My boyfriend posted this Magalia Rant and Rave:Being hearing impaired, I used video phone (ntouch) to call Radio Shack, so I have a sign language interpreter to help me make the call. I called Radio Shack in Paradise 3 times just askin if they have a Component Cable. Each time, they hung up on me. This Component Cable will enable me to use CC (Closed Caption) on my DVD Player so I may watch movies with my girlfriend. Thanks for nothing, Radio Shack!

Employees are nice however being a tech based Store i exspect the employees to have a basic knowledge of such and know what they carry. However they have very little knowledge of the products they carry cant count how many times they had what i needed without employees knoWing and their knowledge of technology is nearly non-existant.
