This place is around my house so I dont beat around the Bush shopping around x auto parts, they have almost every thing and great prices too,this is my auto parts place .

This place comes thru inventory wise but customer service has let me down 3x in a row, which brings this naggy star review now youll know...they let me stand around in line instead of attending me ...i mean i know its almost closing time but theres like 2 or 3 employees getting ready to leave .... but if standing next to ur co worker talking up a storm about ur long day, is how u clock out dont do it while hes the only last employee whose actually assisting customers. if ur gonna stick around as long as ive been waiting in line, just staring as if i were painted on the wall the whole ten minutes, might as well help with the last two customers .

I will admit I never been to a NAPA Auto Parts and didnt really think they had parts for my vehicle. The place I normally purchase parts for shipped me the wrong part once my vehicle was at my mechanic shop and disassembled on his rack we realized it and my parts supplier said that it would be almost seven days before they can get the correct part out. After a little research it was found at Napa Parts had them in stock but not my local store in Paramount but Ontario about 60 miles Northeast of Los Angeles. With the help of what I was told of the owner of the local store Not only was the part ordered it was delivered to my mechanic within a matter of hours this is outstanding service. I realize Napa may not carry a lot of parts for my car but I will definitely keep them at the top of my list Ive never had dedication like this before so thank you Napa on Alondra for supplying the genuine Audi motor mounts for car.

Good customer service. Even Though they didnt have the part I needed they were prompt to order from out of state. Danni was great. However the waiting time to get help its a lil long. Other than that all good.

NO customer service. Had to wait til phone stopped ringing to get help and when I did get help theyd stop helping me and answer phone. Thats not the worst. Called to check stock and was told tool was ready for pickup. When I get there no tool available. Have to orderAye!

I am a handicap gentleman came into Nappa needing break fluid which I didnt know which one my car takes i stood in front of the cashier for about 15min which he was taking calls each time the phone rung and he went to the back to find the parts and picked up the phone and continued to speak with the callers leaving me standing there. I was there first and should have been waited on before he took orders on the phone...

Online ordering from this Nappa auto part store is joke, it said Ill be getting my part the same day, after calling four time, getting hung up on three time, and put on hold a total of half hour, now theyre saying the the part is nowhere In any warehouse and is going to take 7/10 business days . After talking to the manager hes just incompetent as the other employees. Ill never shop at this joke of a store again.

Great store. Corporate store. Better hours. A lot of the franchised or mom and pop NAPA stores have really short hours on the weekend and usualy arent open on Sundays. The one in Burbank would drive me crazy like that because they would have things in stock that the ORiley and Autozones wouldnt have.

Paramount Napa counter guys are morons. They can never find the right part or sell you the wrong ones. If you want the right parts and good customer service go to the Napa in Long Beach on Long Beach Boulevard.

Great place for parts for your Vehicles

I would like to share my experience with NAPA and in particular the NAPA store in Paramount. I am the manager of Leo and Son Garage and as a company we have spent 10 of thousands of dollars with them in parts purchases over the years. We have had multiple issues with them standing behind their products they sell and that is why we do very little business with them to date. Today we had a Belt Tensioner Assembly fail that was purchased at Napa on February of 2017. The employees stated they could not warranty the product because they sold us a cheep Belt Tensioner Assembly that had only a one year warranty. They wanted to sell us another no name product that was 40% higher cost than all our other suppliers wanted to charge (my vendors only use name brand quality product lines they can stand behind). We dont use Napa as a vendor because they dont seem to care about the customer. Always looking for a loop hole seems to be the MO.updateIt is sad when they give you a email address to better help them understand the concern and the email address does not do through. At least it appears they care, LOL

Nice place the only problem I had was it was like four or five workers and it took them about 10 minutes to ask if I needed help that part I didnt get but nice store didnt have what I needed.
