Its a hole in the wall, but food tastes amazing! You place your order at the counter, buy canned or bottled soft drinks out of the fridge and they will give you a styrofoam cup with ice. Not a lot of atmosphere but prices are reasonable and the owners are friendly and accommodating.The toilet in the bathroom is a special experience. See picture :-)
The food there is so good. I got the chimichanga and it was so good, I ate the whole things. The people that work there nice and always have a smile on their face. I think it is also fairly cheap too.

The food was actually quite delicious but I would not recommend ordering the burrito just for lack of meat. There is a lot of rice in the burrito although the rice is delicious I would recommend ordering tacos that way you know How much meat you are getting.

Alondras is one of my favorite places to eat. Its authentic Mexican food. Reminds me if good home cooking. They are so polite. You can tell that love what they do. The husband and wife work so well together. The Beef Tortas are my favorite. And they are more than happy to substitute one ingredient for another. Also the chilli sauce! Such perfection. Go show this family some love. They deserve it. The food is amazing!

The delicious smell of a small family run restaurant greets you immediately, then you are approached by a friendly gentleman at the menu. Menu is right inside the door complete with actual pictures of the food cooked for you. Green and red salsa spicy and good. Roasted jalapenos are a nice accent. I had the two taco combo and it was perfect. Handmade yummy tortillas, seasoned meat that melted in your mouth, authentic Mexican food. Clean and neat I will become a regular now.

The food is amazing! When you walk in the you are eminently greeted by a friendly face. The staff was very helpful in recommending different food for us to try. The salsa is some of the best I have had. I will say the rice and beans were just OK, but everything else was great.

Food was good I had the Empanada combo. Lots of flavor, great service. I wish my Empanadas had more in them beside cheese and your choice of meat. Rice and beans were good I wish they had more flavor.

As a kid, my family spent a lot of time in Mexico. I grew to love their style of simple but tasty cooking. Lupi, the owner, has the flare for that same food I grew up loving. There’s nothing on her menu that doesn’t taste good and authentic. This restaurant is one of those “sleepers” that only the locals know about. Well, now you know about it too. Unassuming, out of the way and yet close, Lupi’s “Alondros” restaurant is some of that local fare we all hope to discover. Give it a chance. You won’t be sorry.
The server was very nice and friendly but the food was a disappointment. Bleu cheese in a cheese enchilada? Really leathery and old chicken in a chicken enchilada and not much if it. Rice was ok, beans were mediocre.
The food was delicious, but the best part of this experience was the woman who took my order, asked how I wanted my food and then proceeded to make it for me. The rice was amazing, it was the way rice should be warm delicious and with full flavor!!

Food overcooked no flavor. Lady making food was on her phone the whole time and swearing up a storm. When i let them know how it was they got defensive on me. After i left i got sick and the person i let know was being condescending and telling me its cuz i have food allergies to Mexican food. All in all wouldnt recommend this place at all

This place has the best authentic Mexican food. One of the only places I will go. Usually I get it to go, but the food is amazing. I recommend the flautas in ground beef, Milpitas with carne asada, and their enchiladas.

Super authentic ma and pa place its a family business mostly the couple sometimes the sons and daughters arr there and they are always friendly and quick I always feel like we are at my grandmas house having some lunch. I always order the chicharron gordita combo that includes crispy handmade gordita, stuffed with the perfect blend of textures of crunch and moist salsa on the chicharron, along with fresh pico de gallo and crumbled cheese. served with Mexican rice and refried beans. They have bottled beer and Mexican sodas along with the traditional horchata and Jamaica beverages.

This was my first and last time at Alondras I ask for creamer and they didnt have any more, the menudo had no flavor and in a very small portion for $8 and the waitress about spilled it on me!
