Ms Hannah in the office is such a help & very respectful. She cleared up the confusion I had & helped me learn more about my own machine. Definitely don’t have much customer service around the county that is near as good as her. She most definitely cares about her job & each & every customer she deals with.

My husband took our tractor to Beard Equipment in Panama City for maintenance and repairs. They kept it FOUR MONTHS...kept making excuses. Then the last day they had it, they said because it was a Massey-Ferguson, they couldnt do some things to it. They charged him $4600, and he used it 2 hours, and it wont start. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT TO THIS PLACE.

Just needed a tire plugged on Our riding lawnmower. Very Professional and didnt have to wait. We recommend this place to anyone.

I came here to pick up a new belt for a riding lawn mower. The staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. They had manufacturer and after-market/off brand accessories and were priced the same as Amazon with no two day wait.

Staff was not nearly as pleasant or helpful as they couldve been, but got what we needed

Dropped my brand new honda Generator off because the 12v system would not work. I told the lady who took my information do not do anything that is going to cost me money unless you approve it through me. she said no problem. Get a phone call 3 days later your Generator is ready that will be 56.00. Me: no its still under warranty. Them well it wasnt covered. Me what did you fix? Them: a loose wire. Me: a broken wire? Them: no just had to tighten it up. I told them I was not paying for that. I paid 1000.00 for it. It was loose from the factory they are a warranty center but because Honda will not pay them for a loose connection they tried to extort it from me. Its criminal what they do to people. Lost my business for ever.

If you want John Deere equipment or service for your John Deere equipment, then Beard is the place to go. They experienced some hurricane damage, but appear to be back on track with service. I took our lawn tractor in for service with no appointment necessary. The service was performed and a new mower deck installed in just a few days. Price was fair. Service was good.

Unprofessional and inexperienced staff. The gentleman behind the counter did not know which equipment was for sale or rent. I was told to wait for someone who had that information. As an employee you should at least have, what i would think, basic knowledge on all equipment or at least if it can be bought or rent. This way business can be conducted and your customers are satisfied, not stand around and stare at a salesman behind the counter until the employee with all the information comes to help. Must be nice getting paid to tell people to wait on another employee. Pay check well earned.

I have a John Deere lawnmower that I took to Beard for a tune up. I was not only happy with the service, but was impressed with how they approached the tune up by not trying to sell me more than what I needed. I think this approach to customer service create repeat business.

The parts counter guys as well as the sales personnel I have dealt with have all been VERY friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Unlike my local John Deere in Arkansas, I look forward to going to Baird equipment and seeing the guys.Since I am here helping this area and its people out of the goodness of my heart and have been since 0ct10th It is comforting knowing Im not going to get charged the absurd John Deere full list price like I do back home. Thanks very much guys.Ok, that said... All the same can be said for the shop manager however, I brought my tractor in to have hydraulics hooked up for the grapple and when I got it back the grapple was working fine but I had 5 or more new things messed up. The least of which a hydraulic leak and foreign matter in my fresh fluid. My fuel filter was leaking obviously hit during the installation as well asthe hydraulic pump lines being bent and making it near impossible to get the fuel filter off. Etc.I will look forward to coming in to get my parts but I will be installing them. 😉

I have an L120 J D mower. Would not crank. Upon further inspectionI found the solenoid wiring was corroded, green in the main wire, one connector half burned into.Took the old parts to Beard, explained what I thought I needed.The service tech left for 3-4 minutes; came back wth the new parts. Still in original package.

Called for service on my John Deer riding mower apparently they only make verbal appointments and don’t stick to them I waited a whole week and got there and said they didn’t have time for it bad business.
