a customer, Ill take my business to your competitor.

Too bad I have to even give a star because if 0 was an option I would look for a -10! DONT go here and dont work with Sara M.I sadly had a poor experience here. The lady I dealt with was unprofessional, rude, had bad manors (texting in front of me), and had sub average hygiene. Her name was SARA M. She kept trying to put me into glasses I didnt like ignoring my requests for other options, looks and feels, she would just down play any of my comments talking about herself...I am not sure if she was trying to get a date or a tip or what but it was very strange. After I finally just flat out told her I wasnt happy with the glasses she had shown me she brought me ones that were way out of my price range, insulting me about how much money I make and how I dressed she suggested I look at the womens glasses because I was being a B!t...you can figure the rest out. As you can guess I will not be doing business here in the future.All I can say Is be careful if you go there and DO NOT work with a girl names Sara M.I dont want to write a novel here, but you get the point. PASS!
