We did an video consultation with Alan prior to our visit where he explained our car seat and cribs. We visited the store and Alan took over an hour to listen to our concerns, recommend options and answer clarifying questions. He also helped us figure out whether the car seat would fit in our small car which required installing and reinstalling the car seat multiple times. Would highly recommend Bambi Baby and Alan!

Bobby was extremely helpful and professional. He did a cleaning and fixed all my repairs in 30 minutes. What a great service to have locally.
