My experience with the work that was conducted to my bike was horrible !!! $3090.00 was spent on it. But if I could back up a bit. First and foremost if nothing gets put back to the way it was. (Dont hold your breath) it should become policy that in order to have work done. 1. You must have proof that the bike is yours. Or 2. It be paid in full before any work is performed. And thats where Im at today. I didnt want anything done to my bike, I liked it the way it was !! But a so called friend took it there. And had all this work done. And when it came time to pay. His credit card bounced.. So basically unless I stepped in, paid for it I was looking at losing my bike!!! This has been nothing but a nightmare. And now tomorrow I have to bring it back to hopefully get the things fixed, that werent broke in the first place. My bike before all this took place was a rocket, and now its just another bike on the road. (Any ideas 💡 🤔)

I came in for service. Everything was great, except the showroom had some rapper saying the same thing over and over and over. It gave me such a bad headache I had to step outside in the excruciating heat. It was better than having to listen to that music though. Service department did a great job.

Very happy with the service I received. I needed tires, purchased them in the parts department and scheduled a time to mount them. The service guys were very professional and the job was completed in a reasonable time. I could not be happier with the crew there. I’ll be back for service when needed!

Great experience purchasing a 2018 Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX SE motorcycle from Del Amo Motorsports in Paramount, CA.Worked out a deal with Robert on the phone, after seeing their posting on cycletrader.com, then talked with Sam at the dealership to clarify the deal.I then took the chance that the deal was legitimate and drove down from Sacramento (422 miles each way) with 2 motorcycles in tow for trade-in.Well the deal was legit, and it was a pleasure working with Sam and Lisa, quickly getting all the ducks lined up, getting the deal we had negotiated over the phone.Took a quick test ride there, and took a 60 mile test ride after I got home, and I love my new (to me) 2018 Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX SE!Del Amo Motorsports is highly recommended. The customer service rep was rude and unreliable. I had made a deal over the phone to come to the store to purchase the generator based on an agreed price. As soon as I came to the store they changed their price and the deal did not go as we had discussed. After a lengthy argument, I was finally able to purchase the item at the price that was agreed upon.

Their parts department has everything you would need, and if not they can get it for you. Staff is very helpful, and friendly. The service department was amazing today! I was told from another shop they would take my waverunners in for a routine maintenance but they wouldn’t be ready for 2-3 months! I got a hold of Jay Thursday, dropped them off on Saturday and picked them up same day! I won’t take them any where else. Both Jay and Hector treated us, and our toys, like family. Thanks guys!

Not overly impressed. Sales staff is light on product knowledge. They have a decent inventory, which actually the real reason I bought here. However, that’s because they were higher priced than any other dealer I visited. Part Department is fair, not well stocked and kind of on the light side. Wished I could have bought from 3 Brothers. 3 Bros was super knowledgeable and offered the best price. Sadly they only had one of the bikes I was looking for, and I was buying

Very rude and pushy sales team, specifically Steven. Would not stop talking over me, especially when I asked difficult questions.Excessive additional dealer markup (A.D.M) of $1000 dollars. When asked to itemize and explain the cost of the A.D.M he either gave very vague answers or avoided the question all together. They basically try to pass there cost on to you. His attitude escalated as negotiations went on and when I chose to leave, because the experience was just that unpleasant, he got up suddenly and walked away from the table without evening saying bye. Very unprofessional with little to no regard for the customers needs or experience.

I bought Charlotte (2020 Husqvarna Svartpilen 701) from the dealership about two months ago. Like buying from most dealerships, you have to sign your life away before you can test ride a bike; but those 701s are amazing. I know it’s the dealerships job to push for incentives, but I was a little turned off that they pushed me to buy things you really don’t need. I didn’t end up getting anything, but it put a sour taste in my mouth.I bought her used, so she was due for her 6200 mile service pretty soon. The service department was able to do the valve adjustment while I was on vacation and gave her back in the same condition I left her. It’s kind of frustrating that you have to go to a Husqvarna authorized dealership for service, but such is life.

Most notorious dealership chain for stealing your money. Do not pay much more over MSRP for your new motorcycle, please do your research. They want $6300 for a 2 year old scooter that has an MSRP of $3699. Really? For a 150cc scooter, youre going to tack on over $1600 in markup? Hilarious. They also lie and say that its only a matter of where you choose to buy from and that they price match with other dealers. Do they only hire comedians?0 stars for the dealership themselves, add a star for the parts department.

Went in expectating to see my buddy Andy and Ross, come to find out by buddy Andy left to work another shop. Anyway spoke to Hector. He took care of me right away. My bike was having issues on the start up. Turn out I just need to replace the battery. Bike was out the next day. Very pleased thank you Hector.

Drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a Kawasaki, they didn’t have it at this location but got on the phone and had one delivered from one of their other locations. The guy that helped us named Kevin, was really helpful, upfront and did not pressure us at all with any other models. Del Amo motorsports performed a service on my Honda Shadow 750. They were as courteous and professional as always. The bike rides like new.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They provided a top notch professional service. Will be taking my Honda CRF250 here for all of my service needs.

Before driving 90 minutes to meet with their sale person I was told their advertised price of $8K for a 2018 V-Strom (with 2K miles on it), was negotiable. What they really meant was they were going to add $1000 to the advertised price (for servicing, i.e washing it), plus taxes. They did not even offer to pay my gas for the wasted trip.Ive since spoken with someone who had the same experience and ended up buying in Temecula at a better price from a dealer who did not suddenly add $1000 to the price.

I’ve been buying bikes and jet ski’s from mid cities since the 80’s. First experience with Del Amo was yesterday. Mid Cities would always mount my MX tires on my wheels for free as long as I purchased the tires from the shop. Picked up a set of tires yesterday from Del Amo, they wanted $60 to mount em. Guess its time to move on.
