Brought vehicle to Paramus Chevrolet for new battery, new tires. andoverall review. When vehicle did not pass inspection as the evaporative system and oxygen sensors not ready. I brought it to Paramus Chevrolet and they found the solution and did the reinspection. They always do a beautiful job, very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend them.
Took my Tahoe in for its 110K mile service. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. John McGarry [and the entire staff] was great to deal with. No issues to report.
They are very nice to their customers.
Set the online appointment request for brake clips to be replaced for grind noise. (Which occurred don OEM and aftermarket rotors and pads). Then after dropping off the vehicle, told clips only come with brake pads and the service would be $300+. Since I did not want to pay for unnecessary brake pads, when mine have life left (proof on state inspection) and plus their labor, they went ahead and charged me $160 diagnosis fee, for what I already diagnosed and asked to be fixed. I am contesting this now with the bank for goods/services not received. Will not return to this service center and do not recomend anyone take their vehicle there if they have a specific need to be fixed.
Took my 2019 Corvette due to a whining noise under the hood and they came to a conclusion that the belt tensioner went bad. so they ordered the part and called me 2 days later to tell me that the part came in so I scheduled it to be installed and they did it in an hour. Customer / Service dept. was great.
Service consultants very informative...let you know everything that is going on. Have not had a bad experience with service here.
They lied to me about what was wrong with my truck and tried to charge me $650 to fix a problem that didnt exist. Very shady business. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO GET SERVICE HERE.I brought in my used Chevy Silverado because it had a Check Engine Light. My truck display also said to check the gas cap (I checked the gas cap and noticed it was old and needed to be replaced). After they inspected my vehicle they told me that the gas cap was bad and that the Evap Vent Valve needed to be replaced too (takes 20min to fix and part costs $30 on amazon). They said with labor it would cost $650. I told the service rep Marc Bader I was not willing to spend that and that Ill just buy the gas cap from them. He said okay itll be $99 Diagnostic Fee and $41 for the gas cap. I agreed and when they handed me the bill it was $200.67. This confused me since I was expecting to pay around $140 for the diagnostic fee and gas cap, not $200.67.Then It gets way worse. I take the truck back home and decide to check the EVAP Vent Valve myself. When I go under my truck I realize that they unclipped the Valve to make it seem broken. I clipped it back and my check engine light turned off. The Evap Vent Valve was never broken to begin with. They were about to try and overcharge me $650 for this valve that didnt even need to be replaced. Then when I turn down there service I still end up leaving there spending $200 on a gas cap. The people at this dealership are crooks. Places like this need to be shut down.
Good service
The best Chevy service for me.
The staff is ALWAYS extremely polite. Pricing is as expected for a dealership
Great service, but a little pricey
Asked to buy a lug key so I could remove the tires for rotation for my leased 2017 Bolt. Chevy does not sell them and I never got one when I got the car. Asked how they would get the tires off if they were going to rotate the tires. Was told they would cut the lug nuts off. Obvious that Chevy dealers dont want to sell electric cars.
The facilities very comfortableGood serviceService time very well
