Their employees are pretty great. Especially Gina. Their employees who deliver items are always professional and very respectful and extremely nice.

They are like family to me they always give me good deals in help me the best way they can. Holly will go out her way to meet customer needs I love doing business with her! Trey and Jennie are awesome as well!

Staff told me 3 different prices for an item and that they had the item on show room floor, and when we came into the store they didnt have the item

Worse management and sales I’ve ever came into contact with. And they like to change contracts in the middle of your agreement which is not legal. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy since the new manager took over and I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

Great bunch of folks here. If you want great stuff at a good price they got it or can try and get it . I mostly appreciate the professional atmosphere.

Walked in needing a washer and dryer, and really needing delivery asap which I understand can be a task especially since they dont deliver on saturday lol but they went above and beyond and here I am less than 2hrs later on a saturday with my washer and dryer in my house and the accounts manager even came out and helped the driver and made it a point to shake my hand and introduce his self .. That is what good customer service looks like. Payless will get all of my future RTO business and I will be referring my friends as well.

Very unsatisfied with this place. Once I pay off my item I will never do business here again. They tell you one amount to make as a payment and when you call to make it, it’s doubled what they told you and then accuse you of lying. Very unhappy with the customer service I got today. Been happy in the past but since the management change I am not and will not be buying anything else from them.

90% of the items in this store are used - a lot are very worn but still have a new price. The worst thing is Ive seen roaches racing around the store. Luckily the item we bought didnt have any. Ill never get anything from them again.
