Great shop never any problem always fixed good pricing

These GUYS are a JOKE. I ordered some tires from them back in March 2020 haven’t received them yet. They will not answer the phone calls will not call back. If they answer they’re gettin u ready for a LIE. I want my money back ASAP I’m definitely reporting this company to the better business bureau.

I placed an order on 2-21-2021 and I had to call on 2-29-2021 to find the status of the order. I was told it was boxed and ready to ship the following day. Note that this company is located in Texas however to received notification for shipment from Indiana and Pennsylvania. I have only received two of the five items I have ordered.

After dozens of call everywhere else and being told there was no way to get a split windshield for our mid size polaris, a week before our trip to Colorado riding in the mountains. I gave these guys a call, they not only found us one, but had it shipped to our house and had it in 3 days !!! Thank y’all so much for the help, as we live near Tyler. We will definitely make the drive there because of there customer service !!!

Have been tryin to call for 2 weeks after my uncle had ordered 700 worth of parts and never got an answer or reply via email have already called sheriffs office there to make sure they were open and everything he didnt receive a confirmation email or anything but they were sure to take the money 🤬

My husband spent $400 with this company on custom suspension parts for his UTV back in the beginning of May. After weeks of them repeatedly dodging his phone calls, he called from my phone and they immediately answered since they did not recognize the number. Now they will not answer from either of our phones. He emailed them a couple of weeks ago explaining that if they did not at least contact him soon we would be reporting it as fraud and filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. We still have not heard anything back so we will be reporting the issue and holding these thieves accountable.Edit: They were not suspension parts, they were axels. Within an hour of me posting this review, my husband was able to get through via phone call and received an email from PayPal that a refund had been issued so it appears the company may have recognized the purchase despite my mislabeling axels as suspension parts. If the email was real, I will be happy to edit my review when the refund is proven to be legitimate.Edit: Refund appeared on the credit card balance today. I added a second star since these guys have at least financially made this right. We have still had a UTV we cannot yet use to develop our property since May due to the fact that we were waiting for these parts and playing musical phone calls for the past 3+ months so we still need to order new axels from another company before we can get back to work. Perhaps these folks will learn from this and other experiences by switching only to local business. It seems serving the country has put too much on your plate if you cannot handle all phone calls and emails.

Paid for a set of 10x4 rims in December have not received order yet..Have been calling for the last two weeks to get a refund but no one will pick the phone up.Terrible company.

This place is a Fraud, I ordered parts and have called numerous times with no answer. I called next door and asked the business next door if they are open and they are. He stole almost $500.00 from me. DO NOT GO HERE!
