Not only are the books expensive but during covid times there online purchases are horrible. There was a discrepancy in my order and when I returned (you have to pay for mailing) the books because I dropped the class they refused to give me a refund. They said I had to send the original receipt not from there website. An email back and forth that I never was given a receipt when they gave me the books because a mistake they made. Also they should clearly inform that in their website, they make it seem returning is easy steps. For that I rather purchase books in amazon (free shipping and returns) and the books are a lot cheaper and like new. For newcomers, save your 💰. Never purchasing books there ever again, felt so ripped off!

Fantastic school and the Professors ate great. But as generic as that sounds it’s actually true. The school has fantastic opportunities for kids the clubs, scholarships and classes aim to improve kids. It’s a gorgeous campus and it’s always super clean. I love Bergen

Staff is kind, pleasant, helpful, and if orders need to be placed they are received promptly. Courtesy calls are placed quickly to inform customers their orders are available for pickup if you opt for pickup. Staff is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

It pretty much has everything you need to survive your time, your classes and your semester at Bergen Community College. Its not too spacious considering the amount bookshelves there that hold all of the books and items. Its a very effective store since it is on campus.

Went in got my books got out, nothing crazy. The staff is very helpful however and will go out of their way to ensure you get the books required for the semester and even recommend cheaper options.

Really could be a bit bigger considering the size of the student body, but a decent place.

Really over priced. Just bought a set of 3 highlighters for $6.41. Went to the library only to find out that they were terrible quality (will attach picture). I took them straight back with the receipt and showed the floor staff. They informed me that because I had opened the package they couldnt exchange or refund the item. Which doesnt make any sense to me as a consumer because how am I supposed to know how the product is going to be like until I open it an use it! To give them their due they did offer me 10% off on another pack of overpriced highlighters.

I think its a good place to study at.

Books are expensive and you can only rent used books for some reason. So if youre too slow youre stuck buying a brand new book.

Excellent staffing and very polite too

Terrible bookstore hours. Not open on weekends or after 3pm on Fridays. Not commuter-friendly for pick ups. Book costs are very high.
