We went today to their Halloween Bash and it was such a blast....just has things were getting good the sky opened up and drenched everyone and everything. But thanks Titian for the fun afternoon. Cant wait to vote on the pumpkins :)

We bought a New Home from Titans Mobile Homes here in Panama City, FL. The Personal ( Chad, Bryan and Candice) did an outstanding job. Our New Home is a Blessing from God. Thank you for everything.

I had been to a different dealer and was basically told they couldnt do anything for me. I went into Titan and talked to Chad. He was beyond helpful and answered every question I had and some questions I didnt realize I needed to ask. The three homes he showed me were nicer than most builders models. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome Team of guys! Chad toured us around the facility and his knowledge and professionalism was amazing. He knows his houses and stands behind them very well. Can’t beat them I promise you that!

We went to Titan Homes today and worked with Mr. Gabe Bacot who was extremely knowledgeable about the homes and the financing....he explained the process and was very thorough. He was very easy to talk to and made a stressful decision an easy decision. He made talking about finances very comfortable and not overwhelming at all. The homes were beautiful...just perfect....forever homes. Such a great and welcoming experience....and Gabe bought us lunch!!! It was truly fun and there was no pressure.

The ONLY reason Im giving this place 2 stars, is because of the sales person that We have been dealing with. He is very nice and somewhat helpful. Our big problems are with the factory in Lake City, FL. And with the management of this location ( Panama City, Fl). Mainly the factory. We have been working with our sales person for over 6 months, just to try to find a Floorplan that will work for us. We have a slightly unique request, in that We need 2 masters. We were told in the beginning that changes would not be a problem. Then after searching and deciding on a plan that would work with a few changes, We were told oh no they couldnt make that change to that house. So We choose another that we liked, again with a few changes. We were then told well the factory was so far behind that we would not be able to change ANYTHING at all. The factory is Very behind in the engineering department that they just cant handle making changes to plans. So now we are right back to finding a plan that could work. If Champion doesnt have enough engineers to handle the requests of their customers, hire some more !!! We will be going elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the XL Pursuit homes. The young man (from NJ) was very informative and hospitable.

Gabe and Adam are nothing but nice and have tons of customer service! This office is full of smiling faces and good attitudes! Thanks for helping us find a great home!

Didnt seem like he had the time for me and everything is now online so why bother them at all. Going to keep looking but I already gave them a chance and wasnt satisfied not sure I want to deal with someone I couldnt deal with five yrs ago

Rip-off sales tactics...no available prices are shown I models...the salesperson acted like a con-man...becareful

This was a great experience, this was my first visit to ask questions to buy my new home. After I was greeted they asked a few questions and then we were off to look at new homes. After we looked at a few homes we went back into the office where I was greeted by the finance man and he answered my questions that I had. They made me feel welcomed after all I was going in alone. Although I didn’t sign anything just yet, but I will be back to purchase a home from Titan.

Came here in December hoping to get a new home. I was helped by Gabe. He was very helpful and showed me a lot of homes, including the home I really wanted SEVERAL times. Unfortunately, I wasnt financially ready to commit yet...ask I asked for a refund back on my deposit. Gabe responded right away, processed my refund and I received it back in a timely manner. Once I am ready to buy, I will definitely be coming back.

Look like they are built g reat ! Priced higher than i think they should be ! Believe i understood that i have to pay for removal of old trailers and for taxes and hook up of water, sewage and electricity ! Need to find one with all included at a more reasonable price ! Wish these were cheaper and everything included ! Found one that looks a little better at another place that looks like its built the same ! Believe its about same price with same expanses ! Maybe someone wants my business that can fix me up quicker for a better price and same quality !

Dont waste youre time with this place... You Wii will never get an accurate price on ANYTHING... they prey on, and survive on... the stupid consumer....

I have shopped around the area to get the best value for my money and service. Titan made me feel welcome, they didn’t try to push a sale on me and they were extremely thorough in explaining everything. Additionally, they had packages and options I didn’t even know existed. I am very grateful to have been able to work with Titan. I had so much anxiety with this process but they took care of it and now I have my own home and I can look forward to making memories! This is why I am giving this company five stars!

Chad Bonewit did a wonderful job at showing us around and breaking down the mobile home buying process. He was attentive to our needs and understood we were just beginning our search. His customer service was a huge improvement to the Clayton Homes lot right next door (they just handed us keys). I would recommend his services and this location.

I have been looking at manufactured and modular homes to find one of quality that satisfies my wants and needs. I have been to many sales center locations to find everyone quite busy with very little time to spend on helping me, till I stopped by Titan in Panama City. Niko has changed my experience with his attention to details and listening to my ideas. He has always made me feel as if I was his only customer giving me the time I required to ask questions, make changes, and make decisions. He has been so nice and professional showing a high volume of knowledge about his products . He is willing to go the extra mile plus some. Currently I’m waiting on price quotes from the factory on a model I am interested in. Niko has been so accomatating and patient within this process. I can not thank him enough.

Chad is the best there. This place needs more chads working there. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect in purchasing our mobile home and land.If you go there. Ask for Chad. He is the greatest .

Would not recommend this place. 1st the prices are higher than other place.And the prices that was listed on Facebook are lower from this location.2nd the people are lazy 1 person said I will only show you 2 homes.

If youre like I was looking at these reviews, you might get discouraged from approaching this company to buy a home from. I had to keep in mind that most people write reviews when theyre angry. Most people dont think to write a review when theyve had a good experience so I took a chance and went to this company searching for a home. I am ecstatic that I did. This company has been phenomenal thus far. Compared to other places I made inquiries with, their customer service skills are unmatched and the quality of the homes they offer appear to be above those of their competitors. Although their entire staff at the Panama City location has been outstanding, Niko is the representative we have been conducting our home purchase with so I feel the need to shine the spotlight on him a bit. From the moment we walked through the office door, Niko has been patient, informative, and understanding. Not only has he treated us respectfully and cordially, but I witnessed his interactions with other potential home buyers who received the same courtesy. Other companies I went to would just hand their business card to you and a key to walk yourself through their homes. Questions went unanswered and zero follow up. But with this company, you receive VIP treatment as they advertise. I highly recommend this company to others. Dont waste your time and money somewhere that treats you with disregard. Give Titan a chance, you wont be disappointed.

First off, the sales staff was always helpful. On the other hand, the other staff never returns phone calls or voice mails. They are utterly horrible. After leaving 3 voice mails with Renee, I had to go in to find out the latest on my home. This happened multiple times. I was told different dates that they could have me in my home by starting with being in by the beginning of February and now here we are about to be May and I am not in my home yet, which I am about to make my second mortgage payment on in about a week. I do not recommend them.Edit: Apparently my septic failed its inspection and it took me calling the county to find out and then calling titan, which they had no clue about, and find out after they called the septic company. I should not have to be the one doing the leg work for a company. Maybe i should ask for a paycheck from them for doing the job myself? The communication between them and the contractors needs to get figured out. Also I am still waiting for the call from the regional manager.

Since I was on a budget and wanted to spend less than $100k then I wasnt important enough to do business with even though they had homes in my price range but were already sold.

Beautiful homes, competitive prices, superior service. If youre looking to buy a home, DONT BUY UNTIL YOU VISIT TITAN!

Provided esrnest money early June, $1000. Fully refundable Im told.Gabe - a sales manager received my phone call June 18th. Assured me the money would be there in 7 - 10 days. Ar day 6 of 7 - 10 business days I called to check and make sure this money was still on track to be refunded.Business day 10 of 7-10, no money and evasive sales managers.Admittedly Im upset now as Ive been led astray by this company since we provided the earnest money. I cannot speak for all of their employees, I will say Chad simply made it worse by offering excuses for why the money hadnt been returned and even that he was very busy and hadnt gotten around to it. Everyone is busy! However, Chad is not the person who led up to all this.Clearly being cordial for the first two weeks of waiting for the refund was a waste on this place.I cant speak for the product they sell, but they arent concerned with customers until theres no other choice. The whole experience AFTER they received the earnest money was atrocious.As of July 2nd they have not provided any refund nor kept in communication with me about it. Its always a Ill call you back.

My wife and I went to look around and most were locked up. First salesman pushed to go into his office and I wanted to look. When I refused he told me goodbye dismissively. He was a total jerk. If u see a tall muscular blonde haired guy. Ask for another salesman. The salesman who did help was nice. I just don’t like being herded and someone assuming what I would like. I should be able to look at mobile homes. Maybe if the sales people were outside working the lots instead of in the back hanging out the would not have to lock up mobile homes. Gabe was nice. Mark was a jerk and seemed to be a control freak

This has been the worst experience ever in the Panama City location!! Our sales person Mark will not return our calls or take care of getting our deposit refunded. Was told by Mark it was in corporates hand on 6/25/19 and was told it would be refunded in 10 days. 30 days later and still no refund!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!! I have asked repeatedly for the number for the regional manager with no response. This is bad business!! Buyers beware!!

My husband and I recieved great service on our walk in visit. We left feeling hopeful and looking forward to our next contact. The only reason Ive marked it 4 stars rather than 5 is because we were expecting to hear back the following day and didnt. I will gladly go back and add the 5th star depending on our experience when we do have our next contact.

My mom just Purchased a home from this place and they were amazing. They made the whole process so easy and a while lot less stress. I will recommend them to everyone.

Ok I have an update on this post it’s sad to say I had to get in touch which the regional manager from Texas Robert Burnett very nice guy had my home on my lot and ready to move in within two weeks he also has helped me out in the living situation I was in multiple times the pc needs to take a couple of notes from this man he could maybe teach the how to treat customers and get the job done and also a big thanks to Ranee from the Panama City lot she has done things that wasn’t in her job description and helped us with this problem just be cautious of who you deal with Again a BIG thank you to Robert Burnett for everything. Oh my goodness where do I begin this home buying deal has just been terrible we have been lied to from our sales man to the general manager of the Panama City lot I had gone as far as to even call the bank and back out on my deal to even get it on our property and do not even discuss you personal business with none of them or it will be all over the place they promised us two separate move in dates and as of now I’m having to stay in a condo for $600 a week if I knew it was going to be this bad I would have had a house built on my property it would have been finished and I could be living in it so if you like having piss pouring on you head and them telling you the whole time it’s raining then be my guest and go on and make you a loosening deal with this place or shop around and go out of bay county where the homes are more affordable

Terrible customer service. No communication no returned calls, never received emails I was promised on property. They totally dropped the ball. We asked for pur deposit check to be returned Was told 10 days Here we are 3 weeks later still no check. More excuses and no communication. Promised certain day our money would be there never was. Them more excuses cause its a Saturday. No one cares. Will never do business there. First place we loved a home so sad. Mark was our rep. He could care less They took advantage of us period If I dont get my money soon Ill be contacting a lawyer

Oh where do I begin? So many issues with this home purchase. Took a month longer to get the home than expected...had to sign the loan paperwork several times. I had to be the one checking on the workers and the issues constantly. I had to be the one that was checking on the permits, and the inspections. The repairs that they needed to do to the home are still pending, Ive been in my home for a year! Underpinning that we ordered wasnt the one that we ended up having to get. That process was a nightmare too.They did give us a cheap grill and patio furniture for our trouble...sure, okay. If we would have known what a nightmare this process was going to be, we would NEVER have proceeded. Some of the issues were due to the lending company, but still WOW what a pain. Think twice people, think twice....

They make you feel as if they do not want to sell upgrades, if the home was not bought from them. Agent stated while he could sell the upgrades, he was concerned of making a mistake . Whatever that means. Another sales man asked why I did not buy from them . Found that question inappropriate. So in the end they declined my business after saying they could. Drove 60 miles for their games. You will be dealing in an atmosphere of used car salesman . Fast talkers, Shinny Smiles, They 👅

Titan Factory Direct Homes is advertising that they sell Tiny Homes but what the have on display are small park models. Titan and the other manufacturers have small Park Models on display NOT Tiny homes! Watch HGTV OR DIY if you want to see a tiny home. If you are looking for a small park model they have some nice ones.

I feel like Im dealing with some used car salesmen.Just flat out horrible customer service in the Panama city Fl location. As my wife has also stated above some of the things we have gone through. This has been a terrible experience. We were told it would be 6-8 weeks to get it built if we ordered the house the way we wanted. They had 1 in Georgia we went and looked at and was told this would be set in 2 weeks after payment if we went with the prebuilt model. So my wife gave up multiple thing she wanted (farm house sink, tile shower, colors of walls, cabinets, flooring, extra lighting, outside spickets and outlets) to save time on putting us and kids back into a stable living environment. And for some reason the prebuilt house without the extra options cost us a little over 2,000 MORE. WEIRD! It took 4 weeks to get house after being paid for. Another 2 weeks to get the pad and the house set after months of waiting for other issues as well. Only reason we went with a mobile home was the speed of getting some normalcy back. Wishing I went with a stick built for the extra 10 grand. The house itself is great if finished correctly, but this time frame is nowhere near what we were promised multiple times.I also understand we were in a disater area and everyone is crazy busy. But I have been working 7 days a week since the storm to keep up my end of the bargin with what we have promised our customers. Its just good business to stick to you word or do whatever it takes to get the job done when you take a mans word and all his money.Would love to hear from some a little higher up in management. Higher than the general manager as that gets nowhere. If need be will be posting on multiple sites to get some recognition.

They have a good selection of homes, and pleasant people, great initial engagement with customers, but they need to work on communication, and follow up and following through.
