We are snowbirds from Michigan. The air conditioner in our house in Panama City Beach FL went out. You do not want that to happen. Called Stevenson and the sent out a repair man the next day. All is good. Highly recommend.

Kenneth Wooten was very helpful and polite, he changed my filter, He checked my furnace out the inside and outside of everything that supposed to work correctly . he told me about different things, he also told me that the filter was free, and he asked me if I have any questions or concerns. I was very happy and a satisfied customer.

This company responded to our neighbors house, on a Saturday evening for a non cooling unit. They charged in excess of 220.00 for a part the size of a can of vegetables. The repair lasted about a few hours before they were called back to the house for a same issue. Now the occupant was told that the unit needs a new compressor. But cant get an estimate can be done until Monday. Long story short, the occupants paid for service that did not cure the problem. Steverson wont give any consideration to the faulty repair. Posting for the customer as he does not have internet.

THIS DUCT JOB WAS NOT EASY! My house was built in 56 b4 central air. I have attic space over my hall and 1 bedroom. It took a lot of knowledge to figure out how to get the air flow right for max cooling and circulation. My energy bill is down about 15%.!! #LOCAL!!!! Experienced, professional Installers. The guys were out that evening to fix it. On A Friday in July..20 STARS! Free of charge. Their warranty is awesome. They stand behind their work.

Allowed a non owner, guest of a residence to request and order service without owner authorization, consent or even a simple heads up, creating an ambiguous situation between landlord and guest.

Oh my gosh! I couldn’t believe how fast they arrived at my home after I called with an A/C not cooling concern. The technician Patrick Waters, (I think) was extremely professional, courteous and wore his mask. He replaced a part and now, all in the same day, I have cold air. Thank you so much!

Due to problems related to the hurricane we needed a whole new unit except for the duct work, They were professional, punctual and more reasonably priced than anyone else we spoke to. We are very pleased and would definitely use them again.

I called my landlord Katheirne Riley Realty and advised my AC was not working properly. Nicole said they would call and get the work order in. She said it would probably be later this afternoon. since you would probably be busy,, within 15 minutes Heath called and said he was 15-20 minutes away. He had to replace the fan motor on the outside unit. He had the job completely done within about an hour. I would recommend Steverson to anyone needing an AC company.!!!!!!
