This was one of the worst experiences Ive had at an Einsteins. I only received egg whites on the 2 egg sandwiches we ordered and barely any turkey on the other. The Bakers Dozen Bagels listed the bagels Id receive, yet I just received a random assortment. If I had known, I would of not ordered it. My son is allergic to sesame, and unfortunately instead of dealing with 2 sesame bagels, most of the bagels were everything bagels with sesame. The issue with this is it makes it harder to share the bagels with my son and most of the people in the house dont like onions or garlic on their bagels. Additionally, most of my bagels werent cut properly. And parts of a couple bagels are missing. And finally, I feel like the coffee wasnt brewed properly. The coffee tasted like chemicals. I love Einstein Bagels usually. I just moved in the area, and it saddens me the closest Einsteins Bagel to me is sloppy in their food service.

I ordered a lunch bagel sandwich about an hour ago, and as I was halfway through it, I noticed a white piece of paper sticking out of the other end of the sandwich. I slowly open up the sandwich to find that the deli meat paper was left on the ham. Wet, soggy paper. Paper that I’m pretty sure I was eating that whole time. I lost all appetite, and I couldn’t stop gagging for about an hour. Thoroughly disgusted and disappointed. Also, they messed up another part of the order as well. Sloppy job overall. If I can give 0 stars, I would.

Ordered curbside pickup yet theres no parking spots available on the entire street. Youd think the spots in front would be reserved for curbside if the option is available in app.Ordered at 12pm on a Saturday and they were already out of most of the good bagels, including the one I had ordered on the app. If youre always busy then adjust your inventory. From past reviews, it looks like inventory is an ongoing issue. Annoyed that I placed the order and drove over here just to substitute what I really wanted with one of the few options left.

Everything about Einstein Bros. Is fantastic.... Except their prices. I understand that its in Park Ridge, and its residents have no need to be particularly frugal, but $35 for a dozen bagels and cream cheese after various upcharge, is quite steep.

Absolutely not worth the money! The bagels I purchased via Doordash are the thinnest bagels Ive ever seen. I ordered them pre-cut, and instead of cutting these paper thin bagels down the center, which was probably an impossible task due to how thin they are, they cut basically a flap of bagel from the bottom side. This bottom piece literally looked like a flap of skin and was so small that i just put the cream cheese on top of the bagel and ate it that way. Go to Paners for bagels!!!

Waited 15 min for two toasted bagels with only 1 person ahead in line. There were about 7 people working at the time. Asked for a small amount of cream cheese on both bagels and I saw them put a large amount of cream cheese on my bagels and then asked a 2nd time if they were prepared with a light amount of cream cheese as they handed them off to me and said yes, they were. See photos.

Einstein Bros. is a good place to grab a quick bite. I love the asiago cheese bagels. You can get pastries, sandwiches, etc. and of course coffee. I like that they have vegetarian options. Its right near the Park Ridge Metra train station, and bus stops for CTA and Pace services.

First time here and they were out of eggs and everything beagles at 11am on Sunday. They should either put a sign on the door to let People know ahead what they are out of, so they dont have to stay in long line just to find out by the register that they are out of certain food.

I really like this place the food is great and the atmosphere is good. I always get Missy, Denise, Quita helping me they go out of their way to make sure everything is good, they are friendly and helpful. You need more people like them. I would give them more then 5 stars ✨ if I can. I recommend this place

My family and I have been going here for years. Unfortunately my parents don’t always have the great experience that I usually do. My parents order a bucket and a half asked for 6 sesame bagels and were told they’re only allowed to 2 sesame bagels because there’s other customers, so what are they? Very unfair in my point of view, yes I understand that there are other customers, but they can’t they always make more bagels. My mother didn’t say anything because she doesn’t like arguing. But I am very disappointed by the way they were treated. I myself have gone and order half a dozen of sesame bagels and got them without a problem, so since when is there a limit to the number of the same bagel you can order.

I am sorry about this misunderstanding. I was working on my phone on the review when something else came up and didnt have the time to finished it. What I was trying to write in the review is that I am a big fan of bagels, I have try them from different places and my favorites are the Einstein Bros. Not only because they taste really good but because they can last for over a week in the fridge, and still very good. Excellent service!

Stood ready to order and it took about 5-10 min for the 3 women working to acknowledge us even after making eye contact several times. Was very rude when she decided she was ready to take the order. She made our coffee and again stood and waited for another 5 minutes as she went off and cleaned something instead of getting our food (which was 2 bagels as is, all she had to do was grab them). Very disappointing, definitely need more training in all areas.

I came here to get a bagel and I found the selection to be quite impressive. They have a huge variety of all different kinds of bagels but when they run out of a certain bagel thats it for the day. Its first come first serve when it comes to the most popular bagels and they are quite pricey. Expect to pay around $2 for the bagel and they charge close to $2 for CREAM CHEESE. I couldnt believe I was paying almost as much for the cream cheese as I was for the bagel. I do not think it is worth the money.. upwards of $4 for a bagel and cream cheese, no thanks. Not the best bang for your buck, its too bad they are so pricey because they are good bagels.

Went there multiple times. Always, many of varieties of bagels are out of stock. On a particular day, there are hardly less than a dozen left (less than 4 flavors) and they said they are the only ones left till rest of day and the person who makes bagels left for the day(another 6 hours to go before store closes) I was forced to take the flavors left and not the flavors I like :( . Avoid this store if you are looking for variety of bagels

Very nice place, excellent staff, This place is right opposite a public Library, so lot of students go here, I was studying in Library once and had gone for snack, i ordered a bagel and then realized that i had left my wallet in the bag pack in the library, I told the guy making it to put it on the side once he makes it, while i go get my wallet. Instead of putting it aside he just gave it to me saying Dont worry about it its on he House with a warm smile. This shows the quality of the place and how they treat their customers. I not only enjoyed the bagel with a smile on my face, but realized that there are still good hearted people out there.

The food is good but the staff does not listen when it comes to allergies that can make a person head to a local hospital. I ordered the specialty mushroom bagel that they serve with egg and spinach for my mom. I said that she has a sesame allergy and to please watch out. When we got home with our to go order her bagel was multigrain and not plain. We looked on the website for allergy information and it said she could eat that bagel. But since it has other grains and seed we were already concerned so my mom inspected it and ate one half. HOWEVER, she didn’t want to risk it and gave me the other half. As I was eating the other half I look at the spinach and there were two white sesame seed on the spinach. If my mom hadn’t stopped eating she would have had a serious allergic reaction and would have gone to the ER because of the workers carelessness. I am greatly disappointed with this because it seemed as if they did this on purpose because of the multigrain bagel (rather than plain) and the finding of the sesame seeds. Please educate your staff on allergy information and respecting customers.

Um, bagels are life here. What else can I say. Call ahead of time for any and all questions. Its a busy spot. Parking is at a constant wave change as this store is located across from the Library and by a Metra station, not to mention its downtown Park Ridge, so you might get lucky, or not, never the less, theres always more parking around the corner. Dont let the competition fool you, this place stood its time on its fairgrounds. By the way, the bagels here fly off the shelves, so make it your early bird motivation to get up and get here before your morning commute, I find that its always more pleasant to sit in morning Chicago traffic with something delicious and fresh to your liking. And the staff here hasnt messed my order up in 7 years, and thats a record, seeing how Im a frequent flyer through these parts of town. Enjoy.
