Staff was friendly and helpful. They asked what I was looking for and took my right to the area. Then helped me load it into my van. Process were close to what I predicted at the local Home Depot.

Customee service from inside was very rude and not helpful. The guys in the back took care of my order with no issues. Eill not be returning due to the elderly man who seemed to be the manager or owner. Not helpful, rude and actually was a hindrance to me getting the lumber I went in to purchase.

Wow is all I can say! Great customer service! Went there for some lumber and nails. They were waiting at the door and asked what they could help me with. They helped find the nails i needed and helped load lumber. Absolutely way better experience here than Home Depot. Stop here 1st before going anywhere else. Thanks

Great customer service. You couldnt all for better. Steve Jackson was Super nice and very helpful. Were not someone who is always building or buying materials, but Steve treated us like we were spending a million dollars. The lumber is a much better quality than what you get at the big box stores and at a better price.

Their website said they carried a product when in fact they do not. When walking into the store yesterday two employees at the front when both on their cellphones and did not acknowledge my existence. I recommend going somewhere else.

I did not want to replace my door. The staff suggested that they could build a new door frame. The door looks great again. Thanks to all the people that work there. They are always kind and very helpful.

Very helpful thay can key a lock to fit your house key if you need to change a doorknob so 1 key fit all doors.

This local business is family owned and operated with the best customer service you could ask for! They have very reasonable prices and very competitive. I would highly recommend you try them out and let them help you. I always try to shop local and they give back a great deal to the community. This year I volunteered to help with a benefit for the Shriners and they donated money from the business along with employees. All around wonderful place.
