This is one of the best motorcycle dealerships in SoCal. Before buying my 2020 ZX-14R I shopped at various dealerships, and Mid-Cities had the most competitive out the door pricing. Art was the one who helped me with the sale, and after the sale he was able to get me good discounts on Yoshimura exhaust and the AGV helmet I wanted. Didnt perform work in a timely manner. Then after paying $3080 something dollars for the work done was shoddy at best. Screws missing, Fork seals leaking, New tires were installed and the old weights were still on the rims, and something metal was rubbing on the new breaks, and after valve adjustment I bike was way slower !! They told me its because of my new tires.. Also adjusting air/fuel because he said was running rich.. I ask if my power commander was done also.. they said it didnt need to be... Come on people what a joke.. Now Im afraid to let them fix, what they couldnt do right in the first place

Went to this store yesterday to get a new bike stand. Ended up trading my KX250R for a Enduro bike and things couldn’t of gone better. I was able to buy the bike I wanted. Sam the sales associate was very helpful and if you need a new bike make sure to get in contact with Sam and the guys. They really stayed 2hrs after closing time to make sure I was able to get out with my new bike. I appreciate these guys very much and will be coming back for any new toys in the future!

Great place to buy a motorcycle. The staff is great. I was greeted by Chad who was very nice and pleasant. I explained to him that Im new to the motorcycle world and wanted to buy one. To make a long story short, I told him which bike and color I was interested. Also, I explained that safety was/is my biggest concern. Chad took the time to explain to me the different sizes, how the size relates to the engine, asked how often I would be riding, and traveling distance to help determine or suggest the right bike for me. He went over the safety features which was important to me of the two bike I was interested in. He explained the difference between the two bikes (and other bikes on the floor).Chad educated me on how to check the oil, the safety feature of the kickstand, ABS, he just went over almost everything about the motorcycle. He jumped on a bike to go with me for a test ride so that I would be comfortable riding the bike. After our test drive, he went over a few mistakes that I made while riding and gave me a few tips of improvements.I know I said Ill make this long story short but its kind of hard because of the excellent customer service and education I received from Chad. Also, the gentlemen in the parts department ( I dont remember his name), who explained the difference between the helmets.Overall, this is a wonderful, friendly, caring motorcycle dealership who I would recommend to everyone. My salesman name is Chad who is the most caring salesman ever. Oh, I bought a 2019 Kawasaki Ninja 650. I love my bike.Thank you Chad!!! :-}

Made a deal over the phone with Chad for a 2018 z900rs this weekend and also received a very fair offer for my current bike in trade. During my ride down to the shop. It temporarily closed due to rain damage. Since I had traveled a long distance in the rain Chad and the mechanic were nice enough to stay to complete the deal and prep the new bike for me. Fought to get over there in traffic and the parking lot was blocked off and doors were locked before they closed 6pm.I was was disconnected from the parts department multiple times on the way over. I kept calling back, was put on hold, them again disconnected.Not sure what the rush for the employees to get out of there was, there was no basketball, football, or baseball game on tonight.Maybe Del Amo should start paying they employees till 630pm or start closing at 530pm so people coming from work dont get screwed.Im going to purchase the part I need online now because I wasted enough time and gas trying to support the small business.

Dropped off my 07 zx6r for a clutch replacement they said would take 2 weeks, I waited 2 months to get it back. Ordered a coolant resivior bottle, waited 2 weeks and they told me there was never an order placed.

I bought my 2010 Honda Fury here I have since been back for service and up grade parts installed. The work is first come first served on Sat but they have very fair and competitive pricing for all services. I live near West Covina by a big name dealer but the price and turn around on service are much longer and costly. If your out to buy or service I do suggest Mid-Cities. Cheers!

After having visited and shopped multiple motorcycle shops in the area, from Harley Davidson shops to every other type of motorcycle shops. I fortunately landed at Mid-City Motorsports. Fortunate because my experience there was greeted with friendly, courteous, professional and not pushy crew at Mid-City. From the salesman Art, the manager Chad the parts guy Danny (who was very helpful, thoughtful and saved me a few bucks with his genuine interest in his job). Even the cashier was courteous and professional. Chad (the manager) stuck to his word (a rare quality these days) and gave me the deal we had agreed to. Art (the salesman), even though he is an experienced rider himself didnt treat me in way to make my feel less than because of my lack of experienced riding and he wasnt pushy (only informative). Theirs is the best all around crew I have ever encountered at any dealership. I could go on but you best find out for yourself in you are considering a new ride.

Just called on a low mileage bike that is 12 years old. Asked if tires have been replaced and the salesman said there aren’t enough miles on the bike to warrant replacement! When pressed about replacing them the only response I received was they would ask the owner of the bike what he wants to do. There was no inquiry as to my information for contact or follow up. Nice! I will buy elsewhere.

Bought my Kawasaki 400 asb here. Very nice atmosphere did not feel pressure to buy something I did not want. Did not know motorcycles that much but got a low entry class bike that fits me very well. If your a first-time buyer and rider this place whould be the best for you.

This place is local and open on mondays, which is unusual. Most motorcycle places are closed Sunday and Monday. I have purchased 2 tires on different occasions. Always seem to have deals on tires.

From the moment I walked in these guys were a pleasure to speak with and very informative. Went in to buy a dirt bike tire with my rim in hand. They offer free install if tire is purchased through them. Walked the show floor while tire was being installed. It was clean with plenty of toys in stock. Back to the tires, best deal for tire and install. Took less than an hour. I will go back.

I have been using Mid Cities exclusively as my motorcycle dealer for 5 years now. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff go out of there way to assist you and answer questions. Ive been a customer of theirs for several years and purchased 3 dirt bikes from them. No pressure sales staff makes it easy to make a deal. I live in Orange County and drive to Paramount which I drive past several dealers to do business with the best.

Love this place mechanics are cool they give me an honest price. Ive been here many times over the years for over 8 years. I even had an experience that they had to fix another place mistake and going out of the way just to help me.

The service department here is dishonest and overpriced. There are mechanics in the area who do better work and actually respect their customers. Find somewhere else to work on your bike.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, regarding the service dept. I took my bike to fix, it took them almost a month for them to “fix it”. Shortly after getting it back, it gave me the same problem, I took it back, they “fixed it again”, and this went on 4 times!!! All that resulted in the end was money out my pocket and a broken bike. I would understand if it was a different issue that I would have taken it back for, but it was the same issue, time and time again. Don’t waist your time and money in the service dept, believe me, save the headache and your money

Midcities Honda has the best service I have ever experienced been going there for last 20 years and they are fair priced unlike the other dealers if u domt believe me call the other dealers for a price on an oil change or new tires get the quote ! By phone midcities is always the right price garante you on your phone call the others will be 149 139 to 169 for an oil change midcities will be 89 dont even get me started with the tires and price includes mount and Ballance ! Even tho I dont own a Honda currently I take my Suzuki GSX R 600 my MT 09 to them ! Good business hands down !

Mid Cities has been my go-to for everything Honda for years! Purchased our first Honda CB 100 from these guys back in the 70s.This time I needed a rear brake caliper and master cylinder for my TRX450 Quad. The gentleman on the phone gave the price and told me the parts werent in stock. Upon asking for the part numbers, he told me that Honda part numbers were really long and that I could find them online (their website). What does this sound like to you? If I had to guess, Id say it was an attitude. Ive noticed this over the past couple of years of doing business here. I felt it when I bought a new helmet when I bought a new UNI air filter When I bought two whip flags when I bought a carburetor rebuild kit. Even when I bought oil, gear lube, and a spark plug. There are too many other nearby options for Honda parts to put up with this.Its sad to say this, but I wont be back and its a shame but I want to do business with a company that values its customers. This place is the friendliest and the most honest dealer I have been in. John sold me my first bike--a brand new Honda CB300F. As a dealer, its excellent but cant say the same about the bike. I only get to enjoy it for 2yrs and the engine went bust. Service department was very helpful trying to get the manufacturer to cover the repair but no success. The effort though is 100% without question is relentless. I will definitely come back and buy another bike but this time Im getting a Kawasaki.Too bad del amo motorcycle has taken over this dealership hence the 1 star reduction. I had 1 of the worst experience dealing with del amo dealership in Long Beach. I swear to never step into that place ever so I went 30miles to purchase my new Yamaha T7 from Berts Megamall where sales agents are cool and helpful.

This is where I take both of my bikes. The staff on the service department know me by name and they are always professional and helpful.

This is the nearest Honda dealer from me (4 miles away) and its where I get all my parts and accessories from and I dont really need parts right away except for an emergency last week. Dani not only helped me by getting my oem sprocket and brake pads asap to get me back on the road, but he also gave me the best prices for them. If you need parts and accessories, give him a call and he will take care of you! Dani, thanks again! My 600rr and I are back on the road and its running smooth as silk!

What a bunch of IDIOTS doesnt even offer me a expressed delivery for my troubles... Honestly just pay the extra dollars at burts mega mall, they will certainly have the part.
