Happy with the tires, prices, and the service was ok. Quick turnaround. Customer should be asked if they want road hazard protection for their tires at $10 per tire, not just be automatically charged for this.

The guy that changed my car tires scratches my wheels so bad!! I got so mad! I tried to call them and they never answered my call!! This is the 2nd time that Wal-Mart worker did bad!

Hi yeah, so I looked online to see when the auto shop close, it said 6pm. We just needed an oil change, My wife and I came 30mins before closing, and was told they wont provide service because theyre close at 5:30pm not 6pm even tho the sign outside said 6pm, it was very misleading and dishonest of Walmart, the guy who service doesnt seem to know what work is. I would not recommend Wal-Mart auto shop at this location as they will most likely turn your service away, we wanted to complain to the manager at this Walmart, we waited half an hour and no manager show, finally we got tired of waiting, started shopping, when we finished shopping, There was line after line, but only 3 register opened so if you dont mind the long wait, and zero customer support, as well laid back, no workers, this is a perfect place for yall.

Went in for an oil change and headlight replacement. Left with a lose tire valve and missing caps. Called to inform them of what they did since the tire got flat and we had to stop at a mechanic nearby and the guy who I spoke with said “thats not our fault” and thats it. The mechanic told us the valve was lose so all the air was let out. I tried calling again several times and all my calls are ignored. Very unhappy with my first and last experience here.

I came here because they open at 7 am, but no one was here at 7 and the manager was late, so no work got started till 8 am.They didnt tell me that they couldnt work on my vehicle until over an hour after I left, I had to return only to find out they could work on my vehicle, at which point they finally starting the work and all that time was just wasted.I am watching a blue hair kid work on my vehicle right now and he couldnt be moving any slower. Very poor service, I am thankful these mechanics dont receive tips.Pictured is the late manager looking really busy just chatting it up with his friend.

They got me right in took very good care of me and I was out of there in no time and the work was done very very well!! & I got three quotes from three different mechanic places!! Because my daddy didnt raise no stupid person~~> he always told me to take my car to three mechanics make sure they check the car thoroughly came up with the same diagnosis and diagnostic testing then choose the best bid that the shop gave you for the auto repair and make sure theyre certified to work on your vehicle certification means they have experience and they become certified to work on your car!!

Came here and had to make an appointment because they said it was a 5 hour wait. When I finally came to my appointment, I still had to wait about 3 hours for oil change and air filter. They seem to be so unorganized with limited staff, and good customer service seems to be lacking in this place.

Terrible service they take your keys and say car will be ready in 3hrs then call you 2hrs to tell you they dont have the tires anymore. They should be more organized and check if they have the tires before making a client wait 2hrs for them to say they cant even do the job. Then the lady screams at me telling me its ok at least I didnt make you wait 3hr! Terrible service dont go and waist your time because they dont care

No service at all. Waited in line at the service counter for more than 30 minutes with no help, people started lining up behind me. Several associates walked by and said they were sending someone but that never happened. Security guy even came by and apologized, but still no real help. Not sure how they expect to make money without actually having staff to take customers.

Service for oil change is good but had to wait two and a half hours. We chose standard oil change for $29. You can choose pit oil change for $20 in which only oil filter and oil are included.

I WAS a loyal customer for about 4 years but no more. Please do not buy your car battery or tires from here, I know theyre cheaper but your pocket and safety are important. To make the long story short, the tires are poor quality and the service is worst. The technicians dont always check what you ask them to. I bought my tires in March and they wore down by May (I dont drive much). If you do buy anything from here please get a warranty, and prepare to go back for additional work. Also stand outside and watch your car get worked on, that seems to be the only way theyll actually do their job.

Horrible customer service in the auto department! Girl in charge seemed to have had a bad day wasnt in the mood to help me. She would rather stoxk he shelf and make me wait for someelse. So i left and bought my tires elsewhere.

Waited 2 hours for a tire change, for them to tell me they didnt have any my size in stock. They waited till after 7 so i couldnt go to a different walmart. Have to stay another night because i cant drive to az on my bad tire

Manager this morning refuse to work on my car because I told him the wrong dip stick is on the car. Even though these grease monkeys where the one who had it switched in the first place. Wasted 25 mins to get here to be refuse service. When their service sucks in the first the place.Stay away everyone.

This is the worst place ever I came here thinking and trusted they would get the job done. A simple oil change thats all I wanted and to find out from a family mechanic of ours they had my car for 3 freaken hours and never did an oil change at all on my car so I had to pay again to actually get an oil change !!! Super disappointed didnt expect that from walmart

Horrible customer service, they opened at 7 but no one helped me until 7:30. It seemed the cashier had no CS training whatsoever. I was made to wait 2 hours for an oil change because the mechanic was late, thats what Inwas told. Never going back again, Id rather go to Jiffy Lube.

I went to change all 4 tires. I went in at 4:10pm and the lady in the tire center told me she couldnt do it because they close at 6:00pm. With only two cars being worked on. I have no idea why they couldnt help. Typical customer service to expect from Wal-Mart.

Got my 4 tires for my car..it was 500 dls..not so happy ..i find it expensive..but they did a good job

Awesome service and great customer service.

I ordered on line a set of tires, came on time and the guy are friendly But I make the mistake to install in that place, it took 2:30 hours to finish the installation which is ok the problem starts when I came back to re-torque the lug nuts (Really important especially in service truck) and I have to wait 3 and a half hours for a job the technician can do in 5 minutes even right where the car is parked.

Does not due lube jobs....I guess the name change did not take effect yet

Hours of operation state till 11pm. I got here at 8:50pm since I needed a tire repair asap... it seems they close at 7pm. Terrible.

Well they said they couldn’t fix the flat tire there. they recommend to take it around the corner to another shoot to get it fix. 🤷🏼‍♂️ it didn’t make any sense.

Horrible place, they damaged my oil plug and screwed back by using their fingers..cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs...is not worth saving a few dollars and paying even more in vehicle repairs because these idiots dont know how to do a simple oil change...worst service ever stay away...
