HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!We came in town to celebrate our friend birthday. As you can see we rented several vehicles from them. We did have some trouble with one of the vehicles and we had to adjust our plans for the night. So, I still gave them a 5 star, because as business owners, we understand that some things happen out of your control. Its what you do after the fact when its brought to your attention. Colleen, Shay, Dalton, Ray and the entire crew at Thomas Drive location was awesome. They definitely took care of us. We had no problem getting our deposit back. We will definitely go there again. Highly recommend them, they are good people. You give them respect and thats what they give you in return.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, they gave us a broken golf car and we took it back to get it fixed and they sent us to another one of there stores. The store we went to next the lady was nice and understand long story short we spent 4hrs dealing with this and didn’t get any extra time to ride our cart we rented even know everyone knows if we would have kept the cart over night in the condition it was in the battery would have been dead the next day due to the tail lights staying on. Highly recommend another place. PS- Never got our deposit back and the cart we got was sent back in perfect condition.

Do not rent from here!! We rented a one seater and a 2-person scooter but had to trade the bikes in a total of 6 times to get new ones. The brakes, speedometers, and horns were not working on most of the scooters!! They told us the scooters we rented were new and the old ones were sold out. They would not give a refund or a discount even after returning 6 times. They are definitely trying to scam people for money. Save your time & money and find better elsewhere!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! It’s a scam to bilk additional money from you when you return the vehicles. We rented a sling shot and only drove it down the paved city streets. We returned it 2 hrs early because it was so hot outside. We didn’t ask for any kind of refund because it was our decision to return it early. They said there was a scratch on the passenger side under carriage that wasn’t even visible. They tried to charge us for a new bumper. When we refused they charged us an additional $100 to repair. THERE WAS NO SCRATCH!!!!!I would give this place ZERO STARS if it would let me!

Horrible service . Me and my best friend rented a golf cart from 5 o clock until 11 am the next day. Outlaw Rentals on Thomas drive, keep in mind I am a local who always supports local businesses. I have never experienced this awful costumer service . Our golf cart broke down at 7o’clock at night and we immediately called the outlaws place to get them to come help us and assist us. They told us to wait there and they will have someone come help us we call back 30 minutes later and no one answered no one ever came the woman advise us to leave the golf cart there and she will have someone pick it up soon as possible so we did. We waited on the woman for an hour and she never came or called us back. Next day we come back and she says the golf cart has been towed and it is our fault, and now expected us to pay the tow fee and kept our deposit for it, so we never got a golf cart and they cheated us out of our money .

Terribly disappointed! 1 week 4 carts! 1 backfired slow, got another one no breaks 3rd one would run they exchanged it but exhaust killed you! Go to different golf rental place.

If I could put Zero Stars... I would. RUDE....Called the police on us. Kept our deposit, but couldnt show us the original picture. The guy stepped in my daughters face very threatening. My son stepped up to tell him he cant threaten his sister. The man was so mad he was shaking. He went in the office and called the police. Then we turn around this guy was recording us. We were going to wait for the police. They told us we had to get off the property. We finally left we had wasted enough time. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE. If you dont like your job quit. Being used to make your boss rich. Keeping deposits you dont deserve, you wont even fix the damage. Dont ruin our vacation.

My girlfriends son rented a scooter from this place and he laid it on its side which caused some scratches to the scooter. They told him it was going to be 200.00 plus the 100.00 deposit to fix it. So he asked me to pay for it I gave him cash that he took up there and paid them.Him being 16 he didn’t get a receipt which I know isn’t great but as a long time business they should have gave him one as well and he shouldn’t have had to ask for one. And if he did get a receipt why would he have kept it for 3 months after the fact? They should have record of him paying it. Now 87 days later they send a letter demanding 200.00 in15 days or they will take legal action. When I called to tell them it was paid they are saying without a receipt we owe the 200.00 . So BOTTOM LINE BE CAREFUL AS SOMEBODY PUT 200.00 cash in their pocket and this business is demanding we pay another 200.00. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

Me and my friend rented two scooters. I went ahead and paid for the overnight fee which ended up being close to 200 dollars plus my deposit fee which is 150 dollars then when renting the scooters we paid for overnight without telling us that there isn’t any designated parking locations so we park with the golf carts that we also have then they end up towing the scooters then said we have to pay to get the scooters out of towing and they will keep our deposit too this place is a scam out your money mainly for tourists who come here to have fun and also make outlaw rentals majority of there money and they don’t even accommodate to their customers

Golf cart only worked an hour after renting it all day. Took it back and owners said it would need go charge for several hours and possibly8 hours. I was trying to talk to owner and he was steadily walking out the door. He locked the door of the business. I followed him to his car still trying to talk to him and he nearly ran over me in the parking lot trying to leave. Horrible experience! Will never rent from them again.

This is definitely the best Outlaw Rental to go to in Panama City Beach. Aaron was awesome and gave my friends and I a really good deal. If you are renting from any of these places be sure to take YOUR own pictures of your bike and point out anything that looks like a scratch/dent. The deposit can be tricky to get back if they think you put any scratches or dents in their bikes. Had an overall awesome experience and would highly recommend.

If you are ever down in PCB you have to rent Scooters at this Outlaw Rentals location! It’s one of the most fun things you can do down here in PCB. When you get there ask for Heather and Brian. They are super friendly and they will hook you up with a great deal!

The trikes were poorly maintained, werent fueled when we got them and the ssafety features were broken.

Riding the bikes were fun & the prices were good. What I did not like was that we never specified what we were renting and they pulled out mopeds after we paid for everything. We told them that’s not what we wanted and they charged us $24 just to change it. Not cool at all.

Charged us for a whole week of a golf cart rental and knowingly delivered into the Watercolor community when the rules prohibit gas powered engines. We returned the cart less than 24 hours after receipt and still charged us the full amount(1 week of a rental). Completely deceptive and untrustworthy, thanks for scamming us. Good luck retaining customers. *update in response to owner: Thats not the point. We explicitly stated where we were staying and clearly showed no regard for the rules of that community therefore rendering your rental useless to us. You could have at the least provided the disclaimer that the vehicle is not legal in our area, or refunded us for the balance of days we did not have the cart in possession. But you did not. It is well known that youve tried this before to others. Im on the brink of creating a spite business.

*UPDATE* (beware)THE BEST PLACE TO RENT! Bobby B. was so nice and helpful and even suggested places for us to go eat. All night long people asked us where we rented our scooters. I’m recommending this place to all my family and friends who are looking to travel to pcb. The scooters were so fun and very memorable. Definitely will come back. Thanks Bobby!*UPDATE* we got a call from the woman who I’m assuming is the owner asking us if we returned the bikes? She should know? She also informed us that Bobby is no longer with the company... The place for your rental needs! Bryce will take great care of you. Originally rented for a day, but it was so fun and convenient we just kept renting. Well definitely be doing a full week rental next time.

We showed up and paid nearly 400 dollars to rent our scooters and our friends spent another 400$ for theirs. My bike didnt work out the gate. I had to swap it immediately. My boyfriends bike didnt work down the road about two blocks. We had to walk it back to the place and swap his. Later that afternoon, our friends scooter stopped working and we had to borrow a truck from a stranger to return the scooter because nobody would answer the phone to come pick it up. Would not recommend to anyone. We wont rent here on our next trip.

Wonderful. Customer service was great. Dakota, Heather and Chrissy went above and beyond to help make this rental a great one for me and my five kids. The six seater made seeing the sights and sounds so cool for them. We took it through st.Andrews state park my five year old said it was like a safari. So it was a great adventure for her all the way to my 13 year old. It was simple and easy to get what i needed at store 5. They made sure even during their busiest time in the morning me and my kids didnt just stand around waiting forever in the sun. We will be visiting here every year we come back because of them.

Terrible service got two bikes one of them was unsafe for the road when i took it back i told them i just wanted my money back they told me no and gave me a new bike and the next bike once again was unsafe for the road came back and told them we were done and wanted our money back we hadn’t even had them for more then 15 min completely ruined my vacation.

Took the family on a little mini vaca to Panama City Beach. I came across these guys by driving by. I decided to rent a four seater slingshot. The process was quick and easy. After taking off I starting hearing some strange knocking sounds from first to second gear. I turned around and shared the issue with the rep. They looked at it for about 5 mins a decided we’re just gonna upgrade you and get you going. They didn’t want me to have any problems. They gave me the “Joker” four seater. This thing was amazing! We had a great time cruising around town all day and night. Thank you for the great service and even better solution to a little hiccup. You guys rock!

I highly recommend this location, we rented a motorcycle today. The entire staff including vanilla gorilla was amazing to us and very accommodating! We made great friends with them and they went above and beyond for us. The customer service was 5 stars. We will definitely come back and use them every time we come back to PCB!

After renting 5 scooters and Slingshot, three times during the week. On the third day, one of our people accidentally locked the ignition key in the trunk. After numerous attempts to get a spare key or a master key, we were told they didnt have any. Ive been motorcycling for 35 years. You cannot tell me you a cept a fleet of scooters with only one key. That does NOT happen in the industry. Its another way for them to keep your $100 security deposit. Lesson learned. DO Not lose your key.

A SCAM COMPANY!!!! we did not receive any vocal rules for the roads and then got scammed out of our deposit because of it. We also were not staying in PCB and told them that and the man told us to lie and put “Boardwalk” and then acted like he never said it. Lastly another man that worked there broke the law and passed double lines and went through a bike lane to try and get us to pull over and got angry because we wouldn’t. We are 4 teenage girls and we’re NOT going to pull over for this man. They scammed us because we told him no to pulling over. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I dropped a scooter in the parking lot of the one on 8500 Thomas fr and left a 1 inch scratch on the left back panel and their went my $100 deposit but the real kicker is we lost are other deposit on the other scooter that had no damages on it brought it back the way we got and lost that one too because it had damage to it I will not be back and do not recommend this scooter place to nobody it’s a scam and they will take ur deposit I ride the scooter a drop for 6hrs so I know it didn’t do a $100 in damage

My group of friends and I are on vacation. We were 100% down on renting 8 scooters. I would imagine a company that makes it’s money on tourism wouldn’t want employees running tourists away.The employee that we approached for help around 6:00 PM ET on 8/9/18, had an attitude from the get go! Ordering us to go park somewhere else (as we are approaching him for information). The entire conversation, he was coming off as if we are inconveniencing him.We told him what time the owner said we can drop off the scooters. We told him what time the owner said we can drop-off the scooters. He then has the AUDACITY to tell us that he lives an hour away and we BETTER be back before the time we were told that we could drop off the scooters.Little hint for this dude. We are paying for goods & SERVICES!!! Your attitude goes along way! I will gladly spending my money elsewhere.

So my friends and I are from Tennessee, and knew since we had this beach trip planned that we wanted to rent scooters. Once we got here and read some reviews about several different places, we decided to wing it and just walk to find one. Thank the good Lord, Jesus that we found California Cycles/Outlaw Rentals on Front Beach Drive. Justin and Robert are two of the nicest dudes we’ve ever met, and continually helped us through our 10,000 questions while being very reassuring. They made us feel safe about our money and the scooter/golf cart that we rented. Everything ran perfectly, the guys were incredibly nice and friendly, and it was an overall 10/10 amazing experience. Will definitely be coming back to this location on our next trip!!!!

This place is the BEST PLACE FOR RENTALS in the Panama City Beach area!! They have a HUGE selection - we rented a Polaris Slingshot one day and a Harley Davidson Breakout the next! Great Service - Thanks Mike and Brooker at store #2! We ended up at the wrong store and they offer to drive us to the right one(since we walked) so we wouldn’t have to get an Uber, super nice! The rental process was so simple, quick, and you’re on the road! Reasonably priced too! Thanks for making our vacation!

I rented a golf cart for the family very easily, they scanned drivers license and insurance and i payed a couple hundred bucks. They pull the golf cart up for us and snap a couple pictures of the cart before sending us down the road with it. Seems good and well... until bringing it back.. I had to wait 30-45 minutes for their standard inspection period of the cart. They tried to keep my deposit due to damaged seat belts and scuffs. Luckily I took my own pictures of the cart with there employees before every taking possession of the cart. I got to keep my deposit and I would recommend choosing a more reputable company if your looking for a cart rental. And absolutely document condition of cart before leaving with it. This place wont be in business much longer if this is how they do business!

Heading to panama tomorrow and was looking at scooter rentals ahead of time and WOW. I am blown away by their responses to people on here. I wouldnt even step foot in a business that was so poor in the customer service department. The only good reviews you have are probably by easily taken advantage of tourists who have no idea the deal theyre getting into.

What an amazing experience to ride around Panama City Beach on a scooter or golf cart. To have the fresh salt air blowing through your hair. The staff is amazing and very informative; ensuring that you are comfortable on the scooter and completely understand how it operates.

Throttle handle broke within 2 hours, no refund was given just deposit. Nice people, needs better management.

Dont go here they overpriced from the other outlaw shop, they lost our deposit and also i had two bikes that broke down and i didnt get no refund or a discount dont go here.

Chrissy was the woman who rented us our cart. We had a good time riding around blasting music. Got a 6 person for 24 hrs.Our condo wouldnt let us park on the property but they let us bring it back to the lot and get it again in the morning.

The golf carts where junk. One of the ones I got backfired every time I stopped. They told me that was normal. My son rented a scooter at the same time I rented golf cart. They kept his deposit saying he dumped it. He was riding with me the whole day and never once did he wreck it. I will never rent from them again.

This is the biggest scam!! I will NEVER rent from them again. If you do rent from them make sure you are ready to lose that deposit. There was 3 other people there argueing with the workers beacuse they were taking there money too.

Only 24 hour store on the beach. JoJo was great and helped when I needed to swap out a moped. Very friendly and loved having the moped all night instead of having to rush back to return it. They even helped me find spots to park when my condo wouldn’t allow mopeds on the property. Go to this store, go to store 5.

I would hate for them to talk to me the way they are talking to other folks on here, to my face. Just a little FYI to the owners.. just because someone has never been to your establishment, doesnt mean that they cant have an opinion on your services. THAT is what reviews are for. You guys need to clean up your act. Seems as if the only way youre still in business is because of all the tourism. (They dont know any better apparently)

Rented a few times from this place. They are fairly priced but the golf carts are getting worn down. The last one was a handful to drive. But it wasnt so bad that it ruined the day. Other than that, professional and polite.
