This is honestly the best oil company in NJ. They offer competitive pricing, usually beating out all the competition. They have monthly free oil prizes of 100 gallons, they have referral discounts for both you and the person referred. The owner is a great guy, one time a driver ran over one of my ring pathway lights and the owner personally called me and sent a check to replace it. They usually deliver really fast and I haven’t had an issue in the two and half years that I have used their services. Highly recommend.

Always a great experience with Bonded Oil. Ordered oil on Friday afternoon, had delivery Monday morning. And they are always competitively priced. Ordered fuel at 3:00pm. It arrived 10:00am the next morning. The delivery guy was very friendly and efficient. Also, .11 cents less per gallon than the normal delivery service, and came with $20 off Promotion. I would definitely recommend Bonded.

Ive used them several times for oil over the past few years and its always been a good experience. Usually the best price I can find and they generally deliver within a day or two (I usually call when Im at 1/4 tank). Drivers have always been courteous and professional and leave everything they way they found it. Check for coupon codes / promotions that can save an extra 5 or 10 cents per gallon.

Started using bonded oil a couple years ago. They lived up to their word being the lowest price and were able to give me delivery within a couple days where everyone else was telling me somewhere between a week to two weeks. They have always been prompt, fair and professional. They have become my go to guys.

For the record... every one of the drivers/delivery guys and service/repair guys are great. The owner on the other hand... never lets you speak when he picks up the phone. Try to ask a simple question and he talks over you. Complete turn off and total reason we stopped using them.We recently sold our house, there was a need for a delivery to add oil to the tank, I called with a few simple questions and Mr. Grey wouldnt let me get a word in, or ask a single question.It got so frustrating I literally said Can I please ask a Fn question? Well he didnt like that so he hung up on me. Doesnt feel good when the tables are turned does it?So... the OWNER of the company hung up on the customer after not letting the customer speak. Not sure how anyone puts up with him over there. Family run businesses are challenging yes... but let the customer speak and understand first before talking over them.Needless to say we informed the new owners not to use Bonded.So happy to be using Natural Gas in our new home. Oil is ridiculous to begin with. Total Racket.

Bonded Oil deliveries have always been prompt and ahead of schedule. I ordered oil yesterday morning, and it was delivered early this morning.

They always deliver within 24 hours of my orders.

Second year with Bonded and never had a problem. Easy to order, prompt delivery, good prices and responsive customer service. Referred a friend and got the $50 credit as advertised. Nice dealing with an honest company with no nonsense service.

How often do you rate an oil company. Well todays the day. My oil burner shut off the night of the big storm. I called Bonded oil and with-in half hour John was ringing my doorbell. Once he had pin-pointed the problem, an oil truck arrived an hour later and filled the tank. Got through the storm warm and happy.

Terrible customer service!! The man on the phone was so incredibly rude to me when I aquired about switching my oil company, that he made me feel like complete grbage. I never thought that inqureing about oil prices would become such a chore as it was for this man to speak to me. RUDE RUDE RUDE. You do NOT deserve my hard earned money or anyone elses for that matter. Especially when dealing with potential customers.

First time using this company and it was a huge mistake. I ordered 200 gallons and only received 188 gallons. My gauge read only 7/8 full. In the past,after a fill up my gauge read FULL! The lack of adding 12 more gallons (which my tank could have handled easily) they stopped. That action cost me an additional $110.00. 200 gallons or more...$2.29 / gallon. UNDER 200 gallons cost jumped to $2.87 / gallon. Poor business practice. I will return to my old oil company. A couple of cents / gal dif. wound up costing me much more ! Lesson well Learned !

* UPDATE * I spoke with the owner this morning. He was very professional in handling the situation. We essentially agreed to disagree. However, he will be refunding us for the 80 gallons. I appreciate his effort in rectifying this issue.At the beginning of the month we ran out of oil. I put an online order for 150 gallons. Two days later when they delivered I was only given 80 gallons with a note saying they would return the next day. I decided to check my gauge and it still read ZERO. I waited untill the next day when we received the remaining 70 gallons and then checked the gauge again and it read just under 3/8 full. I emailed the company to see if there was an explanation for this. I was then told maybe my gauge was broken or maybe my tank was bigger than I thought??Well today we needed to order MORE oil after only 3 weeks! I decided to go with another company and ordered another 150 gallons. Today after the delivery, I came home and checked the gauge .. its reading right at 5/8.

Worst oil company in New Jersey. On delivery spill oil on the ground and tank, did not come to clean oil spill, did not contact back to me. Never ordered oil from bonded oil.
