There was a woman one Saturday morning recently who served me coffee and a bagel. No smile, no hello. Left a nice tip in the jar...no thank you, etc. Still no smile...if fact she looked not appreciative at all.You people HAVE to learn to be more grateful and welcoming to your customers. I said thank you to her ! SHE should be saying thank you to ME ! WE are supporting your small business !!!!!!

Working construction across the street form this place, have tried at least 10 different sandwiches. The quality is okay, ingredients arent the best and they are expensive. Turkey bacon, egg spk on a roll and tuna on a roll $14.35.I understand mistakes happen when cooking but Ive bitten into egg shells and when I ordered an avocado sandwich they left part of the skin on it!

You cant go wrong with the Taylor ham egg and cheese in this place. Their bagels are fresh and the service is clean!

Saw this place on a best bagels in NJ list. Very low key, I was skeptical. However, that was definitely the best bagel Ive had recently, if not ever. Its definitely my new favorite bagel shop.

They have never gotten my order right. Always give me butter instead of cream cheese but always charge me for the cream cheese. Extremely expensive. 8$ for two bagels and a chocolate milk? Really?! And to top it off the chocolate milk was sour. Refuse to give me my money back. This place needs to be shut down. Stay far far away.

Terrible staff. Always rude and they close the grill hours earlier than the shop. They say on Sundays the grill is closed and when calling at 1:20 they will not make any sandwich using the grill. With that being said I will not be going there anymore! Use to be a regular of 2/3x a week. Denise hit bageles on 17 its so much friendlier and accommodating plus theyre bagels are better quality.

I have been going to this store for about three years - once or twice a week. Got stuck doing a project at work and didnt get there until 2:42. Wouldnt sell me a roast beef sandwich on a bagel because they close at three. Cant beleive this is how they treat their regulars - SOMEONE WHO TIPS AT LEAST A DOLLAR EVERY VISIT. I was very hungry and went out of my way to go to your store. And I have referred coworkers there, too! I hope you all read this and realize you lost a loyal customer. Screw you.

Horrible bagel store. Mess up orders all the time and not even good bagels/bagel sandwiches. would highly reccomend any other bagel store in the area. Only go here if you want to walk out dissatisfied or with the wrong order.

This place has great breakfast bagels with hash browns and avocado. Downside, usually a long wait.

Ham egg and cheese and hash brown on plain bagel for $7.00+. I almost walked out but i was starving. The pricing is outrageous.
