They did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. Looks like new! They also made sure I got all original parts for my car. Additionally, they provided updates and were very courteous during the while process. I felt they were really looking out for my best interest. They dealt with the insurance for payment which was a great plus. Would definitely recommend!!

Best shop ever!!!.. Their work is excellent and they go above and beyond for their customers. The ladies inside are nice and they get all paperwork done very quickly. The technicians are the best. My car looks better now than when I dropped it off.I would not hesitate to take my car here again.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!On 12/27/2017 my Nissan Versa had been hit by a reckless driver who crashed into my parked car and damaged the rear corner panel/bumper area. They fled the scene and left me with the bill.My car is my only means of transportation so I needed to find a shop which could repair the car ASAP, against my better judgement I ended up taking my car to the first open location.I met with Brandon whom looked over my car and assured me the repairs should only take 7-10 days given the Holidays, which seemed reasonable. He explained how they were a body shop but had an excellent alternative shop location for mechanical work should it be needed. The total estimate came to $1460 which seemed a bit high for the amount of work to be done but I trusted him and needed my car so I agreed.The end of the first week of January I call to check on the status of my car and speak with the girl at the front desk whom is very vague but whom tells me she will give me an update on the status on the following Tuesday/Wednesday, which she never does. (1/8/2019 to 1/9/2019).Following week rolls around and still nothing so on 1/9/2018 I end up calling 3 times.First call (2:55pm) I reach Brandon whom says there is a poor phone connection so I say I will call him back.Second call, no answer. (4:22pm)Third call 4:22pm) an employee picks up and I ask him the status of my car, he says he will go check, when he returns to the phone he says it looks like it should be done by Wednesday…..next Wednesday!???1/10/2018 I take a ride down to the shop to check. Brandon seemed a little surprised but said he’s glad I came. Upon inspection I find my with with most of the metal work done seemingly quite well and with bondo over the damaged portion. I let him know that I’m certainly not trying to rush and I appreciate the job done so far but am in pretty dire need of my car and was not expecting an additional week without my transportation. Im told the car will be prepared, painted and finished by the following Monday 1/14/2019.1/14/2019 About 2 and a half weeks after I decided to bring my car in for service I receive a call from the girl at the front desk whom tells me that my car will require an additional $320 of work! She tells me the mechanic informed her that my rear left spindle is damaged from the rear driver side wheel being hit and that the front rack and pilon was damaged….? aka rack and pinion, not sure why she is the one they have trying to explain any technical/mechanical information over the phone but either way is sounded fishy.1/14/2019 Around 5pm I arrive to pick up my car. We jacked up the car so that we could inspect the claimed damaged spindle. We spun the rear wheel and I immediately understand the problem, the rear wheel was the EXACT SAME WHEEL WHICH WAS DAMAGED IN THE ACCIDENT!!! I was charged for a brand new wheel ($180) and instead their mechanic “refurbished” the bent rim. Brandon told me that they don’t do any mechanical work and that they use independent shops, he said he never test drove the car or inspected it ect, ect. Brandon tried to explain it away as an issue of miscommunication and took the ($180) wheel charge off the invoice….. Yea, you think?Whichever “mechanic” shop they use is incredibly corrupt, incompetent and will absolutely try to rip you off, especially if you do not have any mechanical understanding.Since leaving their shop, I’ve found that my car should only need a $40 dollar control arm and loose front passenger side wheel due to a destroyed bushing. I had been charged $200 for a 4-wheel alignment, how on earth did they align my car with a loose front wheel??Brandon offered no other compensation other than removing the charge for the wheel and an extended warranty on the paint.I am incredibly disappointed by the entire experience and will never recommend this shop to anyone.

One probably the best collision shop out there considering the size of the shop it has been a haven for my car I wish they will expand in the next few month and customer service is fast and responsive 😊 ...I recommend this shop for any one who wants good collision services
