I really love this store. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if needed. I also appreciate what they did for my girlfriend and I. We left some groceries there that we had purchased at Grocery Outlet next door and didnt realize it until they were closed. I called the following morning and someone had turned our stuff in and they made sure we got our stuff back. I am definitely recommending this store with 5 stars and then some.

Well organized, they restock pretty often, have never encounter any bad customer service, looks neat and is located at a pretty clean safe neighbord.

Its a 99 cent store not much to say. Its clean unlike the Compton store.

Always find what Im looking for, and more. Sometimes, I go in for a few things in particular, thinking Im spending a few dollars, end up spending a whole lot more. Why? Because of the variety of items, and the prices fit my budget. For ex.: Candles are so expensive these days, but at the 99, I buys the white candles in the glass jars, and they work perfectly and last me a few nights.

5 days to Christmas Day, we have two registers open and the line is almost hanging out the door. I speak to the manager and her attitude was I got two open and thats all I can do now.I advised her that I have a mental condition/ anxieties and that it is hard for me to wait a long time in a line with all these people around. I asked her if she could help me to get out of here sooner and she told me to wait for a minute, shell talked to me in a minute and disappeared into her office.** THIS IS HOW THE MANAGER TREATED A PERSON WITH DISABILITIES. 😥When Im leaving the register some guy stated Im not a CUSTOMER anymore since my food was paid for. OH MY GOD!My two to three times a week is now driving further because of this.😡

This message is to the ownerI left my bag last week at the register and I called and then they told me that they will check in the cameras and I should go next couple days and ask for Connie or the general manager, so I did it the assistant manager she said the manager is not there, nothing else she can do about it. She didnt see my receipt she has a bad attitude she didnt want to talk with me.As assistant manager she should be in charge when the manager is absence and also one of her responsibilities is listen to the customer and bring outstanding customer service at least she should make a copy of the receipt to tell the manager.Never I will be back to this store.Bad customer servicesNo communication between employeesWhat kind the assistant manager you have in your store ????

What cant I find at the dollar store. I always come here for my Alka 65 water. The best way to get alkaline water for cheap!! Along with everything else. However they should definitely increase the cashiers on staff because the lines always seem to be long

I have been a long-time shopper at 99 cents only stores, while I understand the difficulty in maintaining the set price of 99 cents on every item in the store I also understand that the sign. 99 cents only. Is misrepresenting the store, there are many items that are more costly than 99 cents. In most cases the items are worth their price but they are not the expected 99 Cent Only products

Its not near as good as it once was. Not all stores have the same items and when its a great deal they never have enough.

Its always a busy store! Love the candy sections as well as the produce and frozen sections! Amazing deals on so many things!Just a but unorganized with all the people leaving things everywhere.

Went in today to buy some juices, and in the front of the store there where creals and had the price of 99cents and once I was ready to pay my creal was ringing up $2.99 but had a different price the cashier was rud and asked the manager behind her and with an attude said no there $2.99 and my cashier walked over where I had got the creals and it had 99cents and told me it was a mistake. Wow really bad customer services!

Very bad customer service!!! Do not go here the employees do not understand anything. I called to do a stock check for tree branches (twigs) and the two employees I talked to Monica and Lizette were rude and they had no idea what tree branches were. I asked to speak to the manager and told me they werent available.

Always and i mean Always never enough push carts ( baskets) even when store is not busy i literally have to go ouside and find a cart if im lucky...never enough lines open, and inventory is always low, very different from others ive been to, i only come here because i live close by...needs new MANAGEMENT.

I know its hard for your employees to work a job like 99 cent stores but your Latina employees need more English language and some of your female employees need training in customer service some are rude and I wish I could have got the name of that female employee I would have reported her to the supervisor she caught me off guard with her personality and rude behavior but I just let it go cause Im a nice guy but next time I wont be nice.

Most stores have signs discouraging solicitors this store sets them up inside with a table so they can disturb you while youre trying to shop. Is this at all their locations or only the one in Paramount. If all their locations the CEO should be fired if only in Paramount they should fire the manager.
