Good customers service happy people

I been here two or three times. I go prepared before I go and always find the product and essentials I need.

Kinda small, but the staff was helpful.

No supply of poplar colors... many came in and were NOT happy at all. Stock your red colors, it been hard to buy any thing!

Love the service and the lady who did my nails (emily) did an amazing job. I recommend this place 1000% Im for sure coming back

I did not like the lady that cashed me out, i asked her a question & she gave me a look like i was bothering her.

Love it they carry good qualities of make-up and hair products.

Dont go if you dont want to get judged!!Once I went with my mother to buy a couple of products​, I already felt a negative vibe from walking in the store. I proceeded to look around, I was on the aisle where hair extensions could be found, i over heard an exchange of Converse between the staff members, a male and a woman talking about how they find my body modification disgusting, what kind of staff is Sallys hiring? Im guessing to judge others, i wonder what else they are saying about their customers while they are standing close by, never going to this Sallys again, thanks for that experience. :)

Usually find what I need and sometimes some great deals! Always an up-beat staff.

Not greeted when I walked in due to the employees speaking about their personal issues.. Was in the store for about 15 min and they walked passed by me multiple times and never asked if I needed help, which I did but they werent going to help me. as I walked out, they all gave Me a dirty look and stared me down.

I love going to sallys im always changung my hair color on my own but every time I go there and I ask a question eitheir their rude and if theyre out of something they never want to check in the back. I feel like they overcharge me all the time

Im on Downey...for a few days.. im from moreno valley my visit to Sallys was great.....very friendly...very helpful!!!!

Stopped coming here they never have what i want and it hard to get help !
