Didnt buy on this trip but the staff had no problem talking with me about what I was looking for and had no hesitation in showing me bikes not even in their inventory. Made recommendations on other dealerships in the area who might have what I am looking for.They are here for the rider, not just to make a quick buck. I will recommend them heavily to anyone.

I went here to get a second opinion after another shop quoted me hundreds in repairs. They pinpointed the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot in minutes!Best part, it was only a simple fix and they didnt even charge me!So I used the money I was going to spend on the repairs on some cool aftermarket parts....And they were able to order those for me as well AND CHEAPER than anyone in town.The parts will be in within a week and theyre installing them in time for me to be on the road before the weekend!

I live about an hours drive away and called to arrange getting new tires put on my bike. I didnt have anybody to carry the tires up there for me so I took the tires to the store and told them I was going to get my bike and return approximately 5 hours before they closed. They couldnt give me a straight answer on whether they could get the tires on my bike that day which would have left me without a way to get home. I think even more disappointing was the fact the guy behind the counter didnt even act like he cared about my predicament or my business for that matter. I took my tires out to a different shop in Panama City Beach which was another 30 minutes from my home after calling and explaining to them what I needed. They were more than happy to help me at Ruthless Cycles and had the job done in an hour.

My husband brought his bikes here for tuning when we lived in Panama City and the guys are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. Absolutely the best place around to take your motorcycle. They usually have a good inventory that is not overpriced also.

I dropped the bike off on a Tuesday afternoon after having called the previous day to confirm that the bike would be ready on Wednesday. I was told I would be called when the bike was done. After not receiving a call on Wednesday, when I was told the bike would be ready, I called on Thursday morning to find out what had happened. I was given no explanation at all and was told it would be ready that day. Once again, after receiving no call from this shop, I called at 5PM on Thursday to inquire when the bike would be ready. I was told it “should” be ready at 6PM. Not wanting to risk the 45 minute drive to pick up the bike and it not be ready, I waited till Friday. The only reason I gave any stars at all to this shop is because the bill for two new tires, to include installation, was only $321. Not worth the cheap price to me though, I will not be giving Adrenaline Rush any further business.

Absolutely love this shop. It has everything you need. If they dont have it they can either get it for you or help you find where you can get it. Customer service is #1. The mechanics here can do about anything. They are the only shop in Panama city that physically have riding boots on hand.

Best Motorcycle Shop In Panama City and Panama City Beach Fl.

Went in to drop my bike off today for some electrical issues. Within 45 seconds the owner pinpointed the grounded out wires and showed me. He could have taken my bike and my money but instead he showed me the damged wires and where to buy the replacement fuses i had blown. He was a stand up guy and very professional. I will be bringing my bike back to Adrenaline Rush for any future maintenance.

The go to place in Panama City for motorcycle service. I have been several times now. I have always been treated like I am their only customer. Furat and his team have always been nothing but professional and courteous. From in-depth repairs to simple oil changes, this shop is my go to place. I Bought a bike from them, they are fast and friendly. When I needed a valve cover gasket replaced they recommended to do some maintenance repairs that was coming up to save money on labor since they had the bike apart already. Good prices. I am very pleased with adrenaline rush. The staff there was helpful and courteous. They were able to price match everything that I wanted to buy. They were knowledgeable on the equipment that I had in question and they recommended a few items that were not overpriced or not reasonable. Everything was also accomplished in a timely manner. I recommend going to the shop if you are ever in Panama City looking for work to be done on your motorcycles.

I was stuck on the highway with a flat tire. Tow truck was late. These guys waited in the shop an hour after closing to take the bike in, changed the tire first thing in the am and hade me on my way. Fast, friendly, very efficient, and reasonable price. Great work, highly recommended, I wish all bike shops were like this. Thanks again.

I purchased my Vulcan 900 Classic from Adrenaline Rush and when it came time to customize my bike I had gotten online and search the parts I wanted. My wife then went back and Eli and Ferot spent a ton of time with my her, never feeling rushed, going though catalogs, looking at pictures and beat every price I had found. Joe did an excellent job installing everything I ordered. I could not be more satisfied. It is beautiful!!!!

I recently brought my 2001 Yamaha V-Star 1100 to Adrenaline Rush to have the rear tire/tube changed out and the starter clutch assembly replaced. I had heard that they were the best bike shop in Bay County and their reputation is well earned. They repaired my bike quickly and the price was better than anyone elses in town. If anything else needs to be done to my bike in the future I wont hesitate to take it to them because I know theyll get the job done right the first time!

These guys were fast, knowledgeable, inexpensive, and extremely customer friendly. I would gladly let them work on my bike anytime.At first glance their shop doesnt look anything more than a parts store, but they have a dedicated crew thats very friendly and gets their work done and done right. Unlike other more known places (Bay cycles), they arent upset with you taking time away from them to talk to them about what is going on with your bike.

Ive had both of my bikes serviced and worked on here. 1 of the 2 bikes I purchased from adrenaline rush. Great and dependable service. If they dont have what you need or want in stock they get it quickly. I would not only recommend bringing your motorcycle there but I would say you selling yourself short if you dont. They stand behind their work and that makes me stand by them.

There is another motorcycle place in town, and Adrenaline Rush tends to have a reputation of the lesser of the two. I couldnt disagree more. The staff was honest, open, intelligent, fair and easy to work with. The quality of the work was fantastic. I only had a rear tire replaced, their price was far better than anywhere else, and when I got my bike back, it looked brand new. When I asked about other parts, they openly said what their labor cost would be, and even advised me that while it would be time consuming, it would be within my ability to simply buy the part (for which their price was competitive with Amazon) and do the work myself. It takes a real stand-up place to do that, and I could tell that these guys are in the business, first and foremost, of getting riders back on the road with the best possible experience.

Was recommended by all my friends, decided to make a couple calls around town this am to a couple other shop to get quoted all the big box stores were rude, other smaller places didnt seem to knowledgeable so i immediately hung up, and headed to adrenalin rush. Your baby will be in the hands of experienced guys who care as much about your bike and riding as you do. Brought mine in for tires...they let me know that my brakes were toast and ready. Had my bike ~2.5 hrs total...they dont hold your bike hostage for days.Ill be back...great service, reasonable prices.Had a couple of issues, but Farat wants nothing but complete satisfaction and made everything right. Amazing customer service. They promptly fixed my bike after I called needing it repaired last minute. After explaining my problem, the owner walked outside with me to look at my bike. Within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was and offered to also do some adjustments of the levers for free. The cost was waaaaay less than any other sport bike shop around. I will be bringing my bike back here again anytime I need work performed.

I went in a couple weeks ago to buy a motorcycle, but I was too late, the motorcycle that I had wanted was already gone. Day late, story of my life. So I bought one online. But went back to Adrenaline Motorsports yesterday to purchase a new helmet and a pair of riding gloves. I didnt even know my size or anything and the guy was super helpful and didnt make fun of me. They even took a credit card payment over the phone to cover the sale. If I need anything else in the future, I will definitely be going back to Adrenaline Motorsports. 😀

My wife and ran out of gas on the corner of MLK and 15th St. Furat saw us pushing the car into a parking lot and stopped to check on us and make sure we were ok. He drove me up to his shop to pick up a gas can and put enough gas into our vehicle in order for us to get to a gas station. We are extremely thankful and humbled that he would take the time to help us in our time of need. Thank you so very much. If this is the way he runs his personal life, we can only imagine how caring he must be with his business. He has certainly earned a new customer.

Great customer service very honest I bought my gsxr used it has and extended sway bar and the back brakes were not working I took to several shops around PC and DOTHAN each shop I took it too wanted to replace whole back brake and charge well over $100 to fix. the guys at adrenaline rush looked at it for 30 sec told me I have was just missing I screw that holds caliper in place and did not charge me anything
