I came across ITC company when I was in need of a computer repair. You are greeted by a lovely secretary who assists you with your devices. All technicians are knowledgeable and courteous . They respond to emails and assist with any questions you may have. Repairs are done on site. Which was a plus. Excellent customer service . An asset to the Apple team.
I discovered ITC last year when Apple insisted that I go in person to their Nanuet Store for a warranty issue in the middle the worst part of the Covid19 pandemic in Rockland County! Being in several high risk categories for Covid - they finally relented, and referred me to ITC. ITC arranged for me drop-off the computer and get it back contactless with no hassles! I was also surprised at how quickly they fixed the new computer! Since then they have performed three other non-warranty repairs - all very quickly, some overnight. They have been very responsive, friendly, and most professional - in other words just superb!
Sales team was not upfront with me when I called and explained the issue. The price went up dramatically for the same repair after I arrived at the location. Had I known, I would not have made the trip. The guy at the front desk had the personality of a rock, the location smelled like feces upon walking in, and it was about 80 degrees in there. I plan on going to a local Genius Bar instead. Too bad, because I’d rather give business to a small local enterprise.
So awesome to work with! They were very straightforward and I loved that they emailed updates when they had them. Luckily my fix was pretty simple but I dropped it off on a Thursday and had it back by Monday! Cost was more of an apple thing than them but just happy to have my computer back! Would happily take something to them again!
Apple referred me to ITC to fix my computer and in less than 24 hours it was fixed. The price was very reasonable and the service was professional. Mike was responsive and updated my ticket promptly so I could follow along in the progress of my repair from home. My only issue with ITC was the woman at the front desk. She was not very friendly and knowledgeable on questions I asked. She also barely looked at me while I talked to her. She could benefit from some feedback or training from the owner of the company.
I drop off my phone and same day service. Awesome.

My daughters old Macbook Air would not boot up and after the Apple store in Nanuet was unable to recover data, I went to ITC. John and the various staff members I interacted with (Isaiah, Mike and Sophie) were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. ITC not only recovered the data to an external hard drive, but re-installed the OS and copied the data back to the laptop. I brought the laptop in on a Thursday morning and I had the laptop back and running fine by Friday afternoon. The $280 cost was a reasonable charge for the expert, prompt and courteous service. Going forward, ITC will be our first call for any issues we encounter with our Apple products. Thanks again!
My son’s keyboard space bar was not working and, like most students these days, he relies on his iMac for high school. The Genius Bar/Apple store didn’t have an appoint for a week(!) and so I nervously tried ITC. I was relieved to find out that they honored Apple Care and not only did they diagnose and replace the entire top cover (keyboard and Touch Bar) without charge to me, THEY HAND DELIVERED IT BACK TO MY HOUSE! The entire process took only 2 business days. Thrilled with their service and highly recommend Paramus ITC. Much easier than waiting at the Apple store!
Great customer service. I went to them because they were showing a time slot earlier than Apple, glad I did. They got my issue repaired with an extended warranty that I did not even know I qualified for. They were able to turn around the repair within 1 business day.
I have now dropped two of my macs off to them and they were able to both pull info from an old dead desk top that couldnt even turn on and recover my work laptop and restore it to brand new. I highly recommend using this place. They were perfect and very well priced.

I am a proponent of customer service. Hospitality is a virtue, and unfortunately, it was not extended to me as a paying customer when I arrived to pick up my device on Wednesday September 8, 2021. I had been driving for a while before I received a phone call from Mike telling me my computer is RFP (Ready for Pick-Up). When I arrived at the Information Technology Corporation in Paramus, NJ, I asked the front desk receptionist Sophia Galarza if there was a bathroom I could use. She did not answer my question, instead, she mumbled and responded to me by saying “Due to Covid protocols/restrictions, they can’t”. Someone is paying you $218.00 for a service they could have completed at any location other than yours, and you refuse to let them use your bathroom due to some made up policy? How about the fact that I also entered the ITC facility maskless? Is that not an ITC policy? Is the ITC following CDC guidelines as a business? Perhaps not, as Galarza was maskless as well.I will never use this center again for service on any of my Apple Devices. This is not to criticize the repairmen who are responsible for getting my device up to date and operable again. My device is working as it was before it needed repairs, and I am satisfied with the repair, but severely disappointed with the service which is an extension of the ITC. This review is anything but an all 5 star experience.As a principle, I am obliged to share my experience with the public. I appreciate the service @John Sagaria, but I was insulted by the lack of hospitality and dismissal Sophia gave me upon a simple request. Although I cannot cite the quote insinuating your company values its customers, posted to the right wall of your door upon entry of your facility, I can tell you this treatment was a contradiction of that.
My iPhone was working with no problems, but the battery life was declining. I brought it in for a $49 battery swap. Then when they had it, they magically discovered a logic board problem that meant the repair would be $279!! They refused to just swap the battery. When I declined the repair, they said there was a $35 evaluation fee! Go anywhere else but this place.
Highly recommend ITC. We have been long time customers and have purchased several different machines over the years. The attention to detail far exceeds my expectations. John and his entire crew are top notch and keep me informed every step of the way. Will continue to use ITC today and for all my future Apple needs. Thank you so much!!

I brought my 2019 iMac in because the Retina display was blotchy and the lighting was uneven. Thankfully, everything was still under warranty. These guys started looking into it the day after I dropped it off and resolved the issue in a very short period of time. Service was courteous and professional. Turnaround time was fast and pickup was easy. They had plenty of Covid-19 precautions in place to make me feel at ease being there. I just got my iMac back today and the display looks fantastic. The gentleman at the desk even boxed it up in front of me.Grateful for their service.

I brought my laptop in on a Thursday to get repaired, they called said it will be done earliest Saturday if not Monday. I called on Monday they said definitely Tuesday. When I called Tuesday morning, they said it will be done in the afternoon just call to confirm. When I called again, they informed me that the wrong part was ordered and that they needed to order another one.I went here a couple of months ago to get a quote, with a not so good experience and decided to give them another chance. I am experiencing the same energy.These people seem unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. I told them my account (that they gave me) to access updates on my laptop was not working and they never tried to fix it. When they ordered the wrong part, they did not call me.
The customer service rep was NOT consistent with the COVID rules their own business put into place. When I stepped into the lobby, I was waved off into 30 degree weather to stand outside before they could even find out what I needed. The sign also said that one person was allowed per party; however, that was NOT the case. I was never helped.
Easiest repair ever.Made an appointment on apple support, dropped it off the next day, and 3 days later, my macbook is ready. The gentleman at the front is very nice as well and they have a covid cleaning/disinfecting station!
My phone suddenly stopped working & I needed it fixed ASAP. Apple support referred me to ITC as the Apple Stores in my area did not have any open slots for at least a week. After running a diagnostic test it was determined my phone was not repairable, however Kevin took the time to try to connect a battery to see if I could at least retrieve some data. I appreciate his efforts at my request, despite the phone failing. New phone was ordered and received before I would have even been seen at an Apple Store. Great service, would recommend!

Went to ITC because the local apple store had no appointments. They did follow covid protocols during my visit, which I was pleased with. My 2012 macbook air needed a new battery, and the gentleman wrote me up in the ticket system and explained the pricing structure. It would need a diagnostic test, which was around $79, plus any repair costs. If I chose to do the repair, they would waive the diagnostic fee. They printed a receipt for me to sign, but it had no pricing information on it. I asked how much for a new battery and the gentleman said it was $130 (which is the price apple charges) plus an install fee. I again had to ask what the install fee was for the battery, which the gentleman looked up, and it was around $90.Heres the issue: if I had signed that receipt, I would have been responsible for paying at least a $79 diagnostic fee for a problem which I already knew existed, or paying over $200 for a battery replacement which was not economical for me (2012 macbook air is obsolete). Im glad I asked for a price quote, because I didnt go through with the repair.Suggestion: be clear and upfront about your prices before you ask customers to sign anything.The employees do seem very knowledgeable and capable, and if price wasnt a constraint, I would take my apple products here for repair.
Just got my phone taken care of today. This place is an honest to goodness independent repair shop doing legitimate apple service. John runs a wonderful business. They took care of my iPhone 11 Pro that I shattered when it fell out my pocket stepping out of an ambulance while working during the pandemic. I thought it would take months to find a place to fix. They were the only business I could find open and took care of me! Not only were they still open, they fixed my device in under two hours. Professional friendly and reliable. Thank you !

The staff at ITC provided top-notch customer service when I brought them my MacBook Air for repair. As someone in the service industry (real estate) who has lived in Japan for many years (where customer service is almost always head and shoulders above what you get in the States), I found the quality of ITCs customer service par none! I required an emergency ( I work in healthcare) repair, including battery replacement for iPhone 8 when all Apple stores were closed during pandemic. Apple Support recommended this company and they were amazing in timely response, daily updates, professionalism and more. Delightful staff they gave me all the assurances in the world that they truly wanted to help me. I was there to change a screen on an old iPhone so I could get a free upgrade with T-Mobile. they didnt have the screen and suggested I go to the Apple store as there is alternatives since theyre just going to recycle the phone. They certainly didnt have to tell me all that and essentially not make the sale. That is what I call 6 star service. I was also pleasantly surprised but their pricing was the exact same as going to the Apple store. the difference is I got an early morning appointment the night before and when I walked in there was nobody waiting!!
The people here are very professional and polite. I visited ITC because my laptop stopped working out of nowhere. They were very transparent about their pricing and explained it to me very patiently. They called me about 2-3 days after I dropped it off to explain the problem and get my consent before they proceeded fixing the machine. They document every interaction they have with you through an online ticketing software, so you know everything is legit. Fixing took about 1 week, which is exactly how long they told me it would take. Wonderful service.
I purchased an Apple iPad from this operation and provided them with specific instructions on what I required along with a list of questions. They provided me with illuminating answers to all my concerns and a good price for the package. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Ive heard from several of their other customers that theyd recommend ITC along with willing to do business with them again. They also mentioned how the Apple stores always seem crowded and they felt they got better attention with this business.

I called them, they opened a slot just for me!Location of the place is a little tricky. But the staff is very professional and friendly. They fixed the problem in a couple of days waiting for a part. Top-notch service. Skip the aggravation of the Apple Store and go to this Apple-authorized repair center instead. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
Poor business acumen. Total disregard to the health and safety of the staff and clients. No one in the business was wearing masks or gloves. They told my 16 year old son they could fix his phone, the screen was cracked, made him sign a waiver and he left the phone. The quote to repair was shocking given we thought it had Apple Care. I went to get his phone and they charged $40 for doing nothing. As if times are not challenging enough.
ITC really helped me out, especially in a tough time with the virus closing down many places. John, Pat, and Ron put it in a lot of work to get me my laptop back before I had a ton of work due. Highly recommend this place if you need work done on your apple products.

We arrived on time for our 11:30 a.m. appointment, but then waited for over an hour outside in 90° heat before they let us in the building. The person registering new service jobs was very slow and there was only one person.can a communication quality was not that good either. We had multiple problems with communications when they sent the MacBook pros SSD out for third-party recovery. Not terrible, but certainly not spectacular. Definitely deserves a three-star review.
During the pandemic when Apple was closed, ITC came to my rescue with my MacBook Pro. They spent a lot of time fixing a problem that Apple Care could not remedy. They kept me informed, provided complete information and persisted till it was fixed. I highly recommend them!

Went there for a disc that was stuck in the cd drive of a old 2012 MacBook. Wouldnt have cared but it was a rental dvd. Long story short, the tech that worked on it said it would cost around $100 and might not be worth it, i agreed, and he waived the diagnostic fee for me. Super nice and helpful people work here. Would recommend for anyone who needs something checked out on their Apple product. Seems like a very legitimate and fair business. A+

I had horizontal and vertical lines on my MacBook Air screen making it difficult to see my dock and the left side of my screen. All Apple Stores were closed since the pandemic began and after an interminable call with an Apple care person (who happened to be lovely and helpful) wherein we tried all the standard diagnostic fixes, she advised that I had to bring my computer in for repair. She gave me the name of two Authorized Apple retailers including ITC. They were only honoring appointments made on line. I found it entirely frustrating to try to secure an appointment on line via the apple support website. So, I sent an email and John Sagaria wrote me back and was helpful and accommodating. The staff could not have been more congenial, more professional and more adept at solving my problem quickly. It was costly to get a new screen but worth the hassle free experience. I highly recommend ITC (and John Sagaria is a gentleman and a saint!)
Came in with a completely crashed MacBook and no means of data retrieval, because my external hard drive was also locked. They restored my old computer completely and quickly. But the best part was they took the time to help me retrieve almost all of my data. There was no charge for the significant amount of time they spent with me. Also, follow-up was great. Highly recommended.
Someone else wrote this as well and I was skeptical but now, I can confirm that his review was accurate. I spilled wine on my macbook air. We called Apple but it was during corona and no stores were open so they referred us to the closest apple certified location. Normally a diagnostic is free but we were told that its $79 at ITC. We were desperate and just wanted to get our laptop fixed so we figured wed take the hit. We brought the laptop in and after a couple of days were told that the repair would cost close to 1000 and we may as well get a new laptop which they of course could sell us and our $79 diagnostic fee would go towards it. He claimed my data was toast and no way to recover. In the end my company had a discount so we decided to order a new laptop and applecare ourselves through that program. Meanwhile, we sent our laptop to a different service, since it was a family friend who said they would re-assess it for us to be sure. (They were skeptical of the assessment we told them and that they charge $79 for a diagnostic). They got back to us that they were about to fix it for us for $350 (at cost). All our data recovered and laptop working as if it never went dead!! (I get my login screen with our accounts!!) This place is a scam and a way to get you to order products from them. Or at the very least they are not interested in really trying to see if they can recover your device. I would not trust their assessments. So now I have 2 macbook air laptops... plus a wasted $79 diagnostic fee.Response to Owner: The repair was under my husbands name which is why you dont see it but I forwarded you the ticket. The part was not used and the other company didnt charge the diagnostic fee despite me not purchasing the product from them either.
When Apple support sent me to ITC, I really thought I was going to get the run around. Boy was I wrong. They were on the ball. They did everything they said they would and quicker than anticipated. My phone, like others, I’m sure, is my lifeline. ITC was able to diagnose the issue and get me my phone back in a few hours. Unfortunately, I did need a new phone, which ITC secured for me by the very next day, early morning. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and prompt service, especially considering that we are in the middle of a pandemic. This whole matter was a very pleasant experience. Apple has made an excellent choice in having ITC represent them.

It will now definitely become my go-to store for ALL my Apple product problems for one very important reason - It had the MOST professional, customer service oriented, organized, and well-trained staff of any Apple Care Store I have been to and Ive been in many all over the country. The staff was so kind and compassionate, knowing how important my iphone was to me, the ITC staff is the best. Thank you for fixing my iPhone and having me leave with a huge smile! Interestingly enough, when push comes to shove, people react. To the public do not ever apply here, (I REPEAT DO NOT APPLY HERE)!!!!, its a big waste of time!!! They give you the run around and then, when they dont like your review they write you a letter to remove the post. I guess negativity is a bad thing for business.. oh well.. so is telling someone they have a job and not call you for weeks.. and I have proof on how they strung me along for weeks !! Thank god for reviews like this, so we can tell others not to make the same mistake. Not only are you liars, I have reported you to the better business bureau.. for what you did.

This place is great! I was having trouble with the keyboard on my MacBook Pro laptop (sticking and inserting periods and jumping ahead, etc.) Turned out there was a defect which was covered by Apple. From my first contact, with ITC they determined my unit was covered, they were open and communicated clearly with me. I received an email advising...Part is ordered and we will let you know.....next day....Part in stock, bring it in.... As I work with my computer in my business, I was dreading being without it for too long but they told me to bring it in by 4PM and that it would be ready the next day. Well I got an email (that night at 11PM) that the repair was complete, so I was able to go there and pick up my unit 18 hours after Id dropped it off! Amazing! In that time period they completely replaced the top of the laptop! Now its back on my desk and working just fine! I recommend ITC in Paramus most highly!!!

I was treated like a fool here. They said my iPhone 5 was eligible for free battery replacement, replaced the battery, then said it wasnt eligible and insisted I pay full price for the new battery or put the old one back in and pay their diagnostic fee of $39, all despite it being their fault. After much arguing and frustration I hung up and went to get my phone the next day, I assume they finally realized their mistake and didnt ask me for any payment. Be cautious here.
This place gave me a freaking headache. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. JUST GO TO THE APPLE STORE OR SEE A REPAIR GUY YOU TRUST.SO. This place was listed under the Apple Repair locations. It was my first time getting my macbook pro repaired so I thought they would for the most part follow the Apple store procedure and might even be less expensive. Wrong. They charge a $75 diagnostic fee if you dont go ahead with the reapirs and I think this is where they make their money. They are clear about this fee but I didnt think that I would not get the repairs but... After receiving a $566 quote to repair the trackpad and 525 GB SSD of my 2012 macbook pro I decided to do some research and call the apple store. Turns out Apple has a flat rate option where they will replace any additional parts they see that need to be fixed for no additional cost for older models, pass waranty. And where ITC charged $199 for labor, apple quoted me $80. ITC wanted to do a SSD repair instead of replacing the entire harddrive which apple recommended over this option and quoted me $110, a lot cheaper than the $229 SSD. Though, I give them leniancy with the trackpad ($89 compared to Apples $51) as they simply dont have those parts in stock and I cant expect them to, what really threw me was the poor customer service. They tried to deny that Apples flat rate would apply to my laptop even though this is not true. And when I asked why they would not just replace the whole harddrive rather than going for an expensive part, making it clear that I was leaning towards not getting the repair done there because of the high cost, they did not answer my question, simply told me I could come get my laptop but would need to pay the $75 fee... which leads me to believe they dont need to secure customers, they make enough by putting on their little diagnostic show which mind you takes a whopping two days... I hardly believe this is true. Now I have lost valuable time and money. And if like me you didnt know, Apples diagnosis is FREEEEEE. Dont let these people fool you. Go anywhere else.UPDATEJust got back my laptop last night. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my harddrive, contrary to what ITC told me, and all that needed to be repaired was the trackpad, so total cost of repair $130 (not including tax). And it was completed in less than two days, the time that it takes ITC to diagnose -_- Im so glad I did not go through with the repairs here but it is so frustrating that they actually got money from me, nearly half of my repair cost, and this whole saga cost me valuable time.
Overall Great experience! Fast Turnaround time. Fixed my failing Macbook and recovered all data.

My HD recently crashed on my iMac and I brought it to ITC for repairs. Everyone was very helpful, professional, and knowledgable from the receptionist to the tech.HD was replaced within 1 day and I was kept in the loop every step of the way with support tickets. Overall, I was very happy with service provided.In fact, I ended up having an additional where my a a reinstall disc got stuck in the optical drive the next day. As this had never happened before and I was unaware of this problem, I called them up to see what to do. They asked me to bring it back to double check to make sure it was not en error on their part and when they concluded that it was not, they continued to help me out to remove the stuck disc at no additional charge.They really wanted to go above and beyond to help me out and it showed. I will be using them again when I have a tech concern.
They are official apple warranty center but they charge 79$ just to look at it if the issue is not a part of a warranty.FYI: repair stores are free of charge for diagnosis. Dont go here, go to apple!!!
Myself and my wife tried to fix our Mac Pro Lap Top by watching You Tube. We didn’t do a good job and our Mac Pro wasn’t working properly and ITC correct where we messed up and fixed the real problem. Our Mac Pro is working properly now.Thank you
I had an extremely difficult problem that even after many dozens of hours of work with apple tech support including many complete reinstalls of the OS wasnt fixed. These guys reinstalled from a thumb drive because they understood that the reinstalls apple was having me do werent totally clean, which fixed the problem. It may sound simple, but it helped my computer go from practically unusable to fast as can be! Great job guys!
