This review is for the excellent customer service our family received from Home Depot Employee SERGIO at the Paramount, Ca Home Depot. 5/5 stars *****Our family was in search of 2 inch vertical blinds and headed to Home Depot with our measurements. I did my measurements and research just in case any of the employees were too busy I would feel confident going about picking the right sizes.What surprised me was right off the bat SERGIO asks us if we needed any help. The fact that SERGIO approached us first and we didnt need to hunt down a Home Depot employee was very reassuring. SERGIO took the time to go through my measurements. (Sidenote: Everyone knows home improvement projects can be stressful and I will admit I was a little frustrated trying to get the right blinds for my windows. But SERGIO was very calm and collective and very patient with me).SERGIO located the sizes of blinds I needed and also cut our blinds right then and there to fit the exact measurements we needed.As a loyal customer to Home Depot, I must say SERGIO stands out with his knowledge and customer service. I was in and out of Home Depot in no time and returned home and put up the blinds. They fit perfectly. Thanks SERGIO.

This location never seems to have stock for that one item you need to finish your project. Try either Lakewood or Signal Hill or Downey, or check the Home Depot site and dont bother if the stock is less than 5. In their own words, theyve probably lost em.

I end up having to go to the Paramount store to get chainsaw blades, went to the Compton store first but they didnt have the right one for my Ryobi. But they have plenty at the Paramount store, was able to go right in and get right out love all of that.

Its cool for in n out. But . if you need help to your car?.. Forget it! theyre no help at all.

Horrible I travel 5 minutes to them no customer service nothing in stock nobody helps you walk right past you says nothing and last week I went to Lakewood excellent service so Ill travel back to Lakewood 15-20 minutes away and get the service that I did but never again the Paramount and Im a pair my resident.

Home depot has all the materials to build your home as well to make it cosy!

Stopped by this Home Depot to return some items and the cashiers were very friendly and efficient. Keven was extremely helpful when it came to directing me to the adequate location for what I was looking for along with ringing me up later that time period. I will definitely shop here again in the near future!

Is amazing how in the Hispanic community all this clerks be all rude and dont have that education where is shows how to be polite to customers. I guess it figures the pay they received for the amount of work they do, must not add up. Im just saying. Lol.

Seems like this store needs sensitivity training, I heard from a friend of mine that they constantly call the police on Mexicans in the parking lot for simply looking for work, #BOYCOTTHomeDepotI just bought around $1000 worth of tools from them last week, they’re going right back for a refund and that money is going to a minority owned business.

The worst ever waited for a door lock supervisor to come waited no one showed up nobody knows where anybody is nobody knows anything not coming back.

I have bought a stove and a washer at the Home Depot in Paramount Ca. I also have a Home Depot Credit card. But through out the years Ive seen that location go from Okay to Worse in every department, customer service is horrible. Cant find anyone to help you and when you do, they have no knowledge of anything. Theyre also rude. They rather spend time talking among themselvesthan organizing the store or helping and being nicer to the customers. I no longer shop here, I rather go to Lowes even though its farther. If the employees are not happy working for this company, they should leave or Home Depot is going to loose customers.

Poor service...only one person offered to help and sent me to the wrong area. I asked a few other times and just ordered it on Amazon...easier and delivered to my door.

Okay if you dont need customer service, employee are very rude and never near to help, and if ask for help its like a never ending story like oh Ill get someone from this department but never show up😲.. so as long as you know where everything is and or you know what you are there for you will be just fine. 🤔😷

Terrible Returns department. Had me waiting in one line then was told to move to another then 3 new customers were helped before me.

Need a new toilet seat? Head for HD. How about a light fixture, charcoal, a pretty new plant, or a fridge? HD is the place for YOU! If youre lucky, you might be able to get a hot dog n soda for lunch on your way out!

Online inventory differed from store inventory. Seems like all employees go on lunch at same time. The few employees that are helpful look overwhelmed with the amount of customer waiting for them to get help.

Needed a couple sheets of 3/4 cab grade plywood. Mostly JUNK! After a bit of sorting I picked 2 sheets. They were scuffed & dinged. I was cutting into a wall cabinet shelving unit. So I made due. I probably should have waited. But I had the time & moved forward. If you want good plywood, go some where else!

We found moldings for doors and nails and some wood stains

My plants from here have thrived well. They were in great condition when I purchased them and they always have the planters I need in stock.

The place to go for any small or big job that needs to be done,

I was looking for bulbs, I couldnt find much, I also needed a waterhose and they didnt have a log of variety. The checker was nice

As everyone else. Go here for supplies and very easy to find anything. Staff is always helpful speaking both spanish and english. Go towards the lumber side and they are always cleaning the floors. Great place

The manager, Arnold, is full of empty promises. He said he would honor a discount for an appliance over the phone but when I went to this location to close the deal he did not honor the discount. I do not recommend this location.

Very busy place, customer service was on the 2/3 star level but this has been the new normal in all home depot stores for the last two years.

The service is really bad,,, i buy milwaukee set 1 month ago and fail,,, come back to the store and before the give help for 2 hours the manager say no have more this set and say is my problem i need call to milwaukee for exchange!!!

Everybody there helps you. Love going to this Home Depot. The only thing I dont like is that it looks like they put a lot of pressured to the workers. They are always talking fast. The good thing is that they are good workers. They will help you.

Bad experience with the delivery guys and customer service, my mom went to buy her new Whirlpool refrigerator from Home Depot and she paid to get it delivered so she wouldn’t have to worry about damaging it and what she most feared happened, the guys didn’t let her know the refrigerator they deliver her was damaged the water line was damaged by them and had dents in the back, I noticed it when I was helping my uncle installed the water lines a few moths later she called and they didn’t want to replace it or give her a refund don’t buy stuff from Home Depot. My mom is still paying for the refrigerator on credit so be careful with Home Depot they will get a company to deliver it so they won’t be reliable for any damaged done to your appliances.
