I was not greeted at the door and two employees just looked and mind their business. No one asked to help us at all. I had ask a customer where to look for my adolescent size. I had to find an employee for a question. Store over all clean and cashier very nice.

It was ok. The place was clean but stock was limited. I gave it 3 stars cause the staff seemed like you were bothering them. They did not ask if help was needed or if you found everything ok. Asked if more shoe sizes was in the back and was told what is on the very top shelf was the extras and they dont have stock in the back.

Got some cool looking shoes that will rip in like 4 months

I enjoyed going to this location of WSS. It is very large, organized and clean!They are helpful with the different types of brand of shoes. For example, Nikes I should try a half size smaller for a better fit.

This is the only location thst did NOT honor the sale. To top it off it was near closing whem we noticed the changes and didnt let us ask about them, staff was also rude

Staff was very helpful. I came in for some shoes that were on sale but they didnt have my size but they called a nearby store to check. The other store had them and put them on hold for me. Good selection and sale prices were very good. They also have sports related apparel. Parking was easy

First time coming here and Danny S. (slim, tan young man) was so helpful with my mom he went above and beyond to help her find the perfect shoes for the perfect price. It made the experience shopping here very smooth and convenient.

Downey she store sent me to the Paramount shoe store stated that the shoes I was looking for were there. Arrive to find out that only to right shoes were there and when they found the left shoe, that shoe was a demo so was faded and didnt match in color. Horrible service after I complained.

They have my favorite shoes at a good price.

Store is clean, good selection of shoes. But the staff is very rude. And think some staff members are racist. Due to my experience trying to exchange my daughter shoes. Very bad experience will never shop at this location again. The worst staff member is the security.

The female cashiers could need a little more training on customer service.

Things have changed since my last review. I just got the worst service I have ever had in a shoe store. I will never return to this WSS shoe store.

Most of shoes are badly made, dont believe me look at quality at the soles and logos. Nikes are poorly made,and also jordans werre a little off not all shoes they do have some decent ones, but i would take my money elsewere,
