Decent selection of watches, but easy returns and replacements are what make online shopping so much easier. I cant make it back to the store within the 30 day return time frame, as Im out of the country, and they refused to give me a few more days to return a completely unused item. I now have no reason to go back here.

Stopped in the store to get a credit for our watch since they told us our watch was discontinued but Sam was more than helpful. She said they had the same watch in stock and that they would be more than happy to replace it! They replaced it and we ended up buying 2 more watches! Great customer service is so hard to find nowadays that its so refreshing to still meet people who are nice, attentive and enjoy helping people. Definitely will be back!

I needed to change the batteries of several watches I came to the store 20 minutes before closing Regina and Divine were very courteous and without problem they helped me, they had to close a little later for me with excellent attitude they attended me I want to thank for their exceptional service!!!!

Went to buy a Armani watch and was told I can either have the shop box or the original box for $5 more. WTF! Needless to say I questioned it and was told its standard. Even though I have never heard of such a thing anywhere before. They lost a sale over trying to sell me a box that comes with the watch anyway.I walked off and had to pass the shop on the way back to the car, I thought let me give them a second chance.But no still wouldnt give me the box for free.Bad sales rep and bad manager who also said no.Maybe because I was English they were trying the dumb tourist thing?

This location is horrible. I bought a Fossil watch here and they didnt want to replace it. Battery would not hold charge. They told me since its a Fossil watch to go to there location and see if they could assist me.
