Went in 10/26 to drop off my phantom 3 for a quote on repair. Was advised that even though the camera and gimbel seemed undamaged from a crash that dji would not attempt to reuse which turns a relatively cosmetic repair into a complete rebuild of a 5+ year old unit. The salesman/attendant/whatever his role is guy there would offer no insight at all as to what kind of money I was looking at but common sense tells you the new camera and gimbel would be north of 500 so at that point purchasing a new drone was the best bet. I asked to see the mavic air2s which was not on display and he claimed they had them for sale but they are in sealed boxes and he isnt allowed to open it. So you want me to pay over 1000 for something you wont even let me touch at all until after I pay? Youre out of your mind. The guy there seemed more interested in continuing his personal call on his cell phone than assisting someone trying to buy a new not at all inexpensive drone. He really seemed like he didnt care if any customers came in that store at all. Very much soured my opinion on purchasing another drone at all.
Wow what an amazing time I had in store purchasing a drone! The manager Marquis was VERY HELPFUL AND INSIGHTFUL! He answered every question and then gave me some cool tips to flying a drone and about videography. I honestly was not planning on buying a drone that day but his knowledge and the conversation we had sold me! Thank you so much Marquis you really are awesome!!!!!

Every amateur question on my journey to drone videographer has been answered by a knowledgeable and caring stall. Given great practical advise and would recommend to ALL. I will shop there again and again.
They are so good that I went all the way from New York to their store in New Jersey just to fix my drones.. and looked over their drones
TLDR: Their drone repair service was a waste of time and they do not display any sense accountability when things arent done right. Avoid unless youre just looking to chat with chill drone enthusiasts in the shop about products and places to fly (which is nice, but definitely not why I brought my malfunctioning drone here).Details: Theyll take your drone for three weeks (exceeding turnaround time range), say they fixed it AND say they did their own test flights to confirm that, and when you take it out on the first flight and the issue persists (all of my controls disappearing from the screen, no way of safely landing etc.), theyll tell you to bring it back in for another 2-3 weeks. No detailed information about their test flights or why their repairs didnt work. ...or what they plan to do differently the second time its in the repair shop. Two stars instead of one because the employees are friendly, but no one answers the phone at both NJ (straight to VM) or NYC location, voicemails are not responded to, and emails take 2+ days for a response and often do not address the issues. Communication is so bad I thought they went out of business. Aaaand I still dont know whats wrong with the drone. A solid do not recommend.

No Touchy!Went inside to take a look at the gear but as soon as I reached out, the guy behind counter says not to touch! Funny thing is he doesn’t even try to get up or anything after. So I left. Too bad as I was looking at their stuff on Amazon just yesterday.
Got ignored by the staff and they wouldnt even help me out with any of the products. I had to find out online and just picked it up at the store
Pay $1,000+ for a drone and good freaking luck. The educational and information depth is non existent, the selection is excellent, NO support, NO educating new pilots, NO repairs with the DJI paid warranty, NO information in getting the FAA 107 license necessary for YouTubers, NO training or possibly to try anything, NO local club or group info. It’s really give me $1000+ and good freaking luck, I dislike this lack of customer service. At minimum have a flight simulator with each model.
DJI/Camrise staff were courteous and knowledgeable about their equipment but also quick to find an answer for any questions I stumped them with. They made me feel secure with my purchase and confident that I was going to get the experience I was expecting with the equipment.
Once you except to fix your drone it will take forever, never answer a voicemail call or email until you get aggressive with them, I’m so tired of this place

Worst experience I ever had in this store and I actually love DJI products as I have pretty much most of their drones and use their ronin-s which I all bought from this store actually. I came into this store on 3/13 @4pm trying to purchase the new Rs2 and so I tried to ask the store associate a few questions about the newer gimbals and he brushed me off and was super rude to me because I was asking him questions. I guess I was interrupting his conversation he was having with his friends. I asked if they had it on display and he said no and even if they did I couldn’t touch it because of the pandemic and that I had no common sense. So off to BH I go since you can actually see the gimbal on display there and you can’t here or get any of your questions answered. What a joke of a staff they have...

Store is a gem, service left a lot to be desired. In 2021 are you that big, where the customer has to be held hostage, and after 2 months it comes back not working!
This business/store needs to work on their communication. I called over and over with no one answering calls, and mail went unreplied for too long. I made the order, was told to verify and after verification order was accepted. No mail response or call answering again then 4 days later got mail order was cancelled because the item was out of stock! This poor performance from Camrise cost me a lot of money! You should do better! guys better look elsewhere if you have time bound orders because these ones will likely disappoint you.

Great looking showroom with a wide range of drones! Staff are all very knowledgeable. I was shopping around for a drone and the werent pushy at selling me the most expensive drone. Brian is a helped me with my first drone purchase. I bought exactly what I was looking for. He guided me through each step of setting up the drone and explained the app used for flying the drone in a way I was able to understand. He certainly knew his stuff. Not surprised since hes a FAA-licensed drone pilot. Will definitely return for more accessories for my drone.

Ive had my DJI Spark for 7 months and one of the motors stopped functioning, so I took it here for them to take a look at and diagnose/fix. I am so pleased with how they handled my issue. Even though they could have done the repair for under $100, Sam advised me it would be better for me to first try the DJI customer service process since it should be under warranty. He easily could have taken my business and not told me the free option, but he was kind enough to also explain the whole process of how to go about requesting warranty repair online. Then, when I inquired about purchasing landing skids Spark, instead of taking my money, he said he wanted to make sure my drone could be fixed first before making me spend any money. He was so nice. I would highly recommend this store for any drone enthusiast, regardless of your experience level. They arent trying to hook you into anything; they genuinely care about the products and most importantly, the customers. Thanks, Sam!
I specifically asked on the phone if they could install new camera ribbon and video cables, they replied they could. I drove 25 miles and dropped it off, again telling them what I wanted done, no problem. A week later they give a $350 estimate to install new cam/gimbal. I called telling them I just wanted new cables, replied they wont replace cables, only cam/gimbal setup. WTH!2 Stars because they shipped it back for free.

The personal in this store location is awesome. Very helpful and more importantly willing to help. I had a problem with my drone and they took the time not only to solve it but to explain the problem and how to solve it for future reference. Highly recommend place go to explore and ask questions if you are thinking of getting a drone and need a run through.
The store was not well organized. The items didnt look well displayed. The sales associate didnt greet or offer to help us. They were to busy counting the cash from the register.
Don’t buy their drones! Tried to impress my 1 year old son with my drone. Said to update and now the drone has been beeping for 30 minutes n me n my son sitting here in the park with nothing to do. Still not flying. Will not purchase anything from DJI ever again. Smh.

This is the place to go for professional level drones with video transmission and local video storage. They have everything from mini drones with 15 minute flight time to a mega-sized drome equipped to do crop dusting. The people there know their business and one of them is an FAA-licensed drone pilot.
So I unfortunately crashed my drone so I live near Paramus and knew of this dji store so I brought it to them and they shipped it off. all felt seamless until when on the estimate they emailed me everything but the gimbal was not on the estimate and thats really why I brought it in. So I called dji not the store I brought it to. I gave them my service ID number and none of them could find the service Id so I then gave them the location of the store and they said that thats not there store. (if you get your drone fixed by a 3rd party person it voids the warranty). So I do some research on Google and the store is by camrise and they shouldve told me that theyre not actually dji and epically when I asked them if they could ship it for me and fix it. So I call them about my estimate and why they put parts on the estimate that werent really broken and there excuse was they forgot to put the gimbal on the estimate. I needed this drone for vacation so I had no choice but to use them at this point because I couldnt send it to the real dji store. So when I got the email saying that its ready I called the NY store still owned by camrise not dji they took my service ID number and they said that they had it in the warehouse and they could ship it to the Paramus location so they ship it and they said that it would be there in 24 hours so at 4 the next day I call them to make sure its there and they said its being shipped still so I went to the store and sure enough they had it there and I went home with it and I go to put on my landing gear extenders and the back plastic landing gear Is missing on the drone thats a perminent part on the drone and how do you forget to put that back on. Shame on you camrise for imposing that your dji and not telling your customers that a 3rd party store.

I came to this DJI store because I had a problem with my Mavic Pro, the gimble wouldn’t connect, and I had absolutely no camera.When I went in, Nick had a smile on his face when I walked in the door and was extremely pleasant to me, offered to take a look at my Mavic and was able to get the gimble connected in less than 5 minutes. He knows his product in and out. Showed me all the ways to calibrate it. And all the settings available.He is very knowledgeable, and sitting next to him is Sam.Sam knows everything there is to know about becoming FAA certified if your using your drone commercial purposes. Sam even guided me where to go to get a study guide for the test!! He too, knows these products in & out.These guys at DJI are very knowledgeable, and are willing to help and answer all your questions.Look no other than DJI in Paramus If you want to get a drone.Thank you Nick for getting my drone back in the air so fast, and thank you Sam for all the info on becoming FAA Certified!

Got a drone as gift and was told to go there so a professional can calibrate.The person at the desk was nice and full with knowledge. Or maybe not. AfTer couple failed attempt to calibrate the drone explained how dji drones were made for Iphones not android devices - pretty stupid excuse. Next excuse was that there a lot of radiofrequency inside the room and calibratuon needs to be done outside. After i packed the drone, The guy kept talking a lot for drones and this and that.After i went home and checked the manual, the professional didnt know the actual 6 posituons drone needs to be to calibrate. No android problems, no radiofrequency problem. Just not enouth employee training.Nice customer service but NO BASIC KNOWLEDGE.
I recently purchased a drone here and they are not helpful. Besides this 1 guy who was a great worker and helped you with everything they don’t know how to use the drones and they don’t exchange them when they sale you a faulty one. I went on vacation and since day 1 my drone did not work. You would expect them to help you fix or help you get a new drone but they don’t. I went during the tile to return my drone and the guy told me take it home and try this and that, i came back once the exchange period was over and the guy told me it was too late that i needed to pay. A technician was there one day and he did not 1/4 of the things i did to try and make it work. Truly sad and disappointed. I can say with full confidence that you will not be helped when your drone doesn’t work. Faulty drone is gonna kill your vacation bone.

You’d expect companies such as DJI to truly give you quality in the quantity we pay for their drones, being the “market leader” in easy-to-fly and easy-to-screw me over.My drone stopped working after a few days, wouldn’t stay connected to my controller, so as any one who isn’t tech savvy with drones, I did resarch and went back to return it during my return period.I went while they could still return it and they told me take it home and do this and that... I spent a week bought a new phone bought the crystal sky all of it thinking maybe it was me but when I came back with the conclusion that it was the drone itself they tried to charge me 360 dollars to fix it, how convinent of your employees DJI 👏🏼 You’d think the employees you hire would be “expert” enough to know if it doesn’t work at the DJI store it probably won’t work at my house either.Go figure.It makes it worse when the manager comes out doing about 1/20th of the work and research I put into it. Using his own uptodate controller, iPhone and mine as well (iPhone X) to look at me with a “ I don’t know, but now I’ll actually send it to the people who actually made it” expression.The fact that you can’t take back a faulty drone to replace it when even your own uptodate controllers and phones won’t work expecting me to pay for it?? Out of your mind.
