Got a great product with a professional installation. Very pleased with the new door. I know it is hard to get products post Covid pandemic, but I felt that inventory issues and product availability could have been handled better. Direct and honest communication from the start would have made the long wait easier.

Overhead door did an excellent job of giving me a realistic timeline of when I could get a new garage door opener, unlike another place that told me theyd be there and then never showed up or called. I got a new door opener and it works great. Gerald had it installed in about an hour. He did a great job!

Called not knowing what the issue was with my garage door. It would no longer open. They had someone out in less than 24hrs. Paul arrived early. He immediately knew what the problem was, had the parts and was able to replace the spring. Asked him to look at 2 other doors both having issues & both were fixed! Everything was explained and price was very reasonable.

Unfortunately the first line customer service is only interested in new sales. Not customer friendly unless a sale is confirmed. She Refused to dispatch service to evaluate problems related to their install. The lady answering calls was rude, inattentive and hung up when I asked her company to come back and fix their work. Probably good for first install but not for customer care. Will not use again.

My review is based on front desk lady attitude who have no communication skills what so ever. I spoke with her 2 times on phone and she is just rude like no politeness at all. She was the lady who does there accounting too, so may be she just hates her life and just tired by things but still she should always have positive attitude when talking to customers. As far as what I went there to buy, that product is excellent and Im so happy to have what I needed and great genuine product. Even technician who was helping was great too, just the front desk lady needs more skills before picking up a phone call or needs to go home in my opinion.

Installer/technician was knowledgeable and professional. The only issue I had was the scheduling. I was given a five hour window of when they would be there and the technician called an hour and a half early. He adjusted his tickets and arrived at noon which was great. Other than tightening up the scheduling a bit it was a good experience and I would use them again.

Overhead Door just installed two replacement doors for me. The entire experience from sales to installation was great. As an added bonus, the doors they sell are much better quality than my original doors and were close to the same price. The installer was particularly great and paid attention to small details. The gentleman arrived at the beginning of the time window (always great) and inspected both our garage doors to be safe. Explained what he was fixing and was very courteous to the young neighbor boy who wandered over with his dog and began peppering him with questions. The spring on my garage door broke leaving me unable to open the door. I called to make an appointment. It was mid-afternoon and the person I talked with said they didnt have any more appointments available that day. I made the appointment for the next morning. About 15 minutes later she called and told me someone finished a job early and lived near by. He could fix my door later that day! It took them 20 minutes to put new springs on the door, and charged a reasonable amount. Happy with same day service 👍

Experienced personnel showed up almost immediately to complete a temporary repair! They returned later in the week with new spring and quickly made permanent repairs. I rate all services excellent, their helpfulness exceptional, and overall their efforts were as good as it gets!! I strongly recommend them for garage door services!!!

Overhead door was assigned to us via our home warranty company. Couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of the repair. They arrived in the time window they said they would and worked quickly to get our door repaired. We had one broken spring, they replaced both springs, lubed and adjusted the door and even replaced a broken wall mounted door opener pad which wasn’t expected. Will highly recommend Overhead door and will definitely use them in the future.

Kal was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. My door popped off the rails because a friend tried to open it from the outside without the electric opener. He was able to fix it quickly and put in a preventative measure so that can’t happen again. Plus, he took the time to double check every aspect of the door (even if it wasn’t related to the specific call) so I know it’s in the best shape possible! I’ll definitely call them again!

Update to last review. The part worked perfectly and cost me only $13.75 plus shipping for the shaft that Overhead Door Company wanted to charge me $53, and said it was a great deal and that I probably purchased the wrong part. I understand companies need to make a profit, but they first told me that my opener was obsolete and the shaft might be impossible to find and that I may need to consider a new opener for $400. I’m glad I’m well educated, since most individuals would have been taken advantage of in this situation.

The gentleman that came out was very personable and easy to talk with. I was especially happy he came out a day ahead of my scheduled appointment.

Overhead Door Company has the absolute worse customer service. It started out as I had an appointment on a Monday where I took of work to be home so they could repair my garage door. I received a call at 830am the day of stating they had a repair guy call in sick and therefore need to move my appointment to the next day. I explained I took off work and did not want to take another day off, the lady stated well nothing I can do either Tuesday or give me your next day off, didnt even try to find a way to make things work. I understand things happen but at least pretend to be apologetic. They did come fix the garage door the next day and the repair guy was very polite. However I was told I was going to have to pay a service fee of 93.00 which I understood, when it came time to pay, he charged me an additional 30.00. I asked what for and he said I live 4 miles outside their service area so its a mileage fee. When I scheduled the appointment no one informed me of this. I called to ask the company and they used there same not my problem approach. Well nothing I can do is what i was told, its the rules. Someone should of told you. The whole experience has been horrible. I will never use again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Big shoutout to Tim with Overhead Door! Our garage door stopped working as if the laser was off and came out this morning to help. Turned out to be a tangled up cord. Also noticed the brackets were coming out of ceiling so he secured that in and lubricated the whole thing! Also helped me program my van buttons! Yay! Great service, prompt and very friendly!

I called about replacing a weatherstrip on my garage door and the lady who answered was very rude! She then told me I had to replace my whole garage door just to get a new weatherstrip, as they can’t replace the track hanger. Upon speaking with another company I was informed that was a lie and it could be replaced very easily!I didn’t decline a technician to come by due to it being the next day. I declined because the lady was so rude that I told her I would just give my money to another company. Also I found the weather strip I needed on amazon!!!!!! I was informed this company manufactures their own products and states they can no longer get the parts so you feel you have to get a new door!! Rick also never called me back nor was available when I contacted him!

These folks are awesome! My husband and I are helping our neighbor look after his house and the garage door openers were not working. This place does not even deserve 1 star. After 3 days of them trying to install a single door, it still does not work. They have to come back again. The install team has been totally incompetent. Their first attempt left a 2 inch gap at the top of the door and they completely forgot to install a light. Second attempt left the trim looking like a roller coaster and my garage beams like swiss cheese. Third attempt left it completely inoperable. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

Talked to Steve when trying to troubleshoot issues with a commercial door. He was patient, informative, and genuinely invested in getting the issued resolved. They were then able to find parts for an older model, get it serviced and operating again at a great price. Couldnt be happier with the service.

Overhead Door had great customer service, worked around my schedule and the price they gave me for a broken spring over the phone was the same price the tech confirmed before he started work and exactly what I paid when he finished the repair. The tech, Rocky, was helpful and easy to work with. The spring replacement only took him about 30 min and he even oiled up the garage opener track for me so it isn’t obnoxiously loud anymore!

We have an older door that is a nonstandard size, heavy, and difficult to work with. Jesse, the tech, was persistent and several times improvised different tactics to try to fix the door mechanism rather than have to replace the door entirely. He even injured his finger in the process, but eventually got the door working again. I appreciate Jesses service and would definitely call Overhead Door again for my garage door repairEDIT: I have used Overhead Door for additional repairs several times since my original review, and they continue to do the job fast and at a fair price.

Service is always great. I just wish we didnt have to replace our sensors so many times. Been in the house 7 years, brand new, and were on our 4th set of sensors.
