This renovation is wonderful! The store is so open and bright. I love everything they’ve done. The staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly. And they have pretty much everything you could ever need .

Wow. A whole lot more than fabric. Came here just to buy some elastic but theres so much other stuff that I browsed for a while. Arts, crafts, frames, games, artificial flowers, and more. Its a pretty large store and loaded with stuff. Easy parking. Not crowded. Kinda tricky to find the driveway leading to the store.

PROS: This place redid its store and it looks beautiful. Everything is clean, well priced, labeled, and theyre always running coupons. Some of the workers are very friendly especially this one cashier whos in her 20s with black hair. One thing I noticed thats rare is that their store is filled with employees. Other stores you have to pump a flare into the sky to get someones attention.CONS: They dont have customizable framing which some other locations do. Some of the workers tend to be a bit snippy as wellOVERALL: I do recommend coming here for any arts and crafts supplies. Talk to the right people to help you and you cant go wrong here

The new Joann Fabric Crafts store layout is awesome... I love how its broken into sections... The wall of yarn has the popular colors right at your eye level... My daughter loves the layout for the art and crafts..the staff is friendly and helpful...

They changed up the inside, a lot more space. Was helped to exchange some goods with the app coupons. Pretty solid worker helped me out.

Life changing. I walked in and there was a very tiny baby getting changed on the floor near the sewing needles. Very dangerous but I think his mom had it covered. Im still shook.

This is the most beautiful and organized JoAnns Ive ever been to. The open concept layout is a breath of fresh air.

I was disappointed after finding a 50% off coupon we were told it could not be used on the fabric because the fabrics were already discounted. We have spent $700 or $800 in the last two weeks on fabric and they took off $15 from a bill of $560. The employees however were fantastic.

Just don’t ask an associate for any help. I never post criticizing employees, but this place is outrageous. Last week I asked where the “patterns” were. The associate had no idea what I was talking about. Today the associate cutting fabric had no idea how to read the back of the pattern folder to help me figure out how much I needed.

I was in awe of their selection. Cant wait to go back.

This is the first place you would think of if you need something for arts and crafts!You can find here everything for drawing, knitting, and others.It is almost heaven for artistic person, my wife can spend an hour here just getting in for buttons or brushes.

Joanns is a wonderful store that just got better.

I ordered a few things to have picked up the next day. The ordering process was easy as can be and I received alerts that my order was ready faster then I expected. The staff is always friendly and seem to go out of the way to help and give helpful advice. Using the app is a plus because you can get some nice coupons to use on certain items.

Love their selection of arts and crafts. You may just find more items than shown online just by walking around. I just dont like their entrance from the parkway. 🤷

The name says it all, its a store for fabrics. Fabrics for quilts, clothings, home decorations, cushions, upholstery and things that related to it. List price might be high but theres always some sort of promotion going on.Remember to sign up for notifications. Its usually items discount plus promotional discount! Clarks are friendly and helpful. Have fun exploring!

There is a great deal of merchandise in the store, but with bins and displays set up in the aisles, it makes walking through the store and trying to maintain a proper social distance near impossible. There are plenty of employees on the floor if you have questions or need assistance. The parking lot was a bit crazy and difficult to get through after all the snow plowed into some of the parking spaces. Next time Ill go to Riverdale, its quieter up there.

By far the best craft store of all; Joanns are well stocked, organized, and clean. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are good and I have seen them price match while waiting in checkout.I usually find everything I need and MORE. Who doesnt love a good Jo-Anns. My friends and I have a car so we pop on over from Harlem every now and then to get some yarn and different shrinky dinks before heading back into the city. The store is very friendly, and the staff are always welcome to help or give you a good laugh while you are shopping around. Its a very large location, somehow were still always able to park someone in front. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is in need of anything, maybe even heading up this location before going to any Michaels if there is something that you really need.

Ive been stuck shopping for fabric and such at walmart so I finally struck out to the nearest JOANNs to get what I need. I went from not enough choices to too many choices! Its a good sized store, probably even better than Michaels since JOANNs carries fabric along with craft supplies.My only gripe is having to drive up 17 North, nott my favorite stretch of road. Other than that it was one of the best staffed stores Ive seen in a while.

Super helpful staff. Huge selection of fabrics etc. Some may say that you can find it cheaper elsewhere. Probably true but with constant deals and coupons it evens out. Plus you can see what youre actually buying which for someone like me is really helpful.

Great place with lots of options for creative minds, but if you have a question good luck... you will not be able to find anyone from the team on the floor... after spending an hour looking for the things I needed, left without them

I placed an online order for curbside pick up late last night, and my order was ready the next day by noon. Super simple and quick. I didn’t even wait in the parking lot for more than 30 seconds before the employee brought me my order.

I did pick up for my items I ordered online. Process was smooth and items were ready once I arrived.

Big arts and crafts store filled with all kinds of different Fabrics Yarns and other things for you to do your arts and crafts. Its a little ways off of the main road, and a little confusing if you havent been there before. The second super friendly and patient with your requests. They seem to know all the basics at least. One gripe was the slow speed of the checkout.

Not the cheapest but they have coupons online that helps. I take my mom here for her fabric needs and she seems happy to go here.

Received exceptional service and assistance finding what we needed and then some new ideas

Typically love shopping at Joann & I understand that we are in a pandemic & everyone is working under altered circumstances, but I placed a small fabric order over a week ago for what was going to be a gift for my grandmother for Mothers Day that I could have shipped to her. I placed my order, carefully deciding from fabrics that the website indicated were in stock & received a confirmation email, but I still havent received my email to pick up my curbside pick up. Mothers Day has come & gone, still no fabric for my grandmothers gift. Tried to call the store directly (as directed to do when picking up anyway), and it goes directly to busy signal. Communication during all of this has left much to be desired.

I placed an order for pickup. After waiting a week I sent an email inquiring on status. NO RESPONSE. Two weeks after my order was placed I received an automated email to say the items were out of stock and that the order was cancelled.Gave them another chance and placed an order for delivery. This went smoothly and items arrived fairly fast. However they shortchanged me. Apparently they think that there are 35 inches in one yard. I was short about 10 inches and it’s not a lot of money but they should not be doing that to customers. I sent a complain via email. NO RESPONSE.I will return the entire damn order when they reopen. I will never deal with them again.

This place doesn’t want to survive the crisis. If the store is closed, I imagined they will put all effort into pickup and delivery.So I placed an order for an item which was in stock, expecting I could pick it up the same day, or the day after. After all, how long does it take to get it from the shelf, and put it into a bag next to the door?Well, after 4 days, I got zero response, and then they cancelled my order.Why do they even operate the webshop?

The parking lot was packed, so I wasnt surprised at the long line to get fabric cut. Tried to avoid it, but couldnt find what I needed precut. Waited in line, indoors, breathing in the aerosol germs of others for 20 minutes to get fabric cut. There were no signs on the floor, no room for social distancing, it felt like everyone was on top of me. I feel exposed and like I should get a test. Yes everyone was wearing a mask and there was hand sanitizer, but it wasnt staffed well enough, there werent clear instructions to stay distant and there were way to many people in the store during a pandemic.

She didnt cut the fabric evenly.The fabric got smaller because I had to cut one side to make it evenly. The size is not what I want.

Visited Joanns last week and would never return ever again. So many empty hooks and then when you ask when they will restock, they act clueless, but not even in a respectful way. Found so many damaged products that were still on the shelves. Why would you market damaged goods to customers?

I called this store and the answering service was so polite and very nice and when I arrive at the store I was greeted by a gentleman who helped me and my wife pick out a very good sewing machine which was on clearance sale I do not remember his name but with him and the lady who answered the phone I must say its the best customer service and North Jersey I ever had I really appreciate people who take pride in their work

Site to store order May 1st. Today the entire order was cancelled. No one reached out to me. Their phone is disabled. Email support is the only way to go and they haven’t responded to anything since April. Atrocious. I won’t shop here even AFTER things are normalized. All you had to do was contact me.

Have always had a nice selection and very good customer service! Been shopping there since they had a ramsey store.

Placed an order for curbside pickup. Did not receive confirmation. Charged my card. Called the Paramus store 8 times over 3 days at various times. They did not pick up once, the line rang indefinitely. I tried to cancel my order on the website and could not find a cancel order button. Called the customer service line on the website, and sat through the most annoying 20 minutes of hold music and chipper craft tips! while nobody helped me. Managed to find a weird, nondescript email to cancel my order. Sent an email request to cancel my order and did not hear back yet.It is very hard to support more local chains/businesses over using Amazon right now, however Joanns complete lack of communication and charging your card before even confirming your order is ridiculous. Sadly, will be ordering off of Amazon for what I needed now.
