Amazing customer service and I was quickly, kindly and respectfully trained by Juan, to come up with a design on their website which would truly end up being 7x3, after designing a really small 7x3 PowerPoint drawing, which would have disappeared after expanding it to the real size. I had a Ground UPS wonderful delivery from Los Angeles to San Diego on the next day. From now on I will have ALL my friends turned on into using BingBanners services. Happy about my simple easy and fast service! There designer was simple and easy to use! I do wish to have a layers option on it as well as more color choices one day. The package was damaged upon delivery but the product was still intact. Had a small scratch but it is honestly not even noticeable! I recommend this company to anybody!

Terrible customer service. There was a delay with my order partially my fault, Partially the companies . So I called in asked for a manager and the “manager “ Eunice got on the phone, she was rude, gave me an attitude and ultimately an ultimatum to either pay the overnight shipment of nearly $100 or to cancel my order. Terrible terrible business. If this is what your “managers” do find a new one. So upset and will Definitely Spread the word.

Went to Bing Banners today and my banner order went missing from one of their contractors. They not only redesigned my banners on the spot, but they also honored my online pricing and my order was ready in 2 hours for all 4 retractable banners. Their customer service is on point, the staff was so cool, and they went above and beyond at closing on a Friday (not open on the weekend) even carried the banners to the car for me. I was supposed to receive a backdrop for an event and I paid for next day shipping. The company only uses UPS who in return changed my delivery options and my package was NEVER DELIVERED! When speaking to the customer service rep I was going in circles trying to get a refund to which I have yet to receive! They were EXTREMELY unprofessional and uncharismatic to the fact that my backdrop hadn’t been delivered and that it was supposed to be a very instrumental part of my celebration. I would not recommend ANYONE to purchase from here.
