The employees at the Paramus TREK store are super knowledgeable and helpful. They all went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They were extremely patient and most important they listened. They didn’t try to just sell us anything. They made the whole experience fun. Consequently, they motivated us, and my wife and I are confident that we choose the correct bikes to meet our individual needs. It has been a long time since I have experienced customer service at this level!! Thank you all!!!

I wasn’t able to get the bike I wanted, but the customer service I received was amazing. Our sales rep, OFFIR, was great. He was very knowledgeable, professional and really took his time to explain everything about the bikes. I walked in with my 2 year old daughter and she was grabbing everything on the shelves. OFFIR was very understanding and he entertained her with some stickers. I loved the store, products and customer service, I will definitely come back in the future.

The staff showed me a different bikes and recommended one for me after he asked about my use and my heights etc. We ordered one bike and he told me it will take one month to arrive. It did arrive as promised last week.The staff asked me to do a test ride and gave me a helmet to make sure it is safe. They also helped mount the bike to the bike rack at the top of my SUV. I enjoy riding my new bike.

I have very bad experience on this store, but I love Trek Bike,, I’m not coming back everThank you for your concern, I’mJust ordinary customer that brought my Trek bike to have professional service because I trust your store, I told your store sales guy to replace both tires and tube, the guy told me ok, he went back and told me that, only that kind of tire is available and didn’t explain to me that it was small also didn’t explained that i can only have one instead of two, though I told him in the first place to replace both, I waited more than an hour only to be disappointed with the result because the front wheel is bigger than the back wheel, I can understand even if that’s the last tire available but atleast they have to explain to me that the new tire is smaller, also I think bicycle is about balance and this bike is designed with specific tire size or should be the same size, an ordinary guy will tell you this is unbalanced bicycle, as customer I brought my bike knowing that it will be safer to trust the professional than DIY, but I hope and pray that non of my family will be hurt when using this bike as obviously the brake is loosing on the back as the tire is small,, thank you and I appreciate for suggesting to call back the store manager to correct this mistake but I rather go to another Trek store than that branch, let me add when I’m about to complain I was standing there like I was never existed only the other guy realized I was waited to long so he got me on another counter then I pAid the whole amount,, I think it’s normal for a customer to feel this way specially something like this happen, I attached a photo of my Trek bicycle, I just hope I ordered the parts I need from Amazon instead, but I love Trek ever

Each of my kids have a mountain bike which I often take to Trek Paramus for servicing. All the staff there have been extremely friendly and helpful. Although I have been impressed with all the staff at Trek Paramus, Connor has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed and fixed all the issues with the bikes I brought and he provided me with great additional advice. Would recommend the Trek Paramus team to anybody.

By far the best Trek store in tri state. Folks who work here are super friendly. Bought two bikes here this summer and had one full servicing job on the older bike. I can spend hrs here, asking questions and they’ll answer it while help others out. 5 star to the service manager, Connor, is fantastic to work with. Highly skilled and super professional. My wife hates me Gng to this Shop as I take forever to come out while she is waiting in the car. 😂

We came here with high hopes because a friend recommended the quality and service from the brand. My son turned 6 and it was to be his first bike purchase. So, I’m a little disappointed about how the sales team handled us and the incorrect manner with which the initial technician went about adjusting the bike (I returned to adjust it within the hour after the chain came loose twice).When we initially walked through the door an ice cold sales-rep greeted us and proceeded to direct us to the bike area. He didn’t show us the selection of colors until we asked, and only when we inquired did he point to additional inventory. Once we figured out what we wanted, there was a small pitch for additional gear, and we were handed off to other team members. The saving grace was a team member named Lee, who can likely sell ice to the Eskimo and had the friendliest demeanor of all. (We loved Lee and only wished he was the first to greet us).It also seemed like the technician on our return trip was more knowledgeable than the one who first adjusted the bicycle. So, I’m not sure what’s going on there.Overall, the store-team is a mixed group. Best of luck getting the right rep, I guess?I’m hoping that service will be better than sales when we return with future adjustments.Otherwise, the sales aspect wasn’t a pleasant experience that I’d recommend.

Phenomenal service! I went in on a Friday at 5. The bike that I wanted wasn’t in stock. The rep found it at another store and arranged for it to be sent to Paramus. The bike was delivered, assembled and ready for pickup by 10:00AM the next day.

Products are always good quality and the service is great. There is never pressure to buy anything and they genuinely want to talk bikes and help out their customers.

Ok this is pretty hilarious bc other ppl here had a similar experience. Offir is THAT DUDE!! We came in with our 2 yr old daughter and she was wreaking havoc. I felt so bad but that did not stop Offir from giving us top notch service. He was incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful! And he gave my daughter some stickers which she loved!! He also explained how the gears worked, several times since I find that a little confusing at time. We live in NY and we would GLADLY come back here to get our bikes serviced.Tom was also amazing. He helped us pick out a bike rack for our car and explained how it works. And how to take it down.I dont know any places who take time out to be so helpful and kind to their clients. Thanks Guys!!

Totally bummed I just got off the phone and got a gentleman who didn’t want to help. I like over an hour away and he said that to answer any questions or to even place a order for a bike I would have to come into the store because they prioritize in store customers. 2 days ago my husband and I went in, liked the allant +7 and decided to think about it over the weekend. The in store customer service was exceptional but this phone call was a extreme 180. The guy even told me i may not get a bike right away anyway since they’re selling fast. I thought to myself “of course” that’s why I’m calling.

My man Conner and the boys go out of their way to help and serve you. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with their craft. They treated me like family from the first time I walked into the store. Stock is limited but the staff will not lead you in the wrong direction they are deffinelty worth checking out for your next bike purchase.

The lead salesman was absolutely rude and itt was obvious that he only cared about selling a bike and not what is best for the customer. Avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of bike shops that provide great customer service. Customers...you are about to spend hard earned money and you should ensure that you are properly advised by the sales team to buy the right product for you not the most expensive.Based on the customer service I received I will not be considering a Trek. If this is the service I get when buying a $7000 bike I can only imagine if I ever needed support.

I’ve been to the store several times struggling with my saddle and other needs. Brian provided me with what I would consider excellent customer service. He was patient, attentive, knowledgeable and most importantly helpful. Would definitely recommend and continue to visit for bike needs.

FANTASTIC experience and service from Tom and his team members! We called ahead to check inventory and they held two bikes aside until we could get there to try them out. Not pushy or salesy at all - my husband loved one of the bikes and we ended up going with that one. We picked out the relevant accessories and they even offered to drop the bike off because we didnt have a bike rack on our new car. When they heard that it was an anniversary gift, they threw in free matching T-shirts for my husband and I. Superb customer service and quality! I love my Trek bike and know my husband will love his too!

I revisited yesterday the new Trek Bike store in Paramus, NJ, and I have to say this is one of the TOP Trek stores I have ever been to in the Tri-state area.I felt compelled to write this review. I brought back my new Trek mountain bike for adjustment; Connor warmly welcomed me at the door and immediately offered to spay hand sanitizer on my hands. I think the professional manor always starts at the door. He was extremely helpful in everything when I needed a temporary helmet, answering my questions and reporting my bikes status to me while making adjustments.Bike technician ( I am sorry I didnt catch his name), he was also super helpful and professional. They both worked on my bike, and we test ride outside at their parking lot a few times to make sure all the adjustment was perfect. Finally, I rode the bike again for the last time, and it was perfect. My experience with the PARAMUS TREK BIKE store was absolutely GREAT!!! Its beyond my expectation. As always it was a delight to interact with the friendly knowledgeable staff at Trek Paramus. The salesmen took his time to hear my needs and offer me the best solution instead of the most expensive option. Customer service is key especially in the chaotic world we live in now. I really appreciate the stellar customer service Trek Paramus offers. This is not a paid review. Lol! Just a really happy customer who has worked in the customer service/sales field and appreciates kind and professional individuals.

A few weeks ago I placed an order here and I was excited to be soon receiving my new bike. Unfortunately the bike got delayed? 😭😭 In speaking with the manager Brian he wanted to keep me happy and gave me some options as to what he saw coming in. I took a few days to think about it and returned to the store and met Brian in person. I told him I wanted to stick with a Domane. He took a few moments to check the system and lucky found me one in my size and color at the Trek City center location. He spoke to the manager to have it held for me. Although I didnt get to ultimately purchase from here Im very happy to have gotten great customer service and experience.

Incredible! This box came from a big box store and they took care of my sons bike as if it were one of their own. They went above and beyond to make sure his bike was functional and safe before giving it back.

Staff was very nice when I dropped my Trek bike off for a good cleaning, brake/shifter cable replacements. When I picked it up, the brakes were great however on the first ride, I found the front gear shift to not move to the 1st position. I returned to the store where tech spent time working on it and test rode it and told me it was good to go. I took it out again and found it would not shift properly at all. Giving up on Trek, I took the bike to Wyckoff cycle after having paid Trek over $200 for the cleaning, new brakes and cables and had them (Wyckoff Cycle) rework the shift cables - one end was cut far too short, not capped and frayed and the other end was not routed correctly into the handlebar shifter. I have since put well over 300 miles on the bike and look forward to going back to Wyckoff Cycle for a minor adjustment to account for the new cable stretch. Wyckoff cycle has a new Trek customer for life.21 March Update: Since the post by Trek I have heard nothing from Brian nor the store.3 June Update: I missed a voicemail from Trek and after retrieving it, went to the store and received a “no questions asked” refund of the labor. While I was not able to have my bike fully repaired at this facility I really appreciate what they did to make it right. Thank you.

Ive been to the new Trek store twice and both times Ive been met with a rarity these days --excellent customer service. Most recently Amy assisted me with my purchase and she was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful without being pushy. The store is a breath of fresh air.

The store was really nice and everyone super friendly! Everyone was very knowledgable and really passionate about biking. I purchased a bike for my son and three different employees commented how excited they were for him. I look forward to going back to pick a bike for myself :)

I brought my bike there because my rear break was squeaking I paid a lot of $ for tuneup and fixing my rear break changing pats and rotors after first day of riding my rear break squeaks again I brought my bike there 4 times after that Everytime they were trying to charge me again and again even if they fix the problem only for a day then I heard I probably ride my bike on some oil or something but I don’t really ride my bike that much and it’s always rear break so I’m sorry but paying over $300 for service which don’t fix anything and 30 min of driving Everytime because they don’t know how to fix the problem it’s just not a great service

Its a beautiful store and the new Trek line-up is amazing. Theyre all assembled on sight (with international parts). A lot of electric bikes even though Ive never tried one. Most of them are too heavy for me to pick up and put on my rack. Keep that in mind

I went there the day they first opened. Small line outside as expected given the 2020 bike shortage. Greeted with a sanitizing spray which other stores should adopt. Salesman Offier was as patient as he was knowledgeable. The whole staff there was nice. They are real cyclist, not just salespeople. Found the bike I was looking for there after several months of searching which was incredible. They gave me a test ride in a sanitized helmet. Another plus Im my book. I received the typical up selling as expected but werent pushy about it. A lot of the ancillary items are needed. I will definitely be going back not only for the bike service but for next bike.

The sales people here are friendly and easy to work with. Dont give the hard sell on anything and recommend things based on what you need as opposed to what they want to sell.

I went into this store with my young son looking for a bike. The rep we had was horrible. Basically he repeated the following: there is COVID-19, we have no bikes in the store to show you, but now Trek is allowing us to pre-order bikes, you can pre-order a bike with me. And???? Basically I was waiting for him to clarify items like: yes you are pre-ordering a bike based on a photo, we dont have anything physically like it to show but order it and once you come in, try it out and if your son doesnt like it, get something else. Instead he kept on repeating what I wrote above and it got to the point he was getting frustrated with me cause I needed more info then what he was parroting over and over to me and my son. So we left. When the salesperson insults the customer, guess what, customers will leave. I know Trek is opening up all these stores in Bergen County but you got to do better service then this. Please articulate the pre-order experience and dont insult customers.

I stopped by today after my kids bike had some issues with her brakes. She has a trek we purchased about 2 years ago from a local store and I tried to fix it but ended up making it worse. Connor - the service manager fixed it up in about 10 minutes at most. He took time to make sure it was working and fill up the tires and make some other adjustments. He denied any payment and couldnt have been nicer. Everyone at the store was pleasant and professional and theyre taking steps to make everyone feel comfortable. Cant say enough nice things!

Bad costumer service over the phone. I am looking for two trek bikes sizes xs and s, I understand if they are not in stock but getting a dry NO in response for one and another dry NO for the other size without being offered any other alterative or a kind wait list offer, made me feel like I was bothering him with my inquiry or he was having a bad day and I called at the wrong time.

Stop by the store after checking the website from trek.com I look into a few mountain bikes around 800 to 1500 at the website. At the store a guy came to the door asking what I need when I told him what I was looking for he said we dont carry those bikes the chipper bike its 2000 .Then he said you can come in to check the store . For what ? I want to get a bike not the store!!!
